We have never been disappointed with Chillburger! The food has always been Hot & fast (but not too fast) the interior is modern and always clean. Love the patio seating too. When we stopped in Sat. I made a special request for a milkshake (No Problem) our first time for milkshakes at CB and it was Amazing!! New chain burger place that is kinda fast food/ sit down Stopped in here today for a burger and onion rings to go. Service was ok. Greeting not as pleasant as say Chick-fil-A but ok for teenage cashier. Decor is kinda neat with wooden pallets making up the wall. Industrial type vibe with exposed ventilation. Fairly clean. Food took about 6 minutes after I ordered. Everything appears to be cooked to order fresh. Ok the burger is OK. The Bun is huge. Almost too much bread. Not the best I have ever had. The onion rings were excellent. Will maybe go back here if over that way but I like my own grilled burgers at home. Tray in the to go bag is nice touch. I have been to this restaurant 3 times. The first time was when it just opened. Food was good but nothing extraordinary. The second time I went was because I could eat on the porch during the pandemic. I ordered a steak burger, fries and beer. The sandwich was very tasty with all of the extras. Earlier this week I went back because of the porch/deck and rising covid cases. There were 6 elderly people sitting out there with masks on. So out of respect, I decided not to sit out there because I felt they were really worried about covid. I ordered the same meal and was very disappointed with my sandwich. It had 2 pickles and about half a teaspoon of their special sauce and NOTHING else. Seriously? I won't be going back. read more

First visit. Ordered first in a line of people. I am still sitting here waiting on my burger as I watch everyone else finish eating. When I asked where my food is was given a lame excuse of "the grill is acting up" even though they just made and served half dozen burgers that were ordered after. Was passing through on my way home from Louisville to central Illinois. Let me tell you, if you are getting off the highway, pass up the McDonald's. This is a real burger joint. It's exactly what you expect from burgers, chicken, and fries. Everything was juicy, fresh, and flavorful. The garlic fries are killer with that sauce. The fried chicken sandwich was very very fried. First time at Chillburger. Still not sure how I feel about it. So, the atmosphere and decor is cool. Earthy. Grassy. Made me feel like I was connected to my food. Order at the counter. Food delivered to you. Mostly younger students working (I ordered a beer while waiting on my friend and the young girl taking my order couldn't serve me) anyway, that was cool. To eat, I ordered a single burger, onion rings and a chocolate and strawberry milkshake. The burger toppings were interesting ranging from the usual pickle and lettuce to peanut butter. Some toppings are free while others cost but menu was very clear about which items cost additional money. My burger, plain and simple, ketchup and mustard and pickles with tomatoes on the side and their special chillburger sauce on the side. The tomatoes were Roma tomatoes sliced in small circles which was odd to eat on the burger so I didn't. The sauce was delicious on my onion rings. Rings were ok. Not soggy so that was a good thing. My burger was just ok. It didn't wow me. It didn't disappoint me. It was just ok. The milkshake was ok as well. Similar to the burger. It had a good flavor. For my food, my bill was $13 and change. I'm not going to say that I won't return. If I'm in the neighborhood I'll go back. I don't think I would drive across the bridge for the food, however. read more

Chillburger has the best burger in Southern Indiana. All of the thought and work put into the place has really paid off. You absolutely can't go wrong with an Elvis-style or governor-style burger. The fries and onion rings are great as well. read more

Excellent Burgers, The Fish Sandwich is thick, large (not square) and is very, very good. Onion Rings outstanding... Chocolate Malt...excellent..as you would expect from the Zesto Family.
