Ate here for the first time. My daughter's 8oz burger was raw. They said a little pink was normal but this was absolutely raw. My kid who isn't picky and eats everything, ate 3 bites and was done. My other daughter and myself ordered sandwiches with mayo only and there was less than a tsp of mayo on them... maybe combined. We had to ask for additional mayo. A couple of months ago, when the weather was still really warm, we rode our motorcyle out to this location of Chillburger. We had never been, and we wanted to take a ride, so we thought this was the perfect opportunity. The restaurant offers plenty of parking, as well as indoor and outdoor seating. The weather was perfect, so we opted for the outdoor patio. The menu is quite large, offering Steakburgers, Sandwiches, Salads, Sides, and Ice Cream Options. We both wanted to try their burgers, so I opted for the 4 oz. Steakburger (a single), while B had the 8 oz. Steakburger, which is a double. Each burger is served with American Cheese and Signature Sauce, and I opted to add Jalapenos to mine. I was glad I did, because I enjoyed the spice they added to my meal. They have lots of add-on options, so you can really build your burger any way you like. The burgers come served with Natural-Cut Fries, which I kept as my side option, or you can add Onion Rings, which is what B selected. I was glad that I got to try both, and both were hot and delicious. We finished with a Tortoise Vortex ice cream (which was like a turtle Blizzard). It was delicious, and was the perfect end to our diner-style meal. If you're looking for a fast casual spot to grab lunch or dinner, I think this location of Chillburger is a good spot! read more

They picked some of the best items off a Steak and Shake menu the served them in a modern, fast casual setting. Good burgers and garlic Parmesan fries. They do serve alcohol, but without an actual bar or table service it isn't really a hang out for drinks place- more of a one drink with dinner place. This Chillburger location is new and a great value for the price point. This is a chain but the concept is well thought out and the execution is on point. The burger was hot and fresh with a delightful potato bun. My wait for food wasn't super long considering everything is cooked to order. I really liked the "Chill Sauce" on the burger. They weren't super busy while I was there but I can see this spot being slammed at times because of it's location. The location is so new that everything is clean and pristine! I got the fresh cut fries but the onion rings looked good too. The fries are shoe string -- which aren't my favorite but they were good. Unfortunately, I felt like the order I got had been sitting around for a while. I'm spoiled by hot fries! They also had several ice cream dessert options that looked tasty. Peanut butter shake? Want a good and solid burger? Chillburger is it. They didn't just focus on a great tasting, quality burgers. The hamburger bun was a perfect complement, the onion rings were breaded and fried to perfection, and the orange sherbet shake was the perfect finish to a fulfilling and great tasting meal. The steak burgers come with either one pattie (4 oz) or two patties (8 oz). They advertise never frozen, local beef, and hand balled for each order. I agree with other reviewers that the ingredients are of quality and that easily justifies the cost. They too advertise "Commitment to Quality" - there is no false advertisement at Chillburger. You can believe quality is being served in the food, the customer service, and I'd also have to include the restaurant setting as well. I paid $14 for an 8oz burger with lettuce and pickles, onion rings, and a medium orange sherbet shake. I love the to-go tray that fits perfectly inside the to-go bag. You can pull the tray out with your food perfectly fitting inside it and eat straight from the tray. There's no need to grab a plate out of your kitchen cabinet or flatten the paper bag to use as a paper placemat. No...all that isn't necessary with their well-thought-out cardboard tray. It's made of quality too: it's sturdy and not cheaply made. The customer service easily stands apart from most - from the man who took my order to the young man that cooked my order. I was greeted promptly and with a very enthusiastic and friendly smile that remained throughout the entire transaction (from "hello, what can I get you today" to "thank you and have a great day"). When I ordered the orange sherbet I asked if it could be made into a shake. The man who took my order said no. The cook overheard the conversation, walked from the kitchen to the counter and quietly told the man that my request can be easily honored. The man was very apologetic while explaining he was unaware of this being possible and that he'd be happy to place my special request. Again, quality and perfection. I will definitely become a returning customer and will highly recommend. Lastly, I'm glad to see another location being built in the Clarksville area off Veternas Pkwy. I'm in that area often, which will allow me to visit often. read more

We most always love Chillburger but we used the Yelp Grub Hub app and my daughter went in three times for our order with the receipt and order confirmation and she was repeatedly told at the front they didn't have our order. She finally was able to speak with a manager who saw they did in fact have our order. An innocent mistake but very frustrating to wait an hour for food that was pre ordered. So maybe don't use a third party app, I'm not sure where the hang up was. read more

I had a great experience and a great tasting burger at Chillburger! The service was friendly and fast (we went at lunchtime on a weekend). There were six of us and high top tables were our only option, we had young kids and this was less than ideal, however, we made it work. The restaurant was very clean and decorated modern meets rustic. I do find the layout of this restaurant challenging. There is an isle for customers to queue to order that divides the dining room in half. At the end of the isle is the counter to order and behind and to the left of the counter is the kitchen (the right side behind the counter is blocked). So, (in our experience) when the restaurant is busy and your food is up, getting your food without navigating through the queue of waiting customers can be challenging. Oh well. Oh, there is outside patio area that looks like it would be great in warmer weather. We look forward to coming back! read more

It was Friday at 6 p.m. Simple menu with good food. Only healthy choice is the Cobb Salad. They have draft & bottled beer. That surprised me. I love the pallet wall. The food was brought to our table. It came out quickly. It's self serve on the drinks, & they have that cylinder ice everyone likes. I would return for another burger. We gave Chillburger a try this afternoon. The service was friendly and the food prep was super quick. Everything was kept clean in the restaurant including the tables and drink station. If you're looking for a greasy juicy delicious burger then this is the place!!! We made the trip up to Floyd Knobs and I'm so glad we did. It was t too long of a drive. I ordered bacon cheese burger and onion rings. We got the special mayo sauce they make. It's amazing. Service was just ok. You can tell these are some high schoolers not really passionate about their work. I get it. But they did miss the bacon on both of our orders. Still it wasn't a big deal. They made it right. I also order a chocolate milkshake before we left and it was delicious too. Though I had no more room for anything else! Before judging my rating, read the circumstances of my review. First of all this was my first time in a Chillburger. Didn't know what to expect. Secondly just stopped in for a Vortex (not a meal) since I knew they are part of the Chillers family and we love Chillers Vortex. Third, it was prime lunch time, about 12:15 pm and they were busy. With everything stated previously, some of what happened is on me for not knowing what I was getting in to. Ok, as stated, I just stopped in for a Vortex. They were busy so I got in line. I assumed, and you know what they say about assuming, that since I was just getting a Vortex, I wouldn't have to wait very long. I again assumed they would have someone assigned to ice cream orders and treats, so I wouldn't have to wait behind all the lunch orders ahead of me. Wrong, wrong and wrong. My solo Vortex order was put in line behind all the full meal orders in front of me. I had to wait about 15 to 20 minutes just for a Vortex. Of course the Vortex was good as always. This was my first visit at this chain and it was nice to find an eatery that's just five minutes from home. I enjoyed my time here and my first impression is that this is good short order restaurant with a limited menu. Burgers seem to be their bread and butter items and I had their fish sandwich with onion rings. The fish is good but the best fish in southern Indiana is still found at O'Shea's Pub in Jeffersonville. I thought the onion rings were served hot and had good flavor but all portions are on the small side. I'm of the view that this is a good lunch location I just like a meal with a bit more volume. On the plus side the place is clean, the staff was friendly and Chillburger offers bottles and draft beer. The unsweetened tea was some of the best that I've had in a while. Pleased to have a decent burger place in the area. Price is right, food is great, and they even have craft beers on tap! The chill sauce is really good, kinda like chipotle but with hint of mustard - different & yummy. I'm intrigued by the fact you can get peanut butter on your burger or just go for the Elvis. Maybe one day I'll try it & possibly have room for one of their desserts/shakes. My friend did enjoy his sundae on our 1st visit there. This place is really good, and to be honest it reminds me of an upscale steak and shake. They've almost copied the idea to a T, but it works for me! I don't drink sugary drinks, but I did think that it was neat that they carry their own brand of sodas. I tried a couple of them, and they were delicious.
