Yum! While this is a chain, it is a new to us spot. We don't have one on the other side of the bridge in Louisville. Who doesn't think a burger sounds good for dinner? The steakburger comes as one patty 4oz or double it up for 8oz. Several free toppings and a few premium additions like egg or bacon. The side of fries also hit the spot. We added on a side of onions rings based on Yelper photos and I'm so glad we did. I was pumped to see a banana shake offered - finally something beyond the basics. So much more variety here! My husband got peanut butter. Check out the menu in advance in case you want a fancier option. Plenty of indoor seating and some patio. Plenty of parking in a shared building. Every purchase of a steak burger provides a meal to a child Love this mission. Service was fine. Order at counter, given a number, and food is walked out. Their team also takes care of clearing away the baskets and garbage.
I love smash burgers and this place didn't let me down! 5stars for this burger joint. Service is good, you order at the counter and the restaurant is bright and was clean. And one more time... THE BURGER WAS A SMASH!
It was one of the first warm spring nights of the year & we wanted to go eat yummy food outside on a patio. But it was a Monday & a lot of local restaurants are closed. Luckily Chillburger is open on Monday's AND they have a patio! I never have an issue finding a parking spot when I go to Chillburger. However, I do find the parking lot itself can be overwhelming during specific times of the day because several businesses share it so there is always vehicular movement happening. Just have to watch where you are driving/walking. I ordered the basic 4 Oz steakburger with bacon. My friend ordered the 8 Oz double Patty with bacon. After we ordered, we grabbed our waters & chose a table on the patio. They brought our food to us about 10 minutes later. They forgot to add the bacon to my friend's burger so he had to go ask them for a side of it & add it on himself. But other than that, it was a great evening! Both of our burgers were flavorful & the garlic parmesan fries were even better!
Food amazing staff friendly nice outside seating . Wanting lunch I happened to be in area with so many choices I began to debate. I wanted a salad but where? Olive garden and their all you can eat mediocre salad or maybe a burger? I picked the later. I ended up at a place with the best burgers in town. But then the debate started again they had cobb salads. I am not disappointed. It's perfect. Try out this place if you haven't already.
I can only speak to the pineapple milkshake because we ate dinner at corelife eatery located in the same strip mall but went here for dessert. We split a milkshake and it was surpurb. Rich creamy and loaded with pineapple. My husband ordered it while I waited outside but he said staff were friendly and service was timely. Indoor and outdoor seating (3 tables outside). Strip mall so parking not an issue. I'll go back for burgers and another milkshake.
I really like the room of Chillburger. It has a nice look. Clearly, some money was spent here. And the milkshake is terrific, as would be expected given the place's lineage. But that's about it on the good front. It's not a great location. It's located in a busy strip mall on a busy road. But most importantly, the food options I've tried have not been particularly noteworthy. The steakburger was thicker than most steakburgers I've tried, but the flavor was decidedly inferior. The fish was significantly better than its appearance, but still not worth a trip. Fries were perhaps slightly above average. And the price point is too high for the food quality. While this is by no means a terrible restaurant, there are just too many other superior options out there to merit a return trip. A visit to Five Guys is infinitely more satisfying than this.
Every time I head home chillburger is a discussion for lunch. It holds a special place in my heart as it was a favorite for my grandpa and I before he passed last year. We loved their juicy burgers and the special sauce for fry dipping. I was sad to see that the sodas that were once special to chillburger has now been replaced with Pepsi products. Without including my personal bias - it is a burger that is as reliable as it is delicious!
Soooo, I'm going to write a fair review although my first visit to Chillburger was a horrendous experience. First, I placed my order at 5:59pm: a single burger with cheese, mayo, ketchup, & jalapeños, an order of garlic Parmesan fries, and a regular chocolate shake. My total was $12.31, which was completely reasonable. Fast forward 30 minutes when every single table in the place was already flipped & I still had no food. I went to the counter to ask about my order & no one had a clue where my ticket was. I was asked for my receipt, but sadly the cashier didn't give me one, so there was no trace of me. They asked what I had & said they'd figure it out. Fast forward 20 more minutes, they bring me a chocolate shake, still no food. "What was your order again?" This time the guy wrote it down & walked off. Fifteen more minutes, no food, shake was empty. I go back to the counter to just get a refund because I was ready to leave after an hour. The manager was super nice & refunded me, and then assured me that my food was a minute away. Once I finally got it, the burger was delicious, perfect really, the bun was fantastic & soft, and the Parmesan fries were really good. I probably won't be back, and the cashier Hailey probably should find a new line of work because she wasn't friendly or competent, but the food was five stars after I finally got it. Sorry there are no pics of the burger, I was over it by then.

We visited Chillburger for the first time this week. We were impressed! We got two burgers + fries and shared a shake for $29. The burgers were good & so were the fries. They definitely need some sauce with them though! The lady who was working the front was doing her best but could definitely use a second person. The restraint was clean and had cute art! We will definitely be back. read more

Maybe I got the wrong thing but it wasn't good. Chicken Sandwich was mid, over cooked on the outside for sure. It's almost as if it wasn't cooked on an actual grill. Fries were good but soggy, who wants soggy fries?! Uhh not me. Customer service can use some improvement as well. Overall? Maybe I picked the wrong day. But I had higher expectations based on the reviews and for the price...I'll pass on going back! read more

Pretty much a regular old fashioned burger with great #locallysourced ingredients. Burger was a little dry but over all the sandwich was tasty and hit my hunger spot on the nose. Fries were tender a slightly crisp. Milkshakes were fine but not exceptional. And love the Stubborn Soda - very refreshing. #love the service here. We called ahead since we were on a road trip from Michigan to Tennessee and our order was ready almost the moment we walked in the door. Friendly, helpful, and courteous employees. And...for me, #love their philosophy of "Food with a Higher Purpose" helping to feed the millions of hungry children around the world. #mealformeal read more

2 stars for great food, 1 star for great ambiance. -1 for forgetting cheese on wife's chicken and -1 for giving us both regular fries when we both paid extra for the garlic Parmesan fries. I will definitely go back regardless because the burger was delicious and that pickle was the perfect addition. read more
I'm not actually big on burgers- they're more of a 'treat yourself' kind of thing for me, so coming to Chillburger is pretty rare, sadly. That being said, Chillburger makes the best non-Local burger I have ever had. The space itself is beautifully decorated, even if it's seating can be pretty cramped at times, especially when it's busy. The burgers are phenomenal, you can design your own, or select one of the predesigned ones, Mr. President, The Governor, and The Elvis Burger (get it?). I'm also a pretty big fan of their drink options. They have amazing craft sodas, but even better are their milkshakes! They have a massive selection of flavors, but you can also mix and match these. I got peanut butter and chocolate mixed. read more

This has been my favorite burger joint for the past couple of months but they are slowly disappointing me. I went here last week and found a dark hair in my fries. I do think the kitchen staff should be wearing hairnets to prevent this. I gave them another chance and went back yesterday. One burger I ordered was a double with cheese & bacon only- it was missing the bacon. The other burger had extra Mayo, and was missing Mayo all together. When paying +$10 for each burger I expect more accuracy. read more

After you order your meal they give you a number and you sit at the table and wait. I ordered a double cheeseburger with fries, and waited 25 minutes before I got up and ask how much longer. They forgot to put the order in. No apology the manager said we will get it out to you. I got the meal within 5 minutes. He sat it down and said " look at it to see if it's right!" It wasn't a nice tone. Then he walked off, and I said"sorry about the wait!" Yes I had to say it. I guess that made him aware that I wasn't happy. A few minutes later he walked over with $12 bucks and change . He just say it down and walked off. The burger was EXTRA greasy. The bun was good, and the fries were mediocre! I have had ice cream there before and it was good! The manager had an attitude! He needs training on manners, and customer service! read more

Although not my first visit to a Chillburger, yesterday was my first visit to this new location in Clarksville. I ordered the single 4 oz burger with the cheese spread and lettuce. The cheese spread consist of three different cheeses, of which I can't recall at this time. I don't think they put a lot of the spread on the burger, as I couldn't really taste it until the last couple of bites, at which point it tasted pretty good. I know cheese is really fattening, but the more the better on burgers. The parmesan garlic fries were really good. I was a reluctant to order for fear I wouldn't taste the parmesan or garlic flavor. Thankfully I was wrong. I also ordered a milkshake: banana and peanut butter mixed. It was OK. I couldn't taste either flavor or the mix of the two. I probably won't order this combination again. The cherry was delicious! I forgot about their unique soda fountain flavors when ordering. I plan to try on next visit, as I'm sure I will return. I love the decor of Chillburger. The inside appears to be smaller compared to their Floyd Knobs location and the outdoor seating is definitely smaller. If I recall correctly, the outdoor seating may have 3 tables, while Floyd Knob has a whole patio space. The restaurant was very clean. The customer service was good. It came with a smile and was pretty quick considering having several customers. read more

I honestly didn't expect too much and I was pleasantly surprised! This was one of the best fast casual burgers I've had in the area! The menu isn't extensive but there's something for everyone. The food is well priced. The restaurant is trendy on the inside and very clean. The pallet wall is visually interesting. I HATE the chairs. They're the type designed that you must be child sized to actually fit your rear into them. Not comfortable. This is a fast casual, so you'll order at the counter and they bring your food to you. It doesn't take long to get your food! The burgers were flavorful and hot and I liked the bun. They were well cooked and no frills. The exterior had a great crust. The fries were crisp and the onion rings were delicious! They have Stubourn sodas on draft and they're a nice change from the traditional Coke and Pepsi options. read more

Nothing special or spectacular here. I was excited to try something new in town. I ordered the fried chicken sandwich & my friend ordered a burger. Neither item arrived right at the table. I simply went back up and got the items they forgot to put on my item...my friend, however, ended up switching her burger to a a chicken sandwich because she just didn't like the burger after trying to correct the order a couple times..she gave up. The additions/changes were clearly printed on the receipt, but somehow never got made correctly. The chicken sandwiches were good. We had one grilled & one fried. The service had some hiccups. Overall, I wasn't impressed enough to go out of my way to return, but may join a friend if it's where they want to go. read more
I heard about this place and was very excited about coming to try it out. My wife picked the 4 ounce single with cheese that comes with fries. I choose the 8 ounce (no bun) with a side salad ($1.50 up-charge for salad). The salad was fresh the burgers are very greasy. The special sauce was tasty and the place looks newly built (clean). They have a few choices for dessert as well. Not a Military friendly place.i don't think we will be back really pricey for amount of food. read more
Let's start with the good. The location is in an awesome area in Clarksville that is steadily growing, so there are several shopping opportunities in the same area. The food is locally sourced which, in my opinion and being from a small town, is extremely important. Supporting local business is important to me, so it is always a plus to see businesses keeping it local. It is a semi-self service establishment. Upon entering, proceed to the counter to place and pay for an order. Then receive a number and find a table. When the order is ready, it will be brought to the table. The vibe is casual, the employees are friendly, the building is clean and the space is cute. Now for the bad news. Unfortunately, the value is poor. While the food is good, it is not nearly worth the price, especially in a small town. I purchased a 4 oz. (single patty) steak burger with bacon and fried egg, garlic parmesan fries, and a small hot fudge malt shake. That all sounds awesome right? Well for approximately $17, it was mediocre. I could have paid the same for a full steak or better yet, paid a third for a Quarter Pounder meal. Unfortunately, I don't see myself returning as a regular customer due to the prices. Is it worth being a repeat customer? No. However, is it worth a try? Absolutely. read more

Okay, THIS was a GREAT burger. Holy cow. Came up to Clarksville and decided to stop by this burger joint lunch because there wasn't a wait. Let me start by saying that the service was fantastic (everyone behind the counter was very sweet and charming). Food: My friend and I both got the same thing, we ordered a classic cheeseburger and shared an order of fries. The bun is soft and buttery, the patty is perfectly cooked. Crispy bits, juicy middle, seasoned to perfection. I dream about it sometimes. Had my burger fully dressed, it was amazing. Their soda fountain has regular pop drinks, and neat artisan flavors like acai and made with cane sugar. Parking: they have a full open lot out front. Pricing: veryyyyyy affordable and fair Mood: It's a cute little restaurant, very casual and relaxed but not sloppy. Would come back (WILL come back) read more
Located in Clarksville Indiana we have a new hamburger establishment! Chillburger opened this weekend, and it's good! You choose your burger the way you like it add the toppings and it comes with fries, your drink is an additional charge. After placing your order you sit at your table and within minutes your food arrives. I had the four ounce burger with simple toppings and fries. I was happy with my choice, no over cooked burger no sloppy toppings and no over cooked fries! They were very busy but it was obvious when they served the food it wasn't cooked in a rush! They have other options for burger toppings like bleu cheese crumbles or jalapeños, a variety of cheeses too. Not in the mood for a burger then try a salad. Need a shake to go with your burger, no problem there is quite a lot to choose from. Still want something different? They have BEER! That's right, hamburger fries and a beer...how American is that? It's a good concept with good food. I'll definitely go back, give them a visit it's worth the trip! read more
My husband and I stopped in here last Saturday after an afternoon of shopping and hearing good things about it from our son! It's a great place to stop in for a burger or salad. Very nice atmosphere. Fun and laid back! You order and sit do your own drink service (unless order alcoholic beverages) then food is brought to your table! My husband ordered the 8oz steak burger with cheese and dressed. I ordered a salad and adder grilled chicken. We both had a beer and then split an order of onion rings. First small issue is seating... not much to go around. It's a smallish restaurant. But other than that nice! Our beers came first and good out hot and just like we ordered in about 10 minutes! Everything was fresh and yummy! And the onion rings !!!! Ooooh! I will return for those! Tot bill$32.0 read more
