Went to Jaggers tonight to have dinner after going to a Christmas program at my grandson's school. My wife and I went one other time. On another occasion I got a carry out that someone else picked up. The first two times I had their Taco Fiesta Salad. It is really good! Sorry no pic, because at the time I forgot about snapping a picture. Tonight we went to Jaggers in a rain storm. The service was great. So helpful. There is lots of seats and is open. Can't wait to come back again. BTW...Jaggers has wonderful shakes too!! read more

Really good chicken tenders. The tater tots are delicious. Stay away from the Mac and cheese, the girl in the drive thru lied, it was nasty! I like the fast pace of this place and food is always fresh. 4 stars because the service is always quick & friendly..hard to come by nowadays at fast food places. read more

I had the Grilled Honey Ginger Salad which was very delicious. Nice crispy veggies and a decent portion of grilled chicken. The honey ginger dressing really adds tangy and flavor to the salad. Service was good, you order at the counter but they bring the food to your table. The setting was similar to other hamburger, salad, places, and comfortably arranged. Get plenty of napkins! Messy good burgers. Not what I expected. I was disappointed at first, but when my burger came I was not. Counter service restaurant with 5 TV's & country music. I ordered the Mushroom Swiss burger & fruit cup. All the burgers have 2 patties. Mine had plenty of garlic aioli, but I lost a lot of cheese & mushroom in the basket. It was really good & hot, yet messy. The buttered bun kept me wiping my hands. The fruit cup was nice, had a lot of variety. I didn't eat the flavorless blueberries nor the pineapple. Mike ordered the Bacon Avocado burger. He said it delicious. It had some pink in the meat. His was messy too. He enjoyed his shoe string fries. They were well seasoned & enjoyable. There needs to be someone cleaning tables. We had to sit at a table that was not clean, but not as dirty as others. There was plenty of downtime for employees to take care of that. And watch the table legs. They are at the ends of the tables. I almost fell leaving. Drive thru seems to run quickly. read more

We've been to this location twice in a month now. The fried chicken sandwich was huge and cooked perfectly. It was still hot and tender, not over cooked like most restaurants seem to do. The seasoned French fries were awesome and warm. I loved the Jagger Sauce with the fries. The Bacon Cheeseburger was very good and fresh. The chicken tenders were huge and also hot and tender, cooked perfectly. The only complaint we had, which gave it 4 stars, was the tables in the restaurant. Both times we went we had to clean off the table. I feel that their prices are a little on the high side so I think the tables should be cleaned for the customers. We will be back but we may get it to go next time. read more

First, let's talk about great service from Jayla... Friendly, smiling and genuinely helpful. She understood exactly what I needed and she knew how to get it made for me so that I could enjoy my food without aggravating a food allergy. secondly, the food was amazing. I have nothing but five stars for the fries (which reminded my husband of the fries from Freddy's and reminds me of the twisted fries that Bubba used to have, but they got rid of.) The seasoning and spice are on point and delicious perfectly crunchy. I had the black bean veggie burger with sautéed mushrooms and it was incredible!!!! my husband enjoyed the burger, but said it could've been seasoned a little more evenly. The burger tasted really fresh a lot like a smash burger. We will definitely be back. read more

Jaggers' grilled chicken sandwich currently has me in a chokehold. When I am working from my parents' house and can't think of what to have for lunch, Jaggers has been coming up quite a bit. It's super close to my parents' house, I love the convenience of ordering online and having it ready for pickup, and the service is always speedy. I like that they have a rewards program and look forward to redeeming my points soon. My food is always fresh and tasty. I'm not a big shoe string French fry fan typically, but theirs are seasoned really well. I have yet to dine in, and so far have only tried the strawberry shake, which is very good, but I look forward to trying additional milkshake flavors soon. read more

Service was quick, place was clean, food was pretty good. My burger was cold but because they had an avocado burger. My boyfriend's was the sunrise burger and it was really delicious. Fries were crisp and not too greasy, had a distinct taste to them, and the tenders were nice with dry rub on them and a good but not oversensitive amount of heat. They were also nice and juicy. The tenders came with a nice little cup of white gravy and I got honey mustard to go with that and the fries Their shakes were ok, I kept finding what I thought to be onion skins but maybe it was banana pulp... The stringy bits of fibrous fruit material you find on bananas I expected but I don't know how I feel about their shakes just yet. *The avocado on a burger, imo, should be hot with the patty, not cold like salad... people may disagree but that is the only way to save that menu item for me. read more

As far as fast food goes, this is a pretty good place. I've had the spicy chick sandwich and fish sandwich. They were both good but the fish was especially good for fast food. Fries are decent...not bad but not great. They are on thin side which is not my preference. Employees were nice. I'll be back. read more

This was my first time ever being to a Jaggers. I enjoyed the food. The service was really kind and they stayed on top of cleanliness by sweeping after guests left and taking away empty dishes quickly. However, what really surprised me was how nice the customer service from the manager was. I had an issue with my order, and they immediately corrected it, compensated my meal and provided cookies as an apology! All I was expecting was a new burger! Definitely a great first experience and a friendly environment. Will come back. read more

My boyfriend and I tried Jaggers for the first time yesterday and we both agree this will be our new go-to fast food spot. The burgers were amazing!! Loved the seasoning on the fries and the shakes were delicious. He hasn't stopped talking about his brownie shake. Food was okay and the atmosphere is reminiscent of a new McDonald's. Burger patty doesn't compare to culver's across the street. Bacon was limp and chewy on the bacon cheeseburger. Tater tots were solid. Not a fan of the Jagger sauce they want to put on everything. Nothing terrible bud don't see this getting added to the rotation for eating out. read more

undercooked chicken and over done burgers. if you want to get sick or eat charred burgers than this is the place for you! everything is supposedly mafe to order. but i think it has more to do with the incompetence of the managers teaching their staff! the inside is boring and looks as if they mashed up a culver's and a raising cane's. ambience is terrible, ugly low light. my food has never been warm when i go there and i have tried it three times just to make sure i wasn't wrong. do not waste your time, there are better burger and chicken places in jeffersonville already. read more
