After doing some research, I contact another company Zach taylor heating & air, which the owner came out to check my concern and didnt charge any inspection fee after hearing my concern. New company added 1.5lbs of freon coolant and voila, my AC now had cold air back again... at fraction of a cost $350. I think this company had commission structure so techs can upsell and can make profit with company... it felt like i was with a car dealership salesman. I cant recommend this company to anyone unfortunately. .

As we all know, that's essentially nonexistent when dealing with the public in any capacity, particularly when it comes to the HVAC service industry. I gave them a call to schedule an estimate. Lisa answered and was amazing with accommodating my schedule and with all subsequent correspondence. Shane came out a couple days later, educated me on the new systems, patiently answered all my questions and took his time explaining in detail my options (I ended up going with the Bosch/heat pump. Quietest compressor I've ever witnessed). Shane sent over a quote that was less than another quote I had received and with many more upgraded options including a $2K federal tax credit. Much more overall value for my money. Shane's crew (Kevin, Rudy & Brandon) came out on the scheduled date and time and handled business to perfection.
