When two lovely ladies in your group are having a birthday the same week it's time for a celebration. Although Yuma has a plethora of dining options, compared to other places, I've lived after three years. I still feel as though I've barely scratched the surface of what this community has to offer. Nine years ago in Texas Chili's was very convenient to our home and I remember it vividly because that was the first place we died where they handed my grandson a menu. Good grief all of a sudden he didn't seem like a baby any longer. It was as though his humanity had been legitimized in our society by this very simple act. Our waitress was very patient with those of us who arrived at 4:30 and others filtered in for up to 30 minutes. Period it was so appreciated. We were not made to wait until the entire party was there. She brought drinks quickly and efficiently. Appetizers were ordered For the table. Chili's seems to always draw, medium sized groups, ready to celebrate and the fact that the menu has a wonderful variety makes it desirable. The consistency of the product nationwide is always surprising to me. Out of eight meals served to our table we had absolutely perfect food., Large salad, simple, steak, dinners, chicken and ribs. There was absolutely no complaints or reasons to have issues resolved. Bravo Chilis Kitchen Waitstaff, and Management! Two brief suggestions, refill beverages before you arrive to sing happy birthday! And when doing so let someone at the table know you're about ready to do the happy birthday so we have time to get video set to capture the moment. This group generally gathers in the mornings, so too dress for dinner and end the day together was a real treat for all of us . The ice cream sundaes were adorable in hindsight. I would've liked to have put Sundaes on my tab for the whole table since someone else had paid for the appetizers. It might be nice too offer this to someone in the group discreetly. We like this Chili's. It's a great halfway place to stop and relax on your way to San Diego. They always have great lunch specials. I usually get the crispy chicken sandwich lunch special, which comes with an appetizer. You can choose from a salad or chips and salsa. It also comes with a drink. And it's all just $12.99. We've stopped at this restaurant multiple times on our way to San Diego and have had great service every time. Thank you so much Chili's and all of the staff for a wonderful experience! read more

There were 10 of us for dinner. We has no less then 6 servers coming to our table. None of which knew who ordered what. Every time a server came we had to tell them where to deliver each thing to whom. I had fajitas, the vegetables on the bottom were over cooked like precooked earlier. Most of the food was enjoyed by others except chicken strips that seemed dry and not cooked recently. When you call yourself Chilis, it seems like Mexican food. Well what Mexican place doesn't serve free chips and salsa? $8.95 on menu. I know this. Had much better, fresher fajitas for less money somewhere else. The place has gone down hill when it comes to their food. It's always bland funky tasting or unpleasant. Their soft drinks either have a dispenser problem or filter problem as the drinks always taste like their serving offbrand or the syrup ratio is way off. The wait staff is hit and miss depending on the server you get. They either leave you alone and show up once for refills or wait on you constantly. We always sit at the bar and have excellent service. It was National margarita day and they had specials on all there margarita's. Food came out fast. The southwestern egg rolls were amazing and full of flavor. The spicy shrimp tacos were excellent and the rice and beans with them were also really good. Only try this place if it isn't busy. We waited for 40 min on a promise of a 5 min wait! No apology, no concern, no attempt to keep us happy and no updates. We left and went to a more upscale restaurant that had awesome service! The place was chaos with staff snarking at each other and no order. Lots of patrons complaining. We had to leave as we had a movie date and had allowed 2 hours. The food looked good but couldn't comment other than presentation which seemed fine. Ashley provided great service, from providing refills before we asked, bringing our food out in a timely manner, and checking in on us if we needed anything else, Ashley was great. The food was spot on, from the unlimited chips and salsa, the chicken enchilada soup and the entrees, everything was delicious. Again, I know it was Chili's, but for today, it was an awesome experience. If you are in Yuma, I would recommend you eating at Chili's. We usually have pretty good luck with this place. Today we got there just as they opened and we were a little disappointed in the Santa Fe cheeseburger. They were greasy, like they had been cooked and reheated, and the buns were not warm. The fries were good, black beans were good, and the margarita chicken was good. I ordered food from them through a third-party DoorDash but there was hair on my food and the pizza itself did not look appetizing. I reported the issue to DoorDash under a quality issue and they said they do not give refunds for that so I gave Chili's a call and she said the DoorDash would give me a runaround and if that was the case, she was willing to go on a three-way call to help me get the situation fixed and credited me $10 at Chili's as well. read more

So the service here was very good and nice and my food was delivered in 7 minutes! And the place is very clean lively music was playing in the background while we were eating and it was nice and I really enjoyed it. And I ordered the pizza and fries for dinner and the molten cake for dessert and it was REALLY delicious. The pizza was amazing, it was cheesy the crust was nice and thick and it wasn't too cheesy or not too cheesy it was right on point! And the fries were sooooooooooooooooooooooo good they were crispy, delicious and not overcooked and not undercooked and it was so delicious. And the molten cake was a BURST of flavors!! There was Hot fudge cake with ice cold vanilla ice cream on top and it was drizzled with fudge and caramel and this has probably my favorite thing at chilis!!!!! And I just really love the experience here. So in conclusion, I think you should order the pizza and the fries for lunch or dinner and if you have enough room for more in your belly, I REALLY recommend the molten cake. read more

I recently went to this place for a get together, The waiter was very unhelpful but very kind. I placed the first order for a burger it was really great food came quickly along with appetizer, however the second order I had placed took 25 to 30 minutes to come out. I come into Yuma quite often for work and typically stay down the road. This place is convenient cause I can eat and have drinks and walk back. I've been here a good amount of times and always sit at the bar top. So as far as the bartenders who have waited on me, excellent service and very attentive. I mostly come here to drink and on occasion will eat. Just never been a fan of the food. They always have some sort of sports on and a good crowd sitting at the bar top. It's been a while since we have had lunch at Chili's. We should have waited longer. They have a difficult time with gluten free/dairy free food. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich and the chicken was very moist. That's the only positive thing about the meal. The unsweetened ice tea had a musty smell and flavor. The avocado was limp and black on the edges. The fresh tomato slices limp and mealy looking with no flavor. The bacon was greasy and undercooked. Although they list French fries as gluten free they are fried in the oil the fry everything in. So no they are not gluten free. They were unable to offer any other side.
