Took Mom for a late lunch after a day of shopping. This Chili's is always busy, no matter what time of day I have dined here. There's plenty of handicap parking and easy accessibility as I need it for my elderly mother. We arrived and only had to wait maybe 45 seconds before we were greeted and seated. I appreciated the host selecting a close boost for my mother, and I noticed she even made sure she didn't walk too fast as my mom with mobility issues was following right behind her. I mentioned this because so often when we go out to eat, the hostess takes off like a shot and my mom feels as though she has to keep up. Our waitress greeted us very promptly and took our drink orders right away. We each had a skinny margarita. Mom had the big smash burger and I went with the Santa Fe salad. Service was prompt. Food came out hot and delicious. Mom said her burger was absolutely delicious. It was huge. It came with a side of fries which she said were nice and crispy. The Santa Fe csalad was really good. The grilled chicken breast tasted like chicken not fake chicken meat. Plenty of lettuce crispy tortilla strips had a Santa Fe drizzle which had a little bit of a kick. I mentioned this because I am a wimp when it comes to heat, but it was a nice little zing. A little bit of fresh guac on the top and it had a side of homemade ranch. Only complain the homemade ranch was rather thin and watery, but still had a good flavor. Compared to the meal I had the night before at a slightly more upscale restaurant the price point was significantly different. Everybody knows chilis, they have many options within many price ranges. I really felt for what we ordered, the price point was a little steep. The skinny Marg's were in a small glass and they were each 8.99 a little steep, but they were still delicious. The Santa Fe salad was 16.39. It was a lot of lettuce with a small chicken breast (not nearly as much chicken that is picture on the menu of ) . So I thought it was a little pricey. Mom's burger fries was 14.99 which was reasonable. Waitress was very attentive. She did ask us if we want any chips and salsa before we got started which we said no. We were able to pay at the table at the little portable kiosk, which I do appreciate. We were in and out in probably an hour, which was great for a quick lunch so we could continue on our day. Very clean friendly quick service hot food do you know what you're getting when you go there? Nothing really bad to say. read more

We have been fans of Chili's for quite a while. We found that this visit last weekend was above others. Our server made the night a success! Catelyn took great care of us--helpful, patient, kind, and friendly. If you go, expect good food, but if you have Catelyn, know that you are in excellent hands! read more

Awful service overall from the restaurant staff. Between the food time being delayed, the rude staff and the missing items in my orders. I'm very dissatisfied. Honestly, the way the manager tries to "fix" the issues over the phone while simultaneously hanging up when you're speaking is very disrespectful. Multiple times now I have had issues with them, nothing seems to change. read more

It's Chili's. The food is good for what it is. We had chips and salsa and the sampler appetizer thing. We just wanted a bunch of different stuff. It all met our expectations. Our server was excellent. Best service I've had anywhere in a long time. I wish I could remember her name. Our cups were always full. She brought us a chip refill and bagged some for us to bring home. I'm really mad now that I can't remember because this woman deserves accolades. read more

Received a food delivery via Uber Eats from Chili's on Concord Road in York PA. Restaurant feedback is critical for accountability. The "original chili" menu item tasted could not have been fresh ground beef. It tasted and smelled like dog food with chili peppers & salt. The cheese on top was less than half a slice. No onions. Two beans. Disgusting. Uneatable. read more

I usually love chilis but they need better service. I have waited over an hour past my quoted time. I tried to call to see how much longer and I was on the phone for 10 minutes and got hung up on. R.R. eat your heart out. Hey y'all. Before now, I've never really considered a burger at Chili's. That was clearly an oversight. This was an absolutely amazing burger for a joint like this. I could taste every ingredient individually. That's something special. Their beer was almost too cold to drink. This was my second time to this store. A year between visits. Alright now. Time to get serious. When you arrive at dinner time. Expect to wait a while. And quit complaining about it in your review! I expect that everywhere I go at that time of night. And quit griping about the tables. Who cares? I don't go for the tables. I go for the food and the food was great. The fries were fresh and hot. Now go get some. read more

I don't expect a lot from chain restaurants anymore but atleast give portions equivalent to the prices you charge. $40 and we got maybe half our meals. We ordered honey chipotle crisper combo with corn on the cob and fries- problem is where is the rest of the fries. 10 Fries with my combo order. Cmon seriously. But hey we have no problem charging you $20. On top of that, we get maybe half an order of the Cajun shrimp pasta. Absolute bullshit. Sad shape the worlds in can't even give you what you pay for. Be careful. read more

Okay, so ... its a Chili's, right? So, when I say its a 5-star restaurant, I mean its 5 stars Excellent for a Chili's. I've been coming to this Chili's since 2018, and never had less than Excellent service, food quality and overall experience. TVs are still showing sports in the bar area, so nothings changed here except every other table is left empty and they're constantly sanitizing everything. I highly recommend this Chili's! read more

Chili's - Dining out! - Bars Near Me - York, Pennsylvania

Usually dine in food is good but the carry out is horrible. worst 3 appetizer I ever had. Order was wrong, sliders were burnt, chicken dry.

Went in the evening when the resturant wasn't busy and asked if I could get a quiet table away from the lobby. The "host" was a doppy kid who kept piking his scalp and said that the only table was the one right by the door while there were numerous tables open. I asked again if any of the other tables were available. He said... you can only have the table by the door. To make matters worse, the food was just awful as was the service. I won't be going back. read more

Always very friendly service. (Even when short staffed!). Always quality food. Just a good experience every time we dine here.

Have always liked Chili's their food is great. I did not like how this location felt dated inside, the chairs were very uncomfortable and there is no elbow room when you are with a party of six. I ordered a tall beer and they brought out a normal sized mug... Atmosphere was nice, I did like how things were nicely decorated, and the staff were moderately friendly. The steak tasted Ok, but was probably the worst quality steak I have ever had at a restaurant, the whole thing tasted like it was a piece of fat. Will give this place another shot, another day and update this accordingly. read more

Nothing about this establishment is done correctly and this is coming straight from an employee. Even though we're supposed to we don't wear gloves, hairnets or beard nets in the kitchen. Most employees don't wash they're hands even after the restroom. The burgers and steaks are always over cooked and the chicken is always undercooked. Most of your food gets cooked ahead of time and sits for hours until someone orders it. Next time you come in and think your lucky cause the stores empty, now you know why. read more

I usually don't post reviews however tonight's dinner had many areas of concern. The kiosk that is sitting on the table was filthy. The runner brought soft drinks to the table and sat them in the middle not saying which were regular and which were diet. The spoons that came out with the soup were dirty and had to be sent back. I told the waitress I had a to go order to place for when we were leaving and that order was brought to our table long before our dinner was served. I feel this was not our waitresses fault but management. I understand many businesses are short staffed but these employees need guidance or they will lose business. read more

Always a good price for the food and really decent menu selection. Definitely a go to option for dining out with 3 kids.

I'll admit that Chili's isn't my favorite national chain, but this location really took my expectations to a new low. We stopped in for some appetizers on the way to the York Fair and quickly met Dave the manager because our waitress had to verify our out of state IDs. Dave said he was skeptical of the Wisconsin drivers licenses but simply refused to accept the Minnesota license from one of the guys in our group. Had we not been in a rush, we might have escalated the issue, but we just wanted to get our food and get to the fair. Dave insisted it was his discretion and his right to serve who he wanted. We got the guacamole appetizer and it came quickly, was pretty good overall. We also got a flatbread, but it was lacking toppings and had too much garlic. I would recommend avoiding this Chili's. There's a few other chains in the adjacent shopping center and even more less than a mile down the road. Don't go here. Just don't. read more

The server was very friendly and attentive. As I was eating a cup of black beans I found in it a piece of a rubber glove!! I told the waitress and she told the managers. My meal ended up being free and I received gift cards not only for me but for the other guests at the table. The managers were very apologetic. I'm giving it such a high review for the circumstances because of how great the staff was during the situation! read more

My fiancé and I have been coming here for date night for over 5 years now. We love it. Good affordable food with a great rewards program. Chilis has always been one of my staple places to go. I have survived menu changes and coped. wife just about always gets the Memphis dry rub ribs and will swear by them, I can't argue, they're awesome. They dropped the mushroom fajitas I loved. Chili's has always been one of my favorite chain restaurants to go to. The food always seems pretty quick but tastes good as well. I just tried the loaded potato soup and it was some of the best I've had in the area. I also always like the endless chips and salsa, although the entree usually follows pretty soon after. Most of the time I do at least one margarita on the rocks. They always taste like a margarita should taste. My problem is I always alternate between the same 2-3 entrees. It's typically between the fajita trio(steak, chicken, and shrimp) or the half rack of ribs and sirloin combo. Either way I can't go wrong. I've had other meals there and I can say I've never really had a bad experience with the food. The wait staff training here must be pretty good as well. I have a daughter under 2 years old, and they always do a great job trying to keep her happy. This is a great place to stop anytime, but especially if you are out shopping on that end of town. It would also be great for someone traveling on Route 30. It's easy to get to and easy to get back on the road when you are done. read more

Chili's is a simple place. You want a good meal? Try Chili's. You want a friendly staff? Go to Chili's. You want to relax after a long day of work with a good meal and a football game. GO TO CHILI'S. It's a nice place with warm colors and a quick atmosphere. Trust me, you won't get bored at Chili's, even if you're just watching all of the action throughout the restaurant. The food itself is almost always perfect, with meat presentation, and always the right temperature, something that some places just can't nail down. The waiting staff is also always friendly, and I'd highlight that fact if I could. If you want the Tex-Mex, you got it, all you have to do is go to Chili's. read more
