Today though I ordered food for pickup and chose their curbside service which I have never done before! After placing my order online I received a text that the food would be ready for pickup at 6:02pm and sure enough the young lady was out there delivering my food to my car exactly at 6:02! Unfortunately when I got home I realized that they did not give us our dressing for our salads (bummer)! But the young lady was very nice and I probably should've checked my food before leaving but at the same time I expected it to be there! But overall the experience was good! read more

Talk about poor service and lack of customer service. We stopped in and the restaurant was slightly busy but there was nobody up front to greet us for about 5 mins. To make matters worst, we got seated and waited for roughly 20mins and not 1 server asked if we were helped or bring us a drink absolutely nothing. Long time Chilis customer and usually have a decent experience, recognizing the expectations. I typically go to the location in Weston and I find that operation is inconsistent at best. I typically don't provide reviews, unless the experience is really terrific or very bad. In this case, due to the inconsistencies, I felt I needed to say something, as I have enjoyed Chilis over the years and would to have to give them up. My most recent visit took place on Thursday, October 13th. Ordered a Presidente and having been drinking them for many years I know what they're supposed to taste like. Well this one had virtually no liquor, as I've either become immune to tequila or it was lacking. I believe it was the later. Ordered some chips and guacamole with salsa. The chips came out so greasy you could see the oil. I requested a replacement and for the most part not much better. I've given up on chips at this location, as the last time the chips came out over salted, again had them returned only to have a comparable replacement. The salsa was very watery and probably did not have the time to set up. I ordered an entree that came with black beans, had to return the beans as they were cold. My o wife ordered a flatbread for her entree and it came out so well done she couldn't eat 25% of the dish. I know that someone is supposed to check the food as it leaves the kitchen, but I wonder if they know what the food is supposed to look like. Are they that concerned about food cost that they're sending out food that doesn't look right. With that kind of attitude, they'll make food cost, but lose customers. I only hope they can fix the problems or maybe this location needs management that truly wants to provide a good experience. read more

Chili's has gone from my favorite place to my last resort. The waitress was so snobby and rude. I was in a rush, and she asked if we knew about the little ziosk table things. When I told her yes, and that I frequently visit Chili's, she gave me this disgusting face and told me to pull up the gluten free menu in a very rude tone. She barely came by the table, and my food was completely messed up. By the time she came back to the table, my fiancé finished his meal and I didn't even start mine. She did take it back to make a fresh one, but by the time she brought it back, it was so late I had to out it in a to go box. Definitely not worth it.. Wow had a great time at the Chili's in Weston we celebrated my nephews bday because we went to Pembroke Lakes.I went with my husband and my son and also half of the family.We went with a party of nineteen but one of the workers set up the tables very quickly even when the place was juiced there was a 50 minute wait but we only waited for like 10 minutes.Our Waitress Daniela was really nice and would always I keep checking on us if everything was alright.My Big Mouth Bites with Onion Strips and Fries were delicious the appetizer we ordered was delicious as well as the molten chocolate lava cake I will come back to this location hungry for more read more

The last time I was at Chili's was 3 years ago. I happen to be there today again. I never want to go back to Chili's unless I am dying to eat and they are the only place left with food. A recent take out order inspired a one star warning to others. Terrible quality, two underwhelming burritos that literally fell apart with nothing in them to hold them together. An insult to my pallet. The cheap chicken was dry, tasteless - evidence of old ingredients. What pico de gallo, rice, cheese? Nada. Are they using take-out as a garbage disposal? That's what it seems like. Get a manager in a kitchen and make sure your food is presentable in both quality and taste or risk the Yelp hate. read more

So I usually dont do this but it was just too upsetting to me. Our server Estafanie started out great for like the first ten minutes and then it all went to hell. She didn't give us silverware to start with. She got chips for one side of the table (we were 13 people so I understand if she was a little flustered) but not the other. Took about 20 to 25 to just get chips. And then we get to the orders... unfortunately she was just not able to handle our table although we were clear in what we wanted. She forgot things like the sides for the fajitas, drinks we had ordered, and just other small things that if she had just come around our table a little more often than everything 25+ minutes would've been fine. But the last straw was the molten chocolate cake, that we ordered at 8. And weren't told until 9.15 that there wasnt any.... and the fact that we spoke to the manager and he looked at us completely lost just made us feel like we can't come back here again. Love this Chili's! Service is great. Our waiter was quick and attentive. Great for family with children because they have someone making balloon animals for the kids! I wish I was a kid so I could get a balloon animal too. It was so cute to see the kid sitting next to us so happy. The food was great. Some friends and I decided to grab a quick bite to eat and this chili's happened to be the closest place to eat at the time. I read the reviews which were mixed but I went in there with an open mind. Parking wasn't to bad but the restaurant had no open table so we sat by the bar area. The waiter was waiting like four table and trying to service all of them at once. Half of the time I did not know if he was talking to us or the table next to us. The food was poorly cooked at prepared. I ordered the Margarita grilled chicken which I always order at other chili's and it wasn't good. The beans were very watery and the chicken wasn't seasoned. My friend ordered the chicken tacos and he said the chicken tasted stale. I would never go back or recommend it to anyone. Save your money and go elsewhere. read more

Really disappointed in this Chili's recently. My family has been coming to this particular Chilis since I was a kid. Never had any issues with this place until the last 3 times we have been here. I don't know if it's new management or if it's lack of staff, but 1 server shouldn't be serving their full bar area on a football playoff Sunday. Granted this guy was a good waiter, but thats way too much for him to be doing on his own. It's ridiculous. Also, the host/hostesses don't seem very particular about doing their jobs. They'd rather be flirting or chatting it up amongst themselves rather than filling empty tables. The service tonight was lacking in many things. First, the food my family and I had was lukewarm, soggy, and the Chicken Crispers looked like they just came out of a microwave. They also got one of our Triple Dipper orders wrong, then came back with bad food again, and we had to order something else. The waiter also never refilled our drinks, until we were practically ready to leave. Never leave your tables with empty beverages. That's waiter 101. When we spoke to the manager, he didn't even take the blame for the food or lackluster service. He said it wasn't even his restaurant. That shouldn't matter one bit. It was your restaurant tonight, and you served your customers deplorable food. Suffice it to say, unless this restaurant rapidly improves on its quality and service, we will be taking our patronage elsewhere. read more

This place is horrible compared to what it was a couple years ago. The floor is sticky, the kitchen smells like a dirty cafeteria, there was black stuff floating in my beer. The next day my wife wanted take-out from here, against my better judgement we ordered- they missed all the toppings for every dish we ordered, the buns were hard in some areas and soggy in others (after a two minute drive), the meat in the burgers tasted horrible, maybe dirty grill? Went here not too long ago on a double date with my fiance and two friends. We quickly got seated which was the only good part about the dinner. It took about 20 minutes for a young girl (wearing a very tight shirt with a lot of clevage showing) to finally come to wait on us. i dont remember her name since she only came to the table about twice throughout our entire 2 hours there. Any way she just stood at the table and didnt say anything as she was eying down my fiance and my girlfriends date! How innapropriate! we were like ummmm so ... and she said "oh im ready what do you want" with such an attitude. Took about an Hour for our food and waited 30 minutes for drink refills, had to ask another waitress because ours was no where to be found. At the end of the night we did not leave her a tip because she did not deserve it. We Only saw her twice and practically had 3 other waiters. The change to our bill was like 2 pennies so we just left it on the table and as we are walking out the girl who was supposed to be our waitress didnt say "have a good night" or anything of the sort. As a vegetarian, I like that Chili's offers to sub any protein with a black bean patty. However, that wasn't the case when I was there on Saturday evening with a friend, who is also a vegetarian. We wanted to order the new smothered burrito, subbing the chicken with a black bean patty. The server asked the manager if it can be done. The manager refused, saying they it was too complicated and they were too busy in the kitchen. I'm sorry, but what is the difference between cooking a chicken breast and a black bean patty? All the steps are the same when it comes to constructing the burrito. I was upset that the Chili's in Weston, FL wouldn't accommodate our request. We felt forced to order a burger in which we still subbed the black bean patty. It's ridiculous. What's crazy is that our order only took about 5 minutes to get to our table, so I fail to see how busy the kitchen was. In addition to this, the server was MIA most of the evening. I had to sit there with my food getting cold while I waited for him to show up so I could ask for ketchup. Went on a Sunday night around 7pm. It was not busy at all. After about 15 minutes the hostess walked by and asked if our server came yet. We said no. A manager shows up to take our drink order. By that point we were ready to order all of our food so the manager took our order. A server comes by with the free appetizer we ordered (no clue if this is our actual server now?). A different server brings us our entrees. When it is time for the check it takes forever. Someone finally drops it off. There is an extra entree on our check and the free appetizer was not taken off making our bill double what it should be. We ask for the manager (again). He never shows up. We go to the hostess stand and wait there until our check is corrected by one of the servers. Finally the correct amount is there and we pay. No explanation as to why we did not have a dedicated server is ever given. The place was not busy at all so I am not sure what excuse they could possibly have. Keep in mind we are some of the most easy customers you could possibly ask for. Is decent service so hard to provide? Skip Chilis in Weston Commons and go to Bonefish or Anthonys instead. read more

So finally I asked for a manager. It took 4 requests for a manager and me walking to the kitchen to get a manager myself. Food is average. Similar to TGI Fridays, but ten times better than Applebees. They've made an effort renovate their menu. Their fajitas are probably the best out of the restaurants I've mentioned in this comment. Always good for 2x1 drinks. read more

I love Chilis. I usually go to the location near my home and have no problem. Since I am house sitting I decided to take the kids to familiar dinner spot. This location is horrible. The air was warm and humid, maybe the AC wasn't working? The place was completely empty yet it took our waitress almost 10 minutes to even come to our table. Worst chilies ever! From the hostess to the servers to the dirty glasses. Waited forever to get seated it even though there were ton of tables available, went to the bathroom and came back and still waited finally got seated then waited another 15 minutes to 20 minutes until my server came even though one gentleman kept coming by saying your server she's great she, the blonde hair she'll be there any minute she comes no personality whatsoever takes her order it takes another 25 minutes to get chips and Queso, brings the wine and extra pour a glass of wine is dirty. Tell her she rolls her eyes to get another one. Kids food comes out we have to wait an additional 12 minutes until ours comes. Don't ever get checked on and when we're done she just says do you want me to get a check or you want do it yourself very rude and on top of it the place smelled and was dirty. Had to get up and bother another waitress who was wonderful to help us get things that we were missing and even bring more chips never saw a manager but was looking for them to complain .
