I hadn't been to Chili's in years, but my son told me about the three appetizers deal so I was all for it on a Sunday afternoon. I ordered the Nashville, Hot, mozzarella, the southwestern eggrolls, and the Nashville, hot chicken strips. I really enjoyed the huge mozzarella square, as well as the eggrolls and the chicken strips. Everything was soaked in that delicious sauce, and while it was zesty, it wasn't overly spicy. My son played it safe and had regular chicken strips with regular mozzarella. The service was excellent. We were greeted with a smile upon entering, and the waitress was very sweet and attentive. The menu is pretty expensive and I would definitely go again to try regular sized entrées. This chilis is by far the nicest one I've been to!! I went with my girlfriend today, and we were greeted with possibly the sweetest and happiest waitress I have ever seen. She was super attentive, refilled our drinks without us having to ask, and complimented my bracelets which was lovely. We ordered a TON of food, which was all prepared very quickly, and was super fresh. (We got 2 apps, 3 entries, and a dessert). It was very clean, almost spotless, and the interior decor was lovely. 10/10, do recommend!! read more

I had an about 20 year hiatus on visiting a Chili's, but that viral triple dipper got me back in. To start I will say the staff is incredibly friendly here. From the hostess to the waitstaff everyone has a smile on their face. I was pleasantly surprised at how attentive the servers have been. Now the triple dipper. I mean it's a genius glow up on an appetizer sampler. My seven year old obsessed and I don't mind it every now and again. The big mouth bites are my favorite (aka the sliders) and my son loves how huge the mozzarella sticks are. The best cheese pull out there! Service is usually very steady here. Their drafts are usually cold, but bottles not as much. We love a good chilis deal, and there are lots of options to choose from, but the one star is removed for their burger patties. Their patties are usually overcooked/burnt, but the food is great other than that. Oh yeah, and they don't have celery or carrots to go with their wings! After reading some of the most recent reviews I was kind of afraid to go here, but my dining companion wanted their steak sandwich, so here we are. We came to lunch on a weekend. Their parking lot was almost empty but we were greeted by a hostess as soon as we entered. She asked if we had a seating preference and brought us to a booth with menus. The booth was clean as was the table and menus. The restaurant itself is showing a bit of wear around the edges which gives is a bit of a forlorn feeling. A small bar area with a few TV's and some high top tables, besides bar seating, is directly across from the entrance. This is a cozy bar area, mostly separate from the rest of the restaurant. Booths and tables are to the left and right of the bar area. The side we sat on had two TV's along the back wall. Each TV that I could see had a different sport playing: women's flag football, football, golf, baseball and a couple other things. Closed captions were in use on some of the TV's. Our waiter (Shawn/Sean?) showed up after giving us a bit of time to review our menus, but we were talking and hadn't looked at them yet. We ordered drinks which were brought to the table by a food runner pretty quickly. Nice. Our waiter did ask during our meal if I wanted my water refilled which was really good as I did want more water. He gave us time to review the menu and kept within eye contact distance, while not hovering, to be sure he got to us when we were ready. We ordered the steak sandwich and one of the new burgers on the menu plus a salad. That house salad is a good size. It is mostly a mix of fresh lettuces with lots of croutons, a few chopped tomato's and some shredded cheese. Dressing is on the side. Portion size was good for a side salad even if it didn't have a lot going on in the way of ingredients. Although some salads have way too much going on, this one could have used at least some cucumber, maybe some pepper or onion to make it a bit more interesting. It was fresh however, so that was good. A food runner brought all the items we ordered, from drinks to mains. That steak sandwich is a lot of food and comes with fries on the side. American cheese, bell pepper, jalapeno and some over item (onion? mushroom?) on top of a big pile of shaved steak. The roll is wide and soft. My dining companion decided to eat it with a knife and fork to save a mess. I think if you cut it in half, it would be quite manageable as a 'hand held' meal. You may even be able to share this one with a friend especially if you also get an app or side salad. It's a lot of food. My burger was very moist and a large portion. The bun is soft and a little sweet. I had the BBQ Brisket burger and there is just the right amount of BBQ sauce on that brisket. Enough to taste without over whelming the burger. Dill pickle chips on the burger are a nice addition creating a counter taste and texture to the brisket. I would order this again. The side of fries are seasoned with salt and pepper. It was tasty, but I do have a black pepper sensitivity and began to sneeze and get congested pretty quickly so I asked if I can order them w/o seasoning next time. Our waiter apologized (totally not his fault!) and let me know absolutely, just let my server know to include 'no seasoning' on the fries order and ask for salt at the table. Good to know for my next visit. Both of our sandwiches were hot off the grill. Both our fries however were warm, not hot, so the kitchen needs to work a little bit on getting the sides and mains on the plate at the same time. The fries were not as crispy as I like, but the seasoning is tasty and they are fluffy inside. Our waiter was very friendly and did his job well keeping an eye on us and checking in a few times to be sure we had all we needed. When it was time to pay we were asked if we were paying by cash or card and when we said card we were asked if we wanted to use the kiosk at the table. So if you don't want to pay at the kiosk, you don't have to. We said yes, handed our waiter the kiosk where he brought up our tab and then placed it on the table for us. He thanked us for visiting and said his good bye's. Paying at the kiosk was straight forward. You see the order and prices, hit a few buttons to move on to payment, after tapping my card I added a tip. It offered only text or email receipt so if you want a copy of your receipt you either need to give them that info, or pay through your server. After the receipt question, I was given the opportunity to complete a questionnaire about our visit. After a few multiple choice questions there is a space to write additional info so if you have a compliment or a complaint, use the kiosk to pay. All in all a good visit. It does seem like management is trying to improve staffing and other issues noted in other reviews. We have only good things to say about our visit and I hope they continue to improve. I came here this afternoon with my husband. Before even looking at the menus, our server asked if we wanted some chips and salsa so we assumed it was complimentary like how some restaurants offer bread with butter. She never said anything about a price. Between two frozen margaritas that didn't even fill the glass and the surprise $6.59 fee for crumbled chips and watered down salsa, our bill was $34.12 before tip. For the prices they charge, you're much better off going somewhere with quality food. I wasn't a fan of the lack of our server's transparency so we decided to cash out and go elsewhere for dinner and drinks. read more

A few days ago, I had lunch at Chili's in Warwick. The fajitas were good, warm and well seasoned. Not many people at the restaurant when I arrived. This restaurant used to be really busy in years past, so I don't know if it's the enhanced competition or that the quality of food and/or service has gone down. I went with my team and made a reservation for 8:30. We had to leave at 9:30 because they couldn't seat us. Very disappointed.

Chili's used to be THE place to go for a great fajitas kicked off with a basket of chips and salsa. I've never tasted better salsa! Welp. The only great thing that remains is the tasty salsa but this restaurant is in shambles from every angle. Sunday night. Dinner. The server really did try. She was attentive and did her best to work with what she had...which wasn't much. She's the only reason for the single star. The chips in the basket were brown and slightly burnt. When we asked for a replacement she said the cook over cooked all of them. All of them? Ok. Their classic nachos used to be epic. They were not this time. They looked sloppy on the plate with a bed of brown lettuce. Some had a ton of toppings, some had none. Some were ok and some were awful. On to the main event. Fajitas. Chewy over done steak. Insert sad face. You could see the visible gristle. We cut it into tiny pieces and it was somewhat edible. But for the first time ever, we left most of it behind. The service crew, outside our server, was sketchy. One server was walking around the restaurant eating a chicken wing...gross. The bartender came over and stopped by a table to flirt (badly) with the women seated next to us . I overheard them talking to each other about how uncomfortable they were. They left immediately before finishing their meal. The seating area used be be pristine. There were probably half a dozen tables that had dishes on them that were never cleaned the entire time we were there. Hey, chicken wing guy - maybe help out? I did not enjoy my meal here, yesterday. I ordered a Combo of 3 items. I was up charged $2 because one of the items was a 1/2 rack of ribs. I did not know I would be charged extra. Plus, the ribs were dry and overcooked. The other two items Were without much taste. Even with a $10 off coupon, the bill was still over $42 with a dessert. This Chili's has gone downhill since they started the pay-at-the-table-machine-thingy. Our guacamole was out before the chips, my order was wrong twice, our plates weren't cleared until we were ready to leave, and no drink refills were offered. I'd even asked for one and it never happened. The place wasn't super clean either! Crumbs on the chairs and the bathroom was nasty. Our server was nice enough, but had us order everything at once and then only checked on us one time. For my girlfriend's birthday we went here. The lady offered up a free dessert when we were leaving and we stayed because of the generous offer. Then she added it to the final bill anyways. The booth seats are very low and leaning back would bump me into other dining guests behind me. Also, the booth seats are spaced from the table and kills your posture. Always a solid go to place for some decent chips and salsa. Good drinks and consistent quality on the dishes. Really can't go wrong with their burger selections. Noticed another menu change. Seems more healthier choices to be had. Usually a salad or a burger for joint for me. So today I opted for the "boss burger" A meat lovers burger! And it was pretty big, it needed something on it. Over an hour to get a kids meal and lunch combo chicken sandwich. 20 minutes to have someone take our order. 45 MINUTES for the WRONG drinks. Charged for a drink we didn't get. Wrong sides. Just want to update my previous review of this restaurant. Juliette was our server for the second time and she was excellent. We arrived for an early dinner and began with the house salads - not perfect as we noticed a bit of the salad was a little dried out, and we like "crisp"- however, the house dressing was excellent. Hubby enjoyed his "Just Bacon Burger" with fries and I did like the Marguarita Grilled Chicken by omitting the spicy Pico, and the tortilla strips. The chicken itself was perfectly tender and tasty, although the Mexican rice and the black beans had a bit of a kick, but it was still an enjoyable dish! The dessert that we shared as our third course was wonderful - the warm, huge chocolate chip cookie in a skillet - topped with vanilla ice cream, and hot fudge. I stopped at this location for lunch last week and I was extremely surprised to see you till the server is not wearing any masks.
