Had an amazing dinner. The waitress was awesome! The manger was helping everyone. I was so happy to see a working manager.

The food is good, but when I eat in the bar area I seem to get stuck with the grumpy guy waiter and his slow.

After I got taken out to Ruth Chris by the big boss, I felt a little bad my crew wasn't invited,…read morebut that would have cost waaay too much. So I told my crew since we were in the Visalia area we could go to a nice dinner at Texas Roadhouse. I think my expense account can handle Texas Roadhouse. NO endless alcohol, we're NOT do'in that! This location was easy to find, it just next to a Panda Express on South Mooney Blvd, just south of Visalia Parkway. Way easy parking. We got here before the crowds built up, they always do at Texas Roadhouse. We've been to other locations so my crew know how it all works here. Drink orders are taken by our friendly server. The inside here looks pretty much like all the rest of the Texas Roadhouses. I told them just get whatever you want. One guy ordered the full rack of ribs, another got the bone in ribeye, the other girl got the filet medallions and another got the ribeye as well. Appetizers were the onion blossom thingy, and a couple of orders of the potato skins. The food actually arrived pretty fast and it all tasted super nice according to the crew. Those potato skins got gobbled up fast! The ribs were super fall off the bone and the steaks were all cooked as ordered, med rare .... no well done shit with these guys! We took our time and spent maybe 2 hours eating dinner. No way I wanna spend that kinda time for lunch during the work day, but a thank you dinner for a good job it all good.

I'm genuinely disappointed with the food quality here, especially for a restaurant that proudly…read moreclaims all their sides are made from scratch. The mac and cheese has been consistently watery and lacking flavor each time I've tried it. The steaks don't seem seasoned at all simple salt and pepper would make a world of difference. After writing the place off, TikTok convinced me to give it another shot because people were raving about the pork chops. That was a mistake. I've never had meat that dry. It felt like chewing sawdust, and my jaw was done after two pieces. I took the rest home for the dog. It's frustrating because I truly respect how much gratitude this business shows toward veterans, but with how expensive the bill was, the food should be prepared far better. On the positive side, our waitress was friendly and attentive. However, if you plan on having a couple of beers, order two at once they won't arrive until your food is about to hit the table. Overall, I'm saddened that the food is subpar, especially given the potential this place has and the values it stands behind.

This spot used to be Corby's, but in my opinion, it's a huge improvement. The food, service, and…read moreoverall experience were all outstanding. We stopped in on a Sunday afternoon and grabbed seats at the bar. Sam was our server and was fantastic, friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu. Her recommendations were spot on. The food absolutely did not disappoint. I ordered the Grilled Chicken Taco Salad, and it was enormous! The tortilla shell was so crispy and well-made that it actually held up for leftovers the next day. The jalapeño ranch had the perfect amount of heat and flavor. We also tried the Drunken Chicken Sandwich. Sam recommended getting it breaded, and I'm glad we listened. The homemade breadcrumb coating was light, crispy, and flavorful without being overly thick or salty. For appetizers, we shared the Fried Pork Belly Bites, which were paired with a delicious coleslaw and a sweet Korean-style BBQ sauce, and the Deviled Eggs, which were AMAZING. They came prepared three different ways, making it fun to try each variation. Honestly, I couldn't pick a favorite. Their beer selection was impressive, and I was especially excited to find Crow & Wolf's Dark Wolf Seltzer on tap, one of my favorites and not something you see everywhere. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of character. Even the ladies' restroom had quirky, fun artwork that added a unique touch to the atmosphere. The size and amount of tv's was impressive. If you're looking for a relaxed vibe, great drinks, exceptional service, and food that delivers, I highly recommend checking this place out. We'll definitely be back.

From the moment you walk in, the entire place has an elegant, upscale feel that really sets it apart from your typical dining experience. One of the first things I appreciated was that the restaurant has its own private parking lot, which makes arriving and parking super convenient. When we arrived, there was a pianist playing live music upstairs, which added such a nice touch to the atmosphere. Between the historic decor, classic elegance, and live piano music, the entire restaurant has a sophisticated charm that's hard to find these days. The menu was excellent, with a great selection of dishes ranging from filet mignon to a variety of drinks and other fine dining options. The hostess was welcoming, our waiter was attentive and professional, and the service throughout the meal was great. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was fantastic, and the overall experience was excellent. Definitely a great spot in Visalia if you're looking for a classy dinner, a special occasion, or just a really nice dining experience. Highly recommend!
