Came here on a Saturday evening (after Black Friday) and surprisingly it wasn't crazy busy! *This restaurant is located in a nice location too, right on Mooney in the Target shopping center. Inside the restaurant, the booths happened to be occupied but bar tables were open. *Self seating in the bar area. Atmosphere is casual but good to bring friends or family because of the moderate noise level. The service was pretty decent. Our waitress checked in regularly, was polite, and didn't forget anything which is always nice. The food was all pretty tasty, I love the southwestern eggrolls so that was why we chose to eat here. I guess it's been a while since I've been to a Chilis because it seemed like the menu was revamped a bit and lots of new items added. I tried a menu item I hadn't tried before (the chicken and waffles,) and surprisingly it was really good! I couldn't eat many of them because they're filling and taste rich but I would probably order them again as well. Another good menu item here is the chicken fajitas. We sent ours back because we like the chicken "more grilled" but it wasn't a problem and the waitress corrected it. Last, my favorite dessert here is the chocolate molten cake, the chocolate is really good especially on the inside! Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend this location. read more

It seems like everytime I go to a Chilis it takes a hostess forever to acknowledge and seat me. Theyre always understaffed. I ordered the Fresh Mex bowl and it did not have a good taste to it. Dissappointed because all the ingredients work well but they either season or sauce it, that makes it awful. On top of that our waitress kept coming to our table saying "what sauce did you want, I totally forgot" "which beer did you order, I totally forgot" well she also forgot to give us refills or check on us for the remainder of the time. I only gave them two stars because I absolutely love the chips and salsa. The thin, crispy chips are just so satisfying. I was the first person in the restaurant at 10:45 and ordered a 6 oz medium well steak with mashed potatoes and it took them 50 minutes to bring me my food. The steak was smaller than 6 oz and was completely dark. The mashed potatoes were fake and disgusting. I paid $13 and some cents for my meal and I was not satisfied whatsoever. Better than the average Chili's chain restaurant. The kitchen manager makes a point to bring out the food himself when possible. Fast, friendly service. This is where I think each restaurant in an individual chain differs. This place is fast and friendly. If ever a mistake is made, they go above and beyond to make sure it's fixed and more than made up for. read more

Went to Chili's for lunch today to take advantage of am email exclusive special that I had received. We were seated promptly upon arrival, which is always a plus for me. Our server Tera was over to our table within 2 minutes to take our drink order. Tera returned with our drinks within 2-3 minutes ready to take our food order. While we were waiting for our food order Tera stopped by at least two times to check on us. The food we ordered was great, but it was our server Tera who made the experience enjoyable. It seemed like we never had to ask for anything as Tera seemed to anticipate what we needed. If you add in the good food and excellent service my overall opinion of Chili's has changed to positive. read more

Service is inexcusably VERY slow. All the food that was ordered came out cold, which is a shame, because we ordered steaks and ribs. Our food took more than 40 mins. to come out. I don't mind if it comes out late, as long as the food is still hot, but it was obvious that the food sat on the counter for a long time. The table wasn't completely ready too when we were seated. Excellent service. Meal is always good but tonight the ribs were over done. Without question or attitude the waitress had them remake the ribs and also didnt charge us for them. Now thats awesome. For years we have been regulars, spending hundreds of hard earned dollars at this establishment and it was great for a long long time that is until recently when service and standards have taken a serious nose dive. I have written this review at least 5 times and decided to give them another chance but after this last trip I decided enough is enough. You might get a decent meal here but it's very hit and miss now days. Chilis used to be a once-a-week stop for my husband and I. About 3 months ago things went dramatically downhill. Service became mediocre and the food itself pretty much is NEVER prepared properly. The visit prior to our LAST visit my husband and I went for our weekly "fix". Our dinner was brought to us and my "medium" steak was very rare. Waiter came to check on us 5-6 minutes after dropping off our food. Told him about my steak. He took it back to the kitchen. It came back to me 15 minutes later and was still raw. My husband was done eating and I no longer was hungry. Left very disappointed. Not sure I wanted to go back. 3 weeks later we caved in and went back. Same thing with the steak. Rare. Took back to the kitchen and 20 minutes later it was returned to me. Cooked into oblivion. The "manager" who brought it must have been out sick when customer service skills were taught. When I told him I could not eat that dried out over coked steak he simply picked it up and walked off. Not a word was spoken to me. He never apologized. Never said a thing. Since the rest of my dinner party was done eating I did not "want to order something else". Left hungry for the second time in a row. This is all so very disappointing. Typical chain restaurant. Food tastes the same at every location. My friend and I each had the Southwestern Cobb Salad which was good but we had to ask for more dressing because it was dry. My sister and I made an online order at 8:45pm pre-paid. The system stated that my order would be ready at 9:17. I get to the restaurant at 9:25 to give them a little bit of time and because I was running a little late! I walk in, I see 6 employees walking and talking to each other and not one acknowledges me. If it was busy, I would completely understand. However, there were only about 8 guests in the restaurant.. it's now 9:35 and I talk to the bartender and she goes back and tells someone. 5 minutes later a gentlemen comes out, tells me "Well no one told me you were here, your food has been sitting here for TEN MINUTES." So, because this staff did not acknowledge my presence, I had to wait an extra 15-20 minutes for nothing?? It is now 9:45pm and I am barely now receiving my order. ONE HOUR????? I can't believe it. My sister was so excited because she seen the ad on the commercial which is why we ordered here, now that this happened she isn't even excited to eat her food. And I just looked at my container box. You can tell that it says Mike written in pen, and Monica written on over that. That seems that either Mike didn't show up and we had the same order so they gave it to me, or they don't even have the decency to give me a freaking new container box for my food. Last night me and my wife stopped in to spend a gift card from Christmas. The dining area was quite busy, so we ate at the Bar. The very helpful bartender recomended to us their 2 for $35.00. The meal includes two premium margaritas, appetizer, two main entree meals and dessert. Great value, great food and good atmosphere. Oh yeah, the Margaritas had the right amount of kick to them, not just sweet syrup. The bartender was very nice and she was very helpful. Took forever getting our check. I am still waiting at the table with out foods boxed waiting on a check. Bathrooms are gross. No toilet paper in two stalls. The bathrooms are located at the very corner with almost no signs pointing you to the bathrooms. I walked by the cooking area and it was messy and water all over the floor. I went to Chili's and the service was horrible. The majority of the cups was dirty. The waitress was rude. The establishment was fairly empty inside at the moment also. I don't understand what was taking so long. I was never checked on throughout my stay to see if I needed refills. I ordered a soup and I was the last person to receive my meal. We waited about 30 mins for our good on a weekend for a half full establishment. I watched tables who came after my party with more people receive their food before me. Unacceptable. read more

3rd visit here, and shame on us for coming back. Our waiter Efrin was on top of things, but once again the food was very disappointing. Their full rack of baby back ribs is 10 ribs, never seen a rack that small. They ribs were dry with not much flavor to them. My wife had the fajita trio, flavorless also. Corn tortillas were overheated and hard, which made them tough to bite through. The condiments that came with the fajitas weren't even enough to make the three tacos with the tortillas provided. This was an amazing experience! Came here on my night off with my best friend, a fellow server. We had an amazing time and enjoyed both the food and the service. Cynthia took care of us was always making sure that we had what we needed and delivered our drinks in a timely manner as soon as they were ready at the bar. This time at Chili's was not good. Food was barely warm, cold would be closer. Then the dishes came out in waves. Seven people, came out 2 at a time. Then finally the last one came. The manager came over. Brought hot fries. The main dish was cold, but it would take 15 minutes for a new one. No price adjustment. Very sad experience. Wish I had gone some place else. read more
