Leashed and friendly pups are welcome both on the beautifully decorated outdoor tiki patio and inside the restaurant. With an American‑style menu in a fun sports bar setting, this spot is perfect for game days, casual hangs, and year‑round good times. If you are looking for a place to watch sports, enjoy delicious food, and bring your pup along, this is it. They also have a front store with package goods, which is super convenient. Thanks to our follower Wendy (Mom to pups Kylie & Kevin) for the awesome recommendation!

We walked in the front door and immediately you see a liquor store and in the back is a huge restaurant. It was so crowded that we ate outside, which I believe was actually better both since the weather was nice and not as crowded. The price of food here is really reasonable. This watering hole is a real plus to the locals. Elise was our server. Very friendly. Excellent food, large menu for every type of diner. I believe they even serve late breakfast because they open up at 10 AM. Check it out. Not the easiest place to find when you're on the highway 37 E.

We have wanted to try this place for sometime and finally decided to do this on a Saturday…read moreafternoon, yesterday. I don't know how old the restaurant is, but I believe it's relatively new as it looks very clean, modern, has very high ceilings and a modern rustic type of feel. There are steel beams in the ceiling to the floor. The flooring is a warm laminate wood. They have booths, tables and a nice bar area. The dining room also has windows with natural lighting and also lights that come down to each table. We are greeted by our waiter and sat, he was friendly and attentive. The only thing that was odd, he didn't check to see if our main courses came ok. But overall, we really liked this restaurant. They have a very eclectic menu. We shared the Bavarian pretzel, the mustard and the beer cheese were excellent. I had the Tuscanwich with breaded eggplant. It also comes with broccoli rabe, roasted red peppers and house made mozzarella on Joe Leone's bread. It was awesome. It also comes with housemaid potato chips, which were excellent. My wife had the Smashburger with sweet potato fries. She said it was amazing. I had a Franzeskonner beer, which is very hard to find so I was very happy about that. My wife had a winter tequila cocktail, which looked beautiful and also tasted great. We passed on dessert, but we will definitely be back. They also have other really great entrées. They have a really good wine list and many awesome cocktails.

The food on the other hand scored about a one star There were four of us, and three of us ordered the chicken fajita. How can you mess up a chicken fajita? Make it with dried out old chicken, and a big glop of melted cheddar cheese. We also each had the coleslaw. For some reason, the top of my coleslaw was really good because it was only lightly dressed until I dug in deeper and then it was a big wet glop also. My other friends did not fair as well as their coleslaw was drowning in Mayo. Seriously, what street? Grill some fresh chicken, lighten up the cheese, and serve it on a toasted fajita underneath. And please lay off the mayo on your coleslaw. I won't be eating here again as the food seems to me to have really gone downhill. The only thing that is going for Water Street is the ambience and view of the river.

The atmosphere was very nice, we sat in the bar and had a nice table where I could watch a football game on a very large amazingly clear tv. We were there about an hour and heard 3 or 4 birthday songs which we would have preferred not to hear. The service was very good. Our server Siena came over to our table quickly after we were sat. She was very good! The food came out quick and as mentioned early was very good. During our meal the manager did come over to ask if everything was good. We were thanked on our way out by the girls at the hostess station. We left almost a 25% tip so the bill came out to $102. We had tacos! Only Gave Sophia's a 3 star rating because the food was priced high for the portions you received. I probably wouldn't go back but if you're ok with the prices vs portions then go for it. It is a nice place and seems to be run well.

Food: 4/5 Drink: 5/5…read moreService: 5/5 Comfort: 3.5/5 TL/DR: busy- friendly & prompt service- fresh food & good drinks, huge chicken parm portion, good but underseasoned. Stopped in at 7ish for supper on a Thursday evening. Bar was full so I took a hi-top, ready and poised like Gordon himself to critique the menu variety and lack of bowties. Already judging the slightly too loud for comfort DJ playing the perfect mix of my guilty pleasures (not to be discussed here). However, for the crowd, service came quickly, and a beverage and entree were on the way. Burgers, seafood, and other options looked good, but my heart saw chicken parm and our fate was sealed. I noticed the $50 price for that with pasta, and was shocked, until it arrived. Then I was astounded. The portion that was brought forth could feed 3 of me, maybe 4 or 5 of average size and endurance. As I began my conquest of this challenge set before me, another server arrived with bread and EVOO/vin/etc. I assume this means bread service was late, but good LORD, ITS AS IF THE DELICIOUS CARBS NEVER END?!. The vodka sauce was classic. Chicken parm was massive, fresh, and crispy. Only gripe is the chicken was bland- needs more salt/msg/herbs in breading & seasoning. All in all, supper and service was good and theres a full menu of italian, burger, and bar food options probably worth trying. ELE OT

Well mannered , knowledgeable about the menu , sincere all well moving with a purpose. He treated us a lonely table of 2 like we were his only priority well simultaneously handling a 10 , 4 and 6 top. We sat in the side dining room facing the kitchen pass. We watched 6 pros handle business. Minimal words just chin gestures and some pointing. Some serious heat was moving thru that kitchen being passed to runners that kept that fire alive calling for garnish extra sauce and accoutrements as if it was Orchestra.Food was phenomenal. Egregious portions. Flavors layer. Sweet salty fatty creamy one after another nothing standing too far out or too far behind. The spice in the seafood dish was about right to let you know it was there but not over stay it's welcome. Plump seafood with a clean finish. We shared a bite with each other and went for seconds. The dessert a catcher's mitt size of chunk of old style ricotta cheese cake. Mind you all this was happening when they were serving a wedding of 50 in the back room. Two cons. The a/c wasn't working it was a little warm. I won't harp too much on that we had extreme weather the day prior. Number 2 . Truffle oil. The table next to us ordered truffle fries.
