I had a great experience here this day. It has been a while since I have been here, the food and vibe were cool. The service was slow and not because of the lack of staff or because the restaurant was crowded. The server was just kind of hanging out chatting with other workers and not checking on us at all...UNLESS we called her over. Nevertheless, the food was great and that's why I am giving the experience a 4 star. I had the Baby Back Ribs, quesadillas and Jalapeño-Cheddar Smoked Sausage. Instead of the fries, I got the roasted street corn, and it was sooo good! The ribs were falling off the bone tender. The barbecue sauce was also delicious. The sausages were a hit as well. After a graduation and travel, we stopped for a quick dinner, no one else in the area had availability to seat a party of 10. We were greatly impressed that they could seat us in 15 minutes. That quickly turned in to distress because the manager declined the ability to turn the two tables into one. Her eye and neck roll made it hhd to believe that she was not being disrespectful. The waitress tried to cover for the helper with drinks. He brought the drinks and dropped them on the table and walked away. He did this for both tables. The waitress stated we are really busy he didn't mean to drop them on the table. It's loud in here due to multiple graduations and everyone trying to feed families at the end of a long night. Hostess was rude and purposely moved party down the waitlist, continuously rolls eyes and made smart comments under her breath. Larger party seated immediately, my party was never seated after a 1 1/2 wait. When inquired as to the reason the host became belligerent, yelled and made threats, management did nothing to diffuse the incident and did not even ask what the issue was and refused service. Just really disgusted and distraught. I'm never returning this this restaurant again. First of all, I heard nonstop screaming and loud music coming from the kitchen. Food was nasty and undercooked. My burger was basically raw. And at the end, there was a man who exposed his manhood and was peeing all over the parking lot. Not only was it disgusting, but there were also little kids walking around outside who also saw this. Management did absolutely nothing about it. This place is just overall so disgusting. So I haven't been to a Chili's in a long time, and I'm happy that we ventured in. First, our server, I think his name was Robert, was great. He was friendly, attentive, accurate and did a great job as an ambassador of Chili's. Next, the food was prompt, hot and tasty. The honey chipotle sauce for the chicken strips was on point. It had a bit of kick to it and I really liked it. I dipped my chicken and my fries. My son's shrimp pasta was delicious. He only gave me couple bites but it was yummy. Also, the cheese enchilada soup was great. Next time, I'm getting a bowl. The restaurant was nice and clean, and brightly lit. Overall, it was a really good experience and we'll be back. read more

We arrived at 5 pm with a party of 12 for my grand daughter's 13th birthday . She chose this place . She was the ONLY one that wanted to eat there. I was told the wait would be an hour or so and I agreed to that. But 2 hours later when I was told our table was ready that's when I was told we would be separated. One half would be on one side of the restaurant and the other half in the bar area . Why was I not told this at check in?? Because I would have said no thank you. While the food was good, the service was terrible. We waited 15-20 minutes just for the server to take our drink order. It was not crazy busy. Anywhere else, the server is at your table within a good span of time. We don't come out to eat to spend over an hour to wait for food. The server only came back once to have us pay. This Chilis location has some serious management issues. The restaurant routinely quotes wait times between 45 min and 2 1/2 hours. This occurs when the restaurant is less than 30% full. The only logical reason is a lack of staff, which is a management failure. The staff was clearly not busy. While waiting I observed one waitress take a seat and play with her cell phone for 10 min. Another left the restaurant and went to her car for 10 min. And the greeter was just standing at the door. There certainly wasn't a shortage of either table space or staff. Before you say it must be covid precautions, nope thought about that. The people who were seated were all crammed together in one part of the restaurant. There we're about 9 or 10 distinct seating sections. Only 5 were in partial use and none of these were full. Okay finally seated, unfortunately the table and chairs were covered in soda =( Drinks and apps showed up fast, less than 5 min wait. Drinks were cold and apps were hot. So I travel for work and these days options are limited because of COVID-19. Wanted to get a burger down the street, but the place had a 45+ minute wait. So I came here. I understand the menu says burgers are cooked well done but it also says you can ask for less. Unless you like a well done burger I wouldn't go here. I asked for medium rare and got well done. Told the bartender, my server, and she offered to send it back. I at first declined, but then I tasted the fries. They tasted like they were freezer burnt, so I chose to send the burger back because I was starving and wanted something to eat. This time I asked for rare so that if it went a little over it'd still be medium rare, or maybe even medium at worst. I once again got a well done burger. The pictures are of my 2nd burger.
