Drinks were wrong, order for ceviche was not correct, service was terrible. They didn't ask how the food was, or refill the water. there seemed to be a communication barrier. Sad because the food looks amazing and it is clean inside. However, the bathrooms were not clean and the server that was in the bathroom didn't wash his hands. I came here for a solo lunch the other day, and this was my first time here. I ordered a skinny margarita. However, I didn't taste the alcohol in the drink, but I didn't need all the extra calories, so I just dealt with it. Of course, Los Cabos is your typical Mexican restaurant. The menu included quesadillas, nachos, taco salad, and much more. I've heard great things about this restaurant, so that I will give it another try, but I need for them to add a little bit more alcohol into my skinny margarita next time, please. read more

Soo I finally found a good Mexican spot on Yelp that's located in Southaven, Ms and it was delicious too. We had a great experience tonight. The ambiance is very welcoming, the colors are beautiful and the staff is also helpful and very friendly. They have Amazing food and Drinks here (The Texas Chicken Chimichanga) is now my favorite and the rice and black beans was pretty good as well . I tried the grilled corn and it was also pretty good and of course the cheese dip. "You can't have Mexican food without cheese dip " lol! Oh, And they have these huge drinks , i only had the small tornadoes (it' was very strong too) but I'm not a drinker so I only had the one drink . But to sum up my review , I give them 5 stars. I don't have any pictures for this visit because we are doing this thing where on weekends we don't touch our cell phones, and we came here Saturday night so....... I expected to have a bit of a wait as we showed up for dinner on a Saturday night but nope! We were seated right away. We didn't get any menus for a few minutes though, and in the interim a waiter came (sans menus, mind you) and asked for our drink orders and if we wanted any appetizers. Well, I don't know if you're a Coke joint or a Pepsi joint since we didn't have any menus. And I don't know what you have for apps because, you guessed it, no menus. One member ordered a sweet tea but it came unsweet. Food is pretty good, it's the service is just sooo disjointed!! We dealt with 4 different people throughout our meal bringing things or taking orders and bringing out food etc.... And man is it loud inside. I don't mean the clientele is loud, it's the acoustics of the place. I'll probably go here again some time but with a plethora of really good Mexican places in the area it'll be a minute I'm sure. read more

Date night with my honey! The environment was friendly and fun. We weren't seated more than a few minutes before the waiters brought out chips & salsa! We browsed the menu for a few minutes and decided to order some additional dips for our chips (queso and guacamole). They were yummy! We then ordered a few Tornado margaritas, which are not for the weak, if you like your drinks STRONG. Our food came out in a timely manner and was nothing short of delicious. We got here shortly after 5:00pm on a Sunday evening as I got out of our vehicle to get in my wheelchair and roll in a worker noticed us coming from the handicapped parking spot and held the door open for us we were immediately seated and gave us ample time to view the menu and figure out what we wanted being our first time here. The waiter was VERY kind, understanding and respectful to our needs. We ordered and that's when the manic started. We went to Los Cabo's for dinner on Saturday night for the first time. We arrived just before 8PM and were seated right away. The service from our server was fine but my issues were with the food. My wife ordered coconut shrimp with Tamarind sauce. They brought the shrimp without the sauce, when my wife asked about it, they said they left it out and it spoiled. They never would have said anything if she didn't ask. The Tamarind was the only reason she ordered the dish. I ordered mixed fajitas with no guacamole but was served the special fajitas with every meat they offer along with the guacamole. The cook took my order back quickly and brought the correct dish but I believe they were in such a hurry that they neglected to season the meat. The dish had zero flavor. I have never felt so disrespected when visiting a restaurant in my life. From the time I walked in the restaurant the guy who I spoke with was very rude . Apparently Google Allows you to make a reservation online with them which is what I thought I did , but according to him they don't take reservations . Ok no biggie. So I asked him if they can accommodate a party of 8. He said everyone needs to be here in a very rude tone . I again said ok . So I then ask if we can sit on the patio . Instead of just answering my question he immediately starts explaining rules to me saying "I'm not going to be moving people around if they want to change tables" I said sir I said nothing about anyone moving around . That's why I'm asking you that question so I can ask my party what they preferred. He continued to look at me as if I was annoying him. We went back and forth At this point I felt disrespected and stereotyped because why keep reciting your rules to me before answering clear questions. I then say to him that all black people are not the same you know. Yes I pulled the race card ! He then cursed at me saying that is BS ( he used the actual words ) and pretty much went back and forth with me talking as if I'm not a customer . I then told him I would not be patronizing the restaurant and to make it worse he claims he's the owner. He also tried to intimidate me with cameras like I gave a flip. You cursed at me ! So I put the finger sign up . I hate I had to react to such an ignorant person but I'm tired of being treated differently when I pay the same type of money as the next person. I guarantee you he wouldn't have recited the rules to someone who did not look like me, Had they asked the same question. I have no problems with him enforcing the rules, but none of that was necessary at that time and he could've presented it more professionally . I feel very belittled and will never return to this place. It's a shame he lost out on a very large party and I will make sure everyone I know knows about my experience. And to Mr. So-called owner, I know I told you I will be writing a review so you probably will see this and want to have a petty response but guess what I don't give a damn!
