There is one waitress that goes above and beyond, but another left us waiting for 30 minutes for the check and forgot to-go food. 1st impression Upon arrival we stood at the door for 3mins or so waiting to be seated. With the covid restrictions I'm very patient knowing most places aren't even fully staffed, however there was 5-6 people running around and even one came up and grabbed menus without speaking or greeting us. So with staff seeing we was here and multiple not greeting us in any sort of way already left a bad impression to start, because I'm huge on being welcomed into an establishment. Service Waitress was sweet and a go getter. Very quick to service us and food came out in a good time manner . Meal I had the chicken and waffles (I've had before at other chilies) I like the uniqueness to this meal, it's a tex-mex twist on a soul food classic. The amount of flavors you get are amazing and they nailed this meal here. Also street corn is great!! Husband had the Smokehouse combo and everything was great on it and the rib meat fell off the bone. No complaints on the food. Everything was great , fries were so/so but the main dishes made up for that. Atmosphere was relaxed and family centered I felt like. I ordered the ribs with fries and a salad for carry out. When I got home, the fries were MISSING and the salad was wilted and brown. The ribs were tasty but the missing fries and terrible salad ruined the meal. I will not be ordering food from Chilies again. read more

Food has been lackluster at best here the first couple times we've tried giving it a chance. Last night took the cake when my husband got food poisoning. Definitely wasn't the helpful convenience of not cooking for a night that we hoped for... It's safe to say we'll not be returning to this location...maybe staff needs to brush up on hand washing techniques and food safety before more people get seriously ill. read more

Came in on Christmas Eve (dont judge me), new place in town so I decided to give it a go. It is kinda small on the inside so i wasn't expecting that but its quaint. It still has the new feel to it so its usually pretty busy. I myself came in and sat at the bar to get faster service. Vanessa was my bartender/server and provided me with some great service. I ordered the cheese fries which were awesome! Great flavor and lots of them and also ordered the steak fajita. There is plenty of food on the plate and I cant complain about the flavor of it as well. Speed of food coming out was really good as well. They do have a full service bar but since I'm not going to be drinking and driving I did not partake in the festivities of alcohol. I definitely will be coming back to this establishment to try out some more of their menu here. read more

I usually avoid Chili's because of the terrible acoustics, but I was invited for lunch, so I gave in. I had the bacon ranch chicken quesidilla. It was pretty awful; the chicken was leftover, and had that nasty reheated left-over-chicken taste. I expected that for an entree priced at almost $12, they would prepare a piece of fresh chicken, but no such luck. This was in addition to the $4.99 charge for chips and salsa, a casual and inexpensive appetizer that can be obtained at no charge at literally every other Mexican restaurant I've ever seen in my entire long life, including several in Somerset. Well, at least I know to avoid it in the future. read more

Pleasantly surprised, nice atmosphere, & accommodating staff. Cory was our accommodating server & Andrea assisted today. I had chicken fajitas & hubby had the shrimp fajitas. Lots of food. Chips &salsa was too salty fouroWe had an email coupon for free dessert also. We can definitely Recommend the chocolate Molten ice cream cake & shared. Staff seemed to take on the smaller than normal crowd & waning afternoon, continued to stay focused more than other dining rooms. Everyone appeared to help each other with tasks, especially cleanups. Servers wore masks in dining room. Manager assisted staff effectively. Only problem was payment through table kiosk did not work & we used credit card. Second trip-food was plentiful and taste was flavorful. Service was very good. Only issue was lettuce in salad was a little old. Presidential Margarita alcohol was a little weak. We arrived at Chili's and ask about the wait. We were told it would be 20 to 25 minute, we waited over an hour. When we were finally seated no one gave us a menu. The rudest waitress showed up at the table and ask us what we would be having. We asked for a menu and then she said I can get your drinks and do you want chips? I would like to have had a menu to see what they had besides chips but ok. It took us over 30 minutes to get our food and I had to ask a hostess to get me another drink. When she finally returned she asked if we needed anything else. I told her I had to get someone else to get my drink. We will not be returning to Chilli's. Gave it two shots, both times the service we got was a absolute joke. Went at below average attendance times, maybe 10-12 other people there BOTH times. Seated and forgot BOTH times. Had too ask someone for drink orders and by then we were ready too order food. Food took almost an hour to get. Cold on arrival. Complained and the manager basically told me I was wrong.
