I've been coming to casa since I was a little girl... it's always been our go to spot. Super fast service, very clean, and the best chips and salsa while you wait. The food is always perfect! They have two locations but Casa 2/south Casa, is my favorite! It seems less crowded and a little quieter in there. Even though they are always busy busy. Their takeout is very good as well! We tried to support them a lot during the shut down last year, and the fajitas with the 4 different kinds of meat was so good and had plenty for two to share! read more

If I could give it 0 starts I would. I played it safe and ordered a Chicken quesadilla. It wasn't grilled or pressed, the chicken was dry, and the cheese wasn't melted. I sent it back to have more cheese put on it and to have that cheese melted. When it was brought back they had simply put queso on it. Their queso was the consistency of water. My husband ordered for two of us with chicken, beef, shrimp fajitas, it comes with huge quantity, he also ordered salad or something with a dozen chicken wings. We visited Casa Grande a few weeks ago with a bunch of people, we were more than 15 people, but even with so many people, and considering that the place was full, the waiter and waitress delivered perfect service. There was a girl waitressing and she talked to us in spanish (I'm Mexican), so that was a nice detail! The food was very good, and this is not something that you can find always, the real mexican flavor. So, this place is a good place to go if you are in the states and want to try some mexican flavors. The prices are very affordable, and the place is clean and nice. Got to the restaurant at 9:15 and door was locked. Employee opened the door and asked if I was picking up a to go order. I said no but I needed to place on. "Sorry but we're closed". Server was not friendly yes we got seated quickly and got our drinks and before i could check out menu here he wants to take our order. I got taco griiled steak salad. Bland very small had to get cheese dip to give it taste and steak was tough. My mom got a taco nothing on it when it came except lettuce no sour cream or tomatoes which are in season. Steak was well done when asked for medium rare, and the pork was dry and hard, however the pollo loco was fantastic and service was decent.

This has been a go to for many years however, the past few times the folks working are more worried about socializing and not taking correct orders. We had to return an order and instead if an apology and corrected order, they proceeded to explain that it was my fault and I ordered wrong (not true) and then treated very bad. I guess they do not mind losing customers! Instead of making it right they made it worse. Sad especially when there is hard times due to covid and most places want to please customers. We've been eating at Casa Grande 2 since it opened and love the food and the service. Luis and staff are friendly and make you welcomed. The food is consistently good and made to order. We use their take out service now instead of eating inside due to the coronavirus. Their takeout is nicely packaged, generous portions, and always taste terrific. No Mexican adult meal would be complete without a perfect margarita and Luis and staff know how to make them. read more

To be honest I'm sure this place has at least average food. However, the service and hospitality of the establishment threw all that out of the window before my party and I could even be seated or served. My party was composed of 5 people and 1 dog but the hostess/server/manager was immediately turned off to any service once she locked on to the sweet and lovable Luna (my friend's dog). I try and be objective about things as much as I can. On Casa Grande's behalf, their no pet policy is somewhat understandable. I wouldn't want to be held liable if someone's dog, cat, or fish bit someone or caused a disruption, no matter how small of a risk the animal would actually commit such an action. However, on behalf of my party, Luna was causing no disruption or had a history of any aggression at public establishments such as Casa Grande's. Thus, reasonably it can be argued that it is on the discretion of the host or supervisor to allow a pet to dine in the outdoor patio. Case Grande didn't see things like that and there was no room for compromise whatsoever. After a passive aggressive exchange between the hostess/server/all-in-one worker and a couple of my party members, we left Casa Grande without having even been seated or given a chance to work something out. As I said before, their food probably is average to good at best and their service acceptable on a normal occasion, but we just happened to be the unfortunate party with a canine. My advice to potential patrons: do not bring a pet of any sort or you will be disappointed (perhaps moreso even without a pet). There is no ill will thought between me personally and Casa Grande but you'd have better luck at the neighboring El Taxco down the road which actually allowed Luna to just chill underneath the table. So until I actually go through the dining process at Casa Grande, my review will stay at a 1-Star unfortunately. read more

Mr. Douglas has said the same this on all Mexican restaurants in Somerset. I have a friend that works there and she helps prepare food it's not freezer to cooking ever. Very fresh ingredients and they take cleaning very seriously every night I've never seen a restaurant clean down balls in ceiling fans and take machines apart and clean them the way they have. read more
