Had dinner again at Fiesta Mexicano. Was absolutely the best best Mexican food we've had in years. The complimentary chips came with a very good bean dip and a hearty salsa that had chunky tomato and a hint of garlic, salt, and a little spicy heat. We also ordered the queso. All were great. My wife had a special order due to diet restrictions. Her grilled chicken with mushrooms and cheese sauce was perfectly cooked, tender, and very tasty. I ordered the Friday night special "Mexican catfish with jalapeño hush puppies". Came with Mexican coleslaw and a hearty bowl of brown beans with chorizo sausage chunks and jalapeños. Was 6 pieces of catfish and 5 hush puppies. All we're excellently prepared and very tasty. Service was excellent with drink refills and to-go extras. We both left extremely satisfied. On walking out I noticed the Ten Commandments hanging on the entrance wall, and a sign noting that the building is used for church services on Sunday mornings. Great meal. Thank you. read more

I've been eating here with my family for years, and I have always enjoyed their food. Recently, they merged with another local Mexican restaurant, and since then, the food has not been the best, if I'm being honest. As much as it pains me to write a review like this, the food is just not as good as it used to be. The portion sizes have gotten smaller, and honestly, the cheese is disgusting. Am I the only one that hopes curbside service stays a thing?? Out running errands by myself so don't want to go into an actual restaurant but hate fast food so much! Curb side solves that problem!! And these folks have it down! Anyway, at a Mexican restaurant, I think a good queso dip tells a lot about the rest of the menu. This queso is seasoned well and delicious. I also got a chicken/mushroom quesadilla that was awesome! Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the quesadilla wasn't cut(hard to cut with plastic forks!) and there was no lettuce/tomatoes with it. I will definitely come back. Traveling on I-75, we chose to stay at the Comfort Inn. It is directly across the street from Fiesta Mexicana so we went there (also show room card and they gave 10% off!!). Place was clean and many servers. We were seated immediately. Took a bit for waiter to show. Finally he came and we put in drink order - margarita for me and a frozen rum drink for my wife. We also knew what we wanted so ordered our food at same time as drinks. Waiter left and brought water. After about 10 minutes our food came out. I kept looking for our waiter but he was also assigned the outside tables (we were inside). Finally after our dinners were almost gone I flagged another waiter down and asked where our drinks were. He literally forgot about us. Our drinks finally came toward the end of our dinner. I went to restroom and seen many waitresses on cell phones. Looks to me this place needs better floor management. Average Mexican. I really want to give three stars but I'm gonna give two stars for this one and my reasons are below. The only pro I really give this place is that the staff was friendly but that's about it. I probably won't come back when visiting in the area for work. The service was slow for a slow day and also scattered; had 3 people come by and ask what I wanted to order before ordering. That's a little annoying. I also came on a Tuesday evening around 5:30PM. There was no alcohol in my margarita-straight up mix with sugar. If I'm paying $5 for a margarita then I want at least a little tequila in it. Food was bland. All of it. Ordered the three combo nachos (chicken, steak, and shrimp with lettuce, tomato, sour cream and cheese); the nachos had barely any cheese dip on them at all and was not presented as described on the menu. There was only a small, watery bit of cheese dip on the bottom of the plate below the nachos and it was covered with grease and some water. It's like they forgot about the cheese dip on it. Meat had some flavor but just not what I expected. Kinda Nasty. I asked for water twice and got it at the end before paying my tab. Everyone raves about the salsa but it was also bland. I'm hoping it was just an off day but I've had way better Mexican and service. I could cook it better. read more

So, I´m Mexican And as a Mexican this is good Mexican food. They have really good salsas and tortillas (sausages and corn tortillas) Staff talked Spanish and English fluently. I am regular there. Mostly I am happy with the service and food there. Tonight it was a big disappointment. I waited for about 15 minutes for pick a pick up order, the food was still COLD. There were no chips, I had to ask for them, I got back to my office, there was no silverware. No Tortillas. The biggest disappointment was the Managers response when I called. Have a blessed day was her final reaction. Bring it back and we will fix it. Ya right, I was going to drive all the way back there to get me the food reheated and get silverware and tortillas. We loved the old location and heard bad reviews from others that loved the old one and had ate the new one but wanted to eat there again but the service was horrible with no refills plus waiting 20 minutes for the check and no they wasn't even busy plus the fish tacos looked NOTHING like their picture and had a twang plus so dry you couldn't swallow it. We ate one bite. Told the OWNER YES ONE OF THE OWNERS but she tries to show the menu and say what did and didn't come on it. She should've tried one We didn't eat or even seen them and compared to the false advertisement picture! The one ringing me up apologized but she said nothing nor offered to even knock anything off. This is our go-to date restaurant. Fiesta is definitely my favorite "traditional" Mexican restaurant in all of the tri-county area. The hostesses are always friendly and prompt, the servers are always efficiently servicing all tables and working with a team-oriented attitude, and the food comes out perfectly cooked and deliciously seasoned. A personal favorite of mine is ordering pollo bandido. It is grilled chicken cut into chunks in a bed of queso. The other half of the plate comes with Mexican rice and retried beans (if you are a cheese lover, I would ask for a drizzle of cheese over the rice; beans comes with cheese). It is served with tortilla shells, which I use to combine the chicken, queso, rice, and beans. The chips and salsa beforehand are also great. We always get butter mints with the check--tasty and refreshing! If you are in the mood for dessert, please check out the chimichanga cheesecake. It will melt in your mouth. So. Good. With dessert and two full sized meals, my boyfriend and I can usually eat for under $25.00. Great value at a great place! read more

This is the best Mexican place in that entire corner of Southeast KY. They serve alcohol (in a former dry county in a state full of dry counties, that is significant!), their staff is friendly, and their food is good. The atmosphere is comfortable and fun. They have amazing taco salads, entrees, and deserts. If you're going to be in London, and you want Mexican, don't consider eating anywhere other than this great place. Make sure you get a tequila or Martguerita while you're there, they make good ones! read more
