I'm surprised no one has reviewed this popular gem! We chose this place based on the packed parking lot every time we've driven by. Today was just as packed with the lunch crowd. The food is authentic beginning with the complimentary chips and homemade just spicy enough salsa. My husband ordered the Chicken Quesadilla which I tasted and it was delicious - crispy grilled flour tortilla and the chunky shredded chicken was fresh from a grilled chicken breast. He loved it. The refried beans and fluffy rice were very flavorful and light (not greasy). I ordered the Chiles Rellenos with chicken and red sauce. The poblano pepper is just a notch spicier than a green bell pepper, which is perfect for this gal who likes spicy but not melt your face off heat. Watch out for the seeds though, they're the devil. The poblano was perfectly roasted, stuffed with the tender, juicy shredded chicken chunks and topped with an amazing "red" sauce. It was heavenly! Refried beans and rice also accompanied this dish. Friendly staff that speaks English well. Clean and nice, lively atmosphere. Well worth a short drive from I-75 if you're traveling through, or like myself and hubby - plan to become a regular at this amazing establishment!

    Fresh advertised FROZEN vegetables.

This place has to be the worst Mexican food we have ever had and that is based on hundreds of different establishments . Our quesadilla was absolutely a joke. It had two tortillas and a small dry chewy amount of steak. The cheese in it was all concentrated in a 2 inch area in the center with the rest completely void of any. I ordered the dish with fresh vegetables that in actuality were reheated frozen far from fresh vegetables. The taste was bland and the salsa was basically plain tomato sauce. Clearly anyone who thinks this place is good has not been outside Corbin, Kentucky. The service is the only reason they even get a star but we came here to eat not get service.

This place has the BEST tacos in town! It's my favorite spot to grab a Dos Equis and nosh on some excellent food!

The best, most authentic, tacos you'll find for 100 miles in any direction...plus a full menu of other great mexican food..

The place is a warm and welcoming atmosphere with bold and vibrant colors that is unique to the Corbin area. The menu offers something for everyone. Ya-Ya's menu offers guests a wide range of alternatives and showcases Southern mainstays and Creole classics. Jambalaya, a smoky and spicy rice dish loaded with meat and vegetables, and Étouffée, a thick and savory stew seasoned with traditional spices, are examples of signature foods. Those who enjoy seafood can add shrimp, crab, crawfish, or sausage to their seafood boil, along with a variety of seasonings such Old Bay, Cajun, or Ya-Ya's own mix. Spaghetti aficionados might savor the Cajun Alfredo or the luscious andouille spaghetti. The menu also features traditional homestyle dishes like pot roast, chicken and dumplings, and chicken pot pie, all of which are crafted with the same attention to detail that makes one think of home-cooked meals. The Shepherd's pie, country fried steak, and fried chicken are among the menu items for people seeking substantial Southern comfort food. A memorable and fulfilling dining experience is provided by the careful preparation of each dish using premium ingredients. A excellent dinning experience.
