Our order was to go we received baked boneless wings coated in Nashville seasoning powder. Comparable to eating seasoning from the jar . The restaurant actually charged us full price for this and the side we didn't receive. Most of the times it's best to go and get a number before your hungry.... Long table wait times. I think the best way to put it is this place is all about the ambience and atmosphere. The food is just ok. But truly isn't worth the wait. The wife ordered the chicken bacon ranch quesadilla. She said there wasn't very much chicken. But it was good. I ordered the old timer hamburger. It was good very tasty came with diced lettuce, onion, tomato, pickles, and mustard. Also a side of fries which was very, very salty. I ordered regular sweet tea for my drink. But I just don't like the wait. Seriously the server was very nice. Friendly and always nice and smiling. Very nice place for dating and having a drink and conversation. read more

We love the wings in the Garlic/Parm Sauce. I tried their Veggie Wings and really liked them too. We have tried many other sauces but the Garlic/Parm is by far our favorite! I would recommend eating here, our service has always been very good. I give a four star because no restaurant is perfect. Some are very close but very few. This place needs some better management. We went there Sunday for after-church dinner. We walked in, and there were at least six open tables with no one sitting at them, but five people were waiting, and the staff informed us that it was a 20-minute wait. You have seating clear tables, and yet you are telling people there is a 20-minute wait??? Confusing and not customer service oriented. I hope they get their issues resolved. I usually never and I mean never leave reviews but this place had such bad service and overall attitude than any restaurant I've been in. The hostess said the wait would be 10-15 min for a half empty room but that wasn't the worse from her. After we got the text we went inside and waited while the hostess was gone for over 7 min. I then get a text that we got taken off the waitlist and when I finally got past the line she said it was our fault for not telling her we were there. Couldn't take responsibility at all and completely threw it back at you. Then the food took overall an hour and a half without our appetizer ever coming out and our server never checked on us in between. The check was also completely messed up and the server took another 25 min just to fix it. Staff definitely needs to be trained better and have some hospitality. read more

We have never ate at chilis and i don't believe we will be back at this location. The waiter we had was good, however the dog the bounty hunter manager made it a bad experience. We have 2 small children that need high chairs. An hour into being there. The manager comes and takes the high chairs away, saying that it is a fire hazard. How is it a fire hazard when anywhere we could have sat the chairs would have been in the walk way? The people around us even stuck up on our behalf and complained about it. Absolutely ridiculous that you take away a child's chair when it wasn't hurting anyone or anything around. read more

The manager, Lori, absolutely embarrassed her hostess and herself, by blasting the young lady because we offered to sit in the bar area. Thinking we were helping out and opening up tables. Wow. We left and walked to Popeyes. I have never seen anything like this in any industry, especially the service industry. I can't begin to describe how bad I felt for the hostess, who was so nice and apologetic. I've owned my own business in the service industry for 20 years. If I ever had an employee treat another person the way Lori W did, I would fire them immediately. She's a bad look for Chilis and our Somerset community. read more

Visited today for carry out and curbside. Waited 15 minutes past time food was supposed to be ready. Called inside and was told they would let carry out know. 10 more minutes passed and I ended up having to go in. Asked for a manager and he walked up to the curbside area and got my food and handed it to me. He wouldn't answer if the food was fresh or cold and soggy by now, no offer to comp or even return the 20% curbside tip. Just handed me the bag and said it's fine. We sat down for Easter Brunch. The menu was different than we'd had before. I loved the Bottomless soup and salad with chips. Come to find out it's no longer on the menu. I did than find a soup and salad. As I ordered it I was told the Caesar Salad is no longer available and the dressings where not to my liking. So I had to find a third option. Had an interview, and was hired on the following day and completed onboarding. Nobody reached out to me for 3 weeks. I had called five to six times in regards to my employment - nobody returned my calls. Finally the GM told me to attend two appointments, one at 2pm and one at 3pm. Showed up early for the 2pm and the assistant manager? or someone was uninformed and rude to me when I expressed I was confused and frustrated on why she told me to be there at that time if she wasn't going to be there. Considering it had taken me 3 weeks to even get ahold of anyone and she called me rude for being upset. Would not recommend working here. The service isn't very professional. read more

I was in the area visiting family and we decided to try this location of Chili's. They told us it would be about a 45 minute wait, despite there being many open tables. It was a Saturday evening so we knew regardless of where we went to sit down and eat, there would be a wait. We decided to wait it out. While waiting, I checked Yelp to see what the reviews were and the very low ratings made me a little nervous. We still waited and were seated at around an hour. I am happy to report back that is where our experience turned to one of the BEST I've had at a restaurant in quite a while! I believe our server was named Amanda (others seemed to be good too!), and she was the most attentive and personable server I've had in a while. Not only her service, but our appetizers and dinner came out quickly, was all correct, and it was steaming hot and fresh! There were 5 of us so to have that experience, is definitely outstanding! Sadly, that is hard to find these days. Based on the size of the dining area, this may be the smallest Chili's I have been. So, something tells me that the kitchen is even smaller and would not be able to (timely) accommodate the amount of orders if all tables were full. I understand others' disappointment to have to wait a long time but perhaps now that it is built, it isn't the fault of the staff working there. If they were to seat patrons at all tables, and the kitchen isn't big enough to prepare that magnitude of orders at once, it would ultimately affect server tips when people have to wait a long time on their food. Which in turn, would run off great servers. As long as I would receive the service my family received on this visit, I would absolutely go back and wait again! Two very poor experience. Fist- walk in 1 and half hours before closing time. Three waitresses yell "not me" to the hotess. There was very few people in there. What I see now is DEI based hiring. If whoever may read this review wants to save your location, ditch the DEI hiring. I needed to confirm so I googled chili's policies as such, and was shocked. Look it up for yourself. I googled " is chilis woke". That will tell you all you need to know, and them dropping the merit based hiring system is causing what is happening here. Incompetence. Too bad, this was one of our favorite places to eat. And I can tell by the other reviews, mine is not the only bad experience people have been having as of late. We will try again 6 months or so, and see if they go back to just wanting to make money like before or if their broader agenda is still DEI, having priority over service and quality. Really great atmosphere, the staff are all really friendly and helpful. The chips and salsa were really good, but the majority of the food was hit and miss for me. I ordered the black bean fajitas. The black beans themselves, salsa, sour cream, gauc, tortillas, and cheese were all really good. I could have eaten it all night long. However; I didn't think the rest of the meal was worth it for the $15 I paid. The asparagus didn't really make sense to me and it needed more seasoning or at least more salt, the rice was kind of flavorless, and the black bean patty tasted burnt to me. My boyfriend's sides were really good! But he said all my food tasted good to him, so just depends on your taste. read more

I've been a couple of times now, and both times I've been hopeful but let down in the end. Their black bean patties are bland, and for the "quesadilla explosion salad" I was expecting like a category 5 hurricane level of ingredients since they use the word "explosion" in the dish name, but it was more like a sprinkle and a single gust of wind. Disappointed for sure. I also think it's total garbage they charge the same amount for a salad when you leave off the meat... I mean the meat is a good chunk of the reason the salads are like $12, so there should be a price difference for the vegetarian/vegan folks. Get woke, Chili's. read more

Easily the worst chili's on the planet, my wife and I had the worst weekend ever and we simply wanted a hassle free burger. What did we get? Dry, tasteless hockey pucks burned to a crisp with pico on top that I can only describe that was made of paper vegetables. The queso cheese is supposed to be smothering the burger and barely any was to be seen. I would of been so much happier going to McDonald's than this. Thanks for ruining my day on top of a shit weekend chili's somerset I won't be back.
