Went in for lunch this afternoon, server was extremely slow and didn't seem to care. Food came out wrong, and when we asked one of the servers to let the kitchen know the boneless wings were incorrect they said they would remake it. After 30 minutes of sitting there, waiting, nothing was brought out from my daughter to eat for lunch. I spoke with the manager, and she was rude, snippy, and said she made the wings personally so she knew there was absolutely nothing wrong with them. she took the wings off our bill (hesitantly) and unfortunately I'd have to say in the last 17 years the service and quality of this chili's has gone downhill dramatically... read more

While gloves aren't always legally required if proper handwashing is followed, after seeing how our food was handled, it definitely didn't inspire confidence in the restaurant's hygiene practices.
