My husband and I love chili's we come for a lot of special occasions such as birthdays but last night Saturday the 30th of June we just came to have dinner with the family there were 8 of us in the party and we got seated right away. NEVER AGAIN!!!! Came with some friends and we ALL sat down at the bar and we ordered our food and drinks. We all ordered the SAME thing which was the "triple dippers" we ALL ordered 2 sliders, some boneless chicken or "crispers" and texas fries... The first triple dipper came out with no bacon in it when we asked for bacon in it. One fries came exactly as I explained, the other fries the cooks decided on there own is to add chili to the fries... NO ONE ASKED FOR CHILI so yet again. We stood back, looked at the plates and asked what's going on??? Are the cooks drunk back there? Do they not notice the same 3 orders look completely different and tried to add extra stuff that no one asked for? So we informed our waiter some things arent right. Showed her what was wrong so good ole management just said take 1 triple dipper off the tab. Uhmm... ALL of our orders were messed up. Not trying to eat here for free and I'm really not a customer who complains and knit picks, but really? Just 1? Should of at least took off a partial amount of each persons meal since it didnt end up being a triple dipper for anyone at the table more like a double dipper. They are always helpful and transparent. Food is always amazing. The reviews do not reflect properly on the staff and how they handle order mix ups. I have ordered a more expensive item and received a different one, I did not have time to go back so I called the location. They gave me the proper refund and were very nice. I've ordered online and have dined in. If I have had a problem they fix it!!! Food service is a complicated industry to be in especially when guest don't factor in the amount of orders the restaurant is receiving at that given time, if there is enough staff at the moment, and their attitude as a guest. $5 Margaritas are my jam. And my Jelly. (that means I like them a loottttt) Made a point to visit Chili's just for the lure of their $5 Margarita. Right now, its the Hennessy Harvest Margarita with Hennessy and tequila. Yummmyyy! The drinks were delicious and the food was pretty basic. I ordered the Smokehouse Combo with Smoked brisket and Jalapeno Cheddar sausage and the BF got a Just Bacon burger. The smokehouse combo comes with a ton of food. I got my two meat items plus fries, roasted sweet corn, a slice of garlic bread and garlic dill pickles. Everything tasted good; I will say that the brisket was a tad salty but that might be my taste buds changing. I would say my favorite item on my plate was the Jalapeno Cheddar Sausage. Definitely had a nice kick. It slaps (as the youth would say). The boyfriend said his just bacon burger was fine (I know. His descriptions are truly colorful.) Prices were decent and there was no wait to get a seat at the bar. Service was good; our server was attentive and food/drinks were delivered quickly. Our experience was overall good; nothing bad happened and nothing blew us away. Having the tabletop pad was definitely a bonus. if I could give this place zero stars I would. I usually come here with my family and have great service but the service was terrible today (3/21/22). I never got any refills for my table, never got any condiments such as; ranch and ketchup, my burger was burned, fries were cold. Also my waiter never checked up on us and I tried to give the benefit of the doubt, but no customers were even in the restaurant. I can see why this location has such a low rating, came in 2 hours before closing, got offered to sit at the bar but we didn't want to sit at the bar because last time we were ignored too much. So we sit for about 10 mins waiting for our salads and the server comes back with our meals....that was super quick for steaks and we didn't even get to eat or enjoy our salads...she tried blaming other servers but I only saw her all night no other servers besides the bartender so fast forward the salads were gross..my steak was beyond rare...I usually ask for medium rare because places overcook it...in this case they undercooked my steak and the worst part is when I realized my steak was underdone the server was by the bar checking on all her tables and my boyfriend finished his meal I finished my sides cause I was starving. She finally came back and I told her it was too rare she offered to throw it back on the grill but I told her I already took a bite and told her that's not sanitary so I kindly asked for a new steak she was rude about it came back with my steak and brought a box she asked if I wanted to keep my other steak and I said no...the only reason I wanted to keep my plate in the first place was because I wanted something to eat which was my broccoli and mashed potatoes. Do not doubt the amount the food they serve. We ordered the $5 monthly margarita, southwest egg rolls, chicken enchilada soup and the Chipotle fresh MEX bowl with shrimp. The soup was a little small for the price and I thought the same thing for the bowl but did it pack a punch. I was so full after eating it. Went on Easter Sunday with my wife and we're immediately seated! The host was very kind and welcoming, shout out to that tall teenager! Whole experience was great. I've usually had mediocre experiences with this and every other chilis I've been to throughout my life. But on this day - they proved me otherwise! Appetizers and main course came quick, alcoholic drinks were strong but still tasty. We were so blown away at the juiciness of the steak and burger, all the food was freshly made!
