First time eating at Chili's since moving back down to SoCa. Seating was quick, menus given at the same time but then we waited. No water nor drinks for a long while. When the server did come over, the water came quickly and then the wait again. When We ordered, the server was very nice and helped inform us about the menu. I thought this is getting better. Then my wife's water sat empty, so I gave her mine. A different person came over to drop off my salad and was asked for more water. Then yet another server came over and refilled our glasses but not my Tea, with the server who we asked for water, followed up after that . Well, it was a good try. The food was very good and hot, portions were good sized. Over all, though inconsistent, it was a good experience. Don't know if I'll be back soon, but I may. This was my opinion of my time here

We came Sunday at 11:15 and got seated right away. Despite it just being opened at 11 am, surprisingly there were already a good amount of patrons. I ordered the 3 meal deal lunch bacon cheeseburger, which comes with choice of cup of soup, house salad or chips and salsa, a fountain drink, and choice of entree. They had an option of bake potatoes soup or chicken enchilada soup. My son seems to really like their trio appetizer (not photographed) He orders it as a main entree for himself. Our server was sweet and always checking in on us. Food took some time to come out, but hardly even noticeable being we were kept busy with our chips salsa. Keep in mind that if more than one person orders chips and salsa as part of 3 meal deal, each person will get this large basket of chips.

It's happy time! Looking for a great local spot to wind down after work or grab a quick pick-me-up? We've got just the place for you! Happy hour 3 to 6 everyday. If you have a moment, check them out and tell them Team Smiley sent you

I forgot to take pictures! But thanks to Eric his service was outstanding! Wish we had him every time! No complaints about my service animal. He's professional and polite. He had great customer service! We had fajitas for two with chips and salsa and guacamole along with two beers! Always helpful! Believe me you want to sit in his section! Our hostess should take a lesson from him.

W 3 for me grub zone. We went to a nearby food spot and were appalled at the prices these days but Chilis got us right with this deal. God bless America. Burger was pretty decent, fries were decent, the bev was decent, and the chips were decent. A decent meal for a decent price. How can you complain?

I did not dine-in however, my experience is enough to write that the front of the house was nice and guided us to the order pickup area. The girl that was working at the order pick up was very chill and helpful. She helped fix our order that was incorrect when I received it. I ordered the triple dippers and don't have a high spice tolerance so when I was given the Nashville hot mozzarella sticks, she took care of that quickly and gave me the original. During the process of eating, I found that one of my chicken crispers was hot when again I ordered everything original. Nonetheless the food was still good.

My family and I had a great experience coming in here. Jasmin helped us out, and she was AMAZING. The best server we've had. Everything ran smoothly and came out at the perfect time. I got the 3 for Me: my drink was a Classic Rita with Tajin on the rim, I got a Baked Potato bowl which was BOMB, and I had the Crispy Chicken combo. It was all so delicious, and I am thankful to have had a very kind server who checked up on us.

Chili's is just a simple place with simple options and sometimes that's all you need. I've been frequenting this location since I was young and I remember having many school fundraiser nights to milestone celebrations here. The service is very good. My go to order is the skillet queso appetizer and the old timer burger. I love their thin tortilla chips, I could fill up on two basket worths of them. Their burger is pretty good but their fries are so so. Their cocktail of the month is always a good deal. It was $6 for a decently sized margarita and it was strong. The parking lot can get full during really busy times such as the weekend but I usually have no problem finding a spot, plus there's extra parking in the lots across from the restaurant.

One of the coolest things about a speakeasy is the transition into the space. Here, there's a walkway and corner, then turn into the candle and subtle lit space. It's a small thing? But that bit of walk helps distance the mind and feel open to the special space. There is a bar with seating, a long high top, and bench & table booth-ish type seating. The colors are warm, reminiscent of sitting in a western sunset. Music plays - jazzy, alternative, happy music. We were greeted and seated by the friendly hostess, then welcomed warmly by the magic maker himself: the bartender! And what delightfully unique, and dare I say daring, concoctions he made! The cocktails each had a spin, an ingredient, something *different* from the norm, making it challenging for my friend and I to narrow down which delights to try! Even the popcorn was unique, with chili and nutritional yeast savoriness that was the perfect complement to our cocktails. My friend felt the Silver Cloud was quite the adult version of a smoothie dessert! She got ideas...I adored my Last Word. It was refreshing with the green chartreuse and incredibly not-put-down-able. Next up, she had the Bandolier. It was a very unique taste to her, pretty puckery, so the bartender - who checked on us regularly for impressions - added a bit more pineapple. That did the trick! My next was the Boulevardier, which was uniquely and deliciously twisted with the coffee and salt. Absolute yum!!! Even though there's a 90 minute limit, on this Thursday night there was plenty of space between imbibers, and we weren't pressured in any way to move along. Thank you, as we were due for a proper catch up. One thing we did notice, is that once there were more folks chatting and laughing, it became a bit echo-y and harder to hear. On a busier night, I imagine the ambience we first experienced- quieter, mellow, chill vibe - likely changes to more robust and lively. Either way, this place is a feels-far-away retreat worth "traveling" to.

Inside, there are a few mini games (darts) and two pool tables. They don't have a bar area where you can sit but there are high tables inside with chairs and a mini dance floor. It was pretty much packed at 10pm. The day I went, they were playing mostly r&b and hip-hop. Drinks weren't too expensive ($14 for Don Julio Repo and Ginger Ale) and people seemed friendly to me! But if you're trying to play pool, forget it--unless you get there early, you'll be waiting forever. The DJ on Fridays really doesn't play the best music, and they don't take song requests, which kind of kills the vibe. The drinks weren't great either--honestly, I'd stick to shots. Everything we tried was way too sweet, and the Mexican candy shot was a joke. Maybe it was just the night we went, but it wasn't it. It's a local spot in Rancho, so I'll give it that, but I'd honestly rather go to Spectators Sports Bar or just head out to Riverside instead. The crowd can get pretty trashy, in my opinion. One upside though--the food vendors outside are actually really good. And Saturdays can get wild... like really wild. The last time we went, it got so crazy the police ended up shutting it down.

We had a 1:00 PM reservation and were told after checking in that the wait would only be 20-30 minutes. We ended up waiting about 40 minutes and were then seated at a tiny table for six people with the sun directly hitting us the entire time. Our waitress greeted us with only one menu and said she didn't have any more. We asked about bottomless mimosas and she responded, "I don't know, I saw one person doing it but I don't think so." How does a server not know whether the restaurant offers bottomless mimosas? We ordered drinks almost immediately after being seated, but they didn't arrive until 2:10 PM. It is over an hour later , while tables seated after us already had theirs. The food service was even worse: 2:09 PM: only 1 out of 6 meals arrived No silverware or napkins were provided We had to ask another server, who placed loose forks and knives directly on the table and said he only had 3 napkins 2:30 pm only 2 more plates came out Another plate arrived later by 2:33pm while 2 people still had no food at all By the time my food arrived, the waffle was dry and stiff, and the "chicken and waffles" looked like one chicken strip cut into four tiny pieces. And was $22. My son's burger came out much later, and my husband's food didn't arrive until 2:50 PM which was another $22 dry chicken and waffle plate. At that point we asked for the manager because our entire Mother's Day brunch had been spent waiting while everyone ate separately. The manager seemed completely unconcerned and said someone would handle it only after my mom asked what was he planning on doing besides apologizing as we were still missing a plate. Meanwhile, our waitress barely checked on us unless we flagged her down ourselves. No refills, no silverware, no urgency, and constant "your food is coming in two seconds" excuses. The food itself was disappointing too. Chicken and waffle Portions were tiny, flavors were off, and even the horchata colada tasted nothing like horchata. This was actually our second bad experience here. We previously came for Taco Tuesday and experienced similar disorganization, but decided to give the restaurant another chance. Huge mistake. Parking is terrible, the waiting area is overcrowded, and the restaurant felt completely unprepared and understaffed for a holiday they should have planned for. But we were sitting waiting for a drink. I heard other waitresses freaking out telling people Dont Give Out lunch menus sad that they can't even handle brunch. Honestly, you're better off going somewhere like The Broken Yolk Cafe if you want decent brunch service and to actually enjoy your meal together. Sad that a place trying to present itself as high-end. If you're gonna boast about being the first rooftop in Rancho, your service and your food and your drinks better be good. Completely ruined our Mother's Day. We will never return! The 20% off a $220 bill was paid right back at the waitress tip which, if my family hadn't paid, I would've gave her nothing. Isn't your waitress supposed to see your table that one person has food for half an hour shouldn't she go back and ask shouldn't your waitress see if you have your drinks within 40 minutes shouldn't your waitress know what you serve there shouldn't your waitress check on her tables completely ridiculous. A single rose does not make up for horrible service. I included pictures with time stamps

The Lanai is located in the Cravings food court area at The Station shopping center in Eastvale. There is plenty of parking available. We went inside to the Shuck Oyster bar and entered The Lanai from there. It is actually more of a tiki patio than an enclosed tiki bar. However, the tiki décor is great with plenty of bamboo, carved tiki figures, hanging puffer fish, tiki style signs, and many tropical accents. There are overhead fans spaced around in case it is hot outside. We had one round of drinks and several appetizers. The coconut shrimp and lightly battered Shishito peppers were great and the sauces paired well. We have had these appetizers at Stowaway before and they had the same good quality. She ordered the spicy tofu bites. I'm not usually a fan of tofu, but they were surprisingly really good. I had the Adrian's Mistake cocktail which was well balanced and a little on the strong side. She had the Right Of Passage which was good and had a light fruit flavor and you could definitely taste the mango. The one man show Brandon took great care of us. It was slow at this time of day so we got a chance to chat with him quite a bit and service was fast. They have a weekday happy hour from 4pm to 6pm. Although we didn't specifically order off the happy hour menu, three of our items, including both cocktails were part on it. I give it 4.3 stars but rounded up to five stars. I'm sure the ambience is much better in the evening when it more lively and dark outside.
