Great food, service and atmosphere. Took my whole family there for my son's 23rd birthday during the Australian remote NFL football game. Was glad I could watch the game on my phone, because it wasn't being shown in the bar area. Helluva ticket total with 7 of us. I was going to spend most of my Sunday there as well, until I found out I couldn't watch my favorite teams game in the bar area. I guess the Sunday ticket is no longer a priority for chilis to draw in customers. Bummer. That's okay though, I found another place to spend my time. I always enjoy my time at Chilis. We came in for dinner because my daughter wanted a triple dipper. Our waiter was great and understood the assignment. There was a random thing that kept happening , though. We kept getting the table besides us food delivered to us. They were really sweet about it , and I just handed them their plates. We haven't been to Chili's in a while. This visit was on January 29, 2025. Our server was nice and kept an eye out. My wife loves the egg rolls. I happened to notice on the menu showing a picture with 8 pieces of egg roll. I asked our server how come my wife had only six. The server went back to the kitchen and served my wife with two additional pieces. Server explanation was that the menu was changed and no one noticed. My hamburger was a little over cooked, but was still tasty. My big thing about burgers is the bottom half of the bun. It was dry and not soaked with the meat juices. We'll be back. read more

Have not been here in a while. Sat in bar watching NFL Football late Sunday afternoon with my Son. He had a bacon cheese burger and I had the big mouth bites (4 mini cheese burgers with grilled onions). Burgers were tasty, we ate half and packaged the rest to go. Service was ok, plenty of television screens, high noise levels which can be common in a sports bar setting. Dinner for two with tax and tip was about $46. Pretty much on par with the times and area. I always get great service at this Chili's!!!! Love their chips and salsa. And their black bean burgers. Their cocktails are great for the price. What a disappointment. This place used to be our family hangout when we wanted a decent Mexican food. At first we wanted a booths and got seated far back where the smell of the bathroom was just so unbearable, we had to move to the front to a table. It was a bit better but still it smelled so bad, it turned us off. The food was very disappointing, without looking at the menu, I ordered the nachos for appetizers and we got 10-15 nacho chips laid flat and each chip had the nacho fixings on it, made it very very soggy and disgusting. Then we ordered the fajita trio, and boy the picture on the menu was so appetizing but when we got it, it looked nothing like the picture, and the beef in that fajita was very stringy. Drinks were ok, and at this point we just couldn't see anything nice and my mother and I were super turned off. Well, I certainly have seen the commercial enough, so I had to go get me The Big Smasher Burger, which includes a drink and chips and salsa for $10.99, and I gotta say it's a great burger thick and jucy with grilled onions and cheese with skin on fries. I had dinner with several friends last night. Waitress was very busy and had eight tables and no bus boy to clear. 4 of the 5 meals came out but not mine and we had to ask for it. I got my burger much later. One of the others did not get tortilla for his fajitas and had to ask and wait. I ordered Caesar salad but it was not a Caesar. It has been quite a while since my last Chili's review. Covid and some financial situations has prevented me from being able to visit. However, after over a year, I can gladly say that Chili's quality has not dwindled. As soon as we enter, the familiar sound hit us: "Hi, welcome to Chili's." It was like a cool breeze on a warm spring day. Refreshing. I suddenly remember why I fell in love with this place. We were quickly seated after. Just nearly as quickly as we were seated, our waitress came and greeted us. She was kind, polite, and quick to take our orders. We almost didn't have time to order LOL. Luckily I am a seasoned Chili's visitor and already knew what I wanted to order. Some chips and salsa and a couple of drinks later, our food arrived. I ordered something I haven't had before, the Mango-Chile Chicken. It was something I wasn't sure I would like, but it was actually very delicious! The mango complimented the chicken very well (and I'm NOT just saying that because mango is my favorite fruit). All our meals were cooked to perfection! In conclusion, this Chili's meets the high standard that each restaurant sets each and every day. You won't be disappointed when you come here. Lots of options for you- Hamburgers, BBQ or Salads,etc.... We had reservations for Chili's Grill & Bar for his 25th Birthday. There were five of us in the party. We all ordered different entrees. My oldest son ordered chili cheese fries with a Coke. My birthday son order the 6 ounce steak with broccoli and smashed potatoes. My daughter ordered an old timer burger without the bun as she has to eat gluten free with Sprite. I ordered the southwest shrimp tacos with black beans and rice and ice tea. My husband ordered the big bites, sliders with ice water. Everything was hot, fresh and delicious. Our waitress was attentive and friendly. She was prompt on refills and even brought me out a cup with just ice for me to add to my ice tea. The restaurant was busy with diners. Just kind of average .... no surprises In the land of ubiquitous sit down chains, Chilis could be considred one of the leaders if not the king. On my visit to Chilis I ordered the queso dip and chicken dippers and my friend ordered the half rack of ribs with dry rub and a side order of barbecue sauce. My chicken dippers were somewhat greasy and the queso dip just didn't taste right . My friends ribs were tasty but not a lot of meat on them. The waitress replaced the chicken dippers and gave me the spinach dip instead of the queso, and it was good. The meal was definitely disappointing. Not sure what the situation was, but I could hear someone who seemed to be the manager berating the employees/employee and it seemed very unprofessional and violent. They're better ways/places to handle situations. I could hear it in the dining room. Very uncomfortable. Presidentè margarita please :) mmmmmm delicious; yes I will have another one!!! Who hasn't been to Chili's??? Southwestern egg rolls are my fave. The quesadilla explosion salad is the bomb. Chicken crispers with their honey mustard sauce come in on my top ten. Oh and they have baby's back ribs, darn yummy as well. I've never had bad service, although I typically sit at the bar where "I won't be ignored, Dan" ahem sorry.....the bartenders have always been good to me and also tend to stay which means working here doesn't suck :D With locations all over the USA it's hard not to stop in when you are hangry, could use a cocktail and want consistent good food served fast.
