Invited by friends we thought why not give it a try? We will definitely not be going back. Definitely short staffed. Stood at the host podium for 5 minutes, possibly longer before anyone even acknowledged we had walked in. They sat us in a table smushed in the corner and when we asked if they had something with more space because our friends coming had physical difficulties the response was no even though we saw an entire other half of the restaurant being unused until about 1/3 of the way thru our visit. Next the menus were dirty. Server was obnoxious and loud. The food was served strange in that it came to the table in increments of time. 4 meals and each came out about 3-4 minutes apart. Absolutely awful experience. I placed a to go order, once arriving they claim to have no order for that name. Though I had all the correct confirmations, and the purchase went through on my card. The manager walked away, without ever returning. The to go person proceeded to tell me the order was working, though I never told her what I had. After standing there for 20 mins a server stopped to help me place my order. Once again left to stand there for another 25 mins. Until I asked to speak with a manager again did the order pop up in the to go workers hands, the manager was too 'busy' to help me. Came in late one night after a friend came into town and we did not want to cook. Tim was our server and WAS AWESOME. He was incredibly attentive and accommodating. I am giving Chilis 4 stars. In lieu Of the Corona virus, chilis provided Excellent curbside service. Thier app worked right on the money. We both ordered ribs which were Very good. A word of advice if you order any frys with cheese etc. Be prepared to see Chef Mic rowave to bring these crits back to life. The coleslaw on the other hand needed to be creamier. Kinda dry. I just ordered from DoorDash, as I was way too tired to make anything. I've been coming to this chili's for YEARS and although we had a couple mild issues this was the last straw. I ordered steak and boneless Buffalo wings, super excited to finally eat, took a specific amount of insulin for these meals! To find a red hair in my ranch inside the chicken to go box, couldn't of been mine since I have very long BLACK hair, too sketched out to eat the chicken knowing this person dealt with the meal all together. I never leave review unless it was bad, and in this case it was. We went in about 2 hours before closing and sat in the bar area. Everything was going good we did the sunday all day happy hour, my friend got food and a drink while i got just the margarita. Once it came out i went to stir my drink and saw the bug in my drink. i told whoever was running our food to us and then he told our server immediately. then she came over with a new drink and apologized. i was hesitant to drink it, but i work at a restaurant things happen (but i did inspect my drink this time). the food was okay... but it wasn't till we order a second round of drinks when my friend found a couple small pieces of what we first thought was glass, but the cups were plastic so guess that's what it was. she decided not say anything because that was the only pieces she found, and the server didn't really come back for a while. then I myself was on round 3 of ordering a drink and she server only had a couple of people at the bar as it was an hour before closing, before she basically stopped acknowledging us as customers. she was too busy taking selfies with her friends that were sitting at the bar and bad mouthing having to be there or when a big group walked in. we sat there for a little bit and i was gonna try to order another one because the drinks were actually really good... just bad service. she would just walk straight past up each time not even looking at us. and our ipad died so we had to walk up to the bar and ask to close out and gave her our card. she then gave us it back and told us she removed the free chips and salsa (which weren't good at all anyway) because we did their little deal. thought she would've taken care of the 1 margarita that has a fly in it?? haven't ate at chilis in years, and this just reminded me why not to. read more

We ordered from Grubhub. They delivered fast - but when we hit the order it was horrible. The steak was well well done when we ordered med rare. When I call them, the manager on the line was rude and actually hung up on me. She stated that because I got it from GrubHub there was nothing they could do for giving us crappy food. My wife and I decided to go to chilis for dinner, I ordered the chicken cesar salad and she ordered the bacon chicken ranch quesadilla. My lettuce was brown the chicken was super rubbery and dry. This is the first time I can ever remember leaving a restaurant hungry. Craving some ribs, my husband and I decided to go back to the Chili's where we had previously enjoyed great ribs. Because I am a small eater, we opted to share the Three Course Meal Deal for $10. The meal included a salad, 1/2 rack of ribs with fries and Hot Molten Cake for dessert. We also ordered an additional 1/2 rack of ribs so we would have leftovers. Although the ribs were just as flavorful as ever, they were dry and there was hardly any meat on the bones. Normally, I can only eat two ribs, but tonight, because there was so little meat on the ribs I went through an entire 1/2 rack by myself and was still hungry! Thankfully we had their amazing Hot Lava Cake to eat after our meal. I have always loved Chili's ribs and I am really disappointed. My husband makes great ribs himself and is very picky about where we go when we go out to eat them. I ordered the Honey- Chipotle Chicken Crispers & a Watermelon Cooler as an early dinner with friends. The food came out so slowly, we had finished sharing an appetizer and I was half way done with my drink until the main entree came out. The food tasted fine, was hot though I thought the chicken was way too saucy. The Watermelon Cooler was refreshing and definitely had at least a shot of vodka in it- thank goodness, it killed that overextended wait for food. We didn't receive much service, the extent included drink/food orders and a box at the end. We basically sat and took care of our check ourselves. There are better locations I've been to. I started to rethink why I go to Chili's cause tbh the food isn't amazing and I get so full off of chips as an app I don't even want my food. But my dude Tim was our waiter and that dude is a national treasure. Comedic, polite, respectable. Honestly wish my girlfriend went home and I had lunch with Tim. It's a must to pay a visit to my local neighborhood Chili's located in the Moon Valley area. Was greeted at the door immediately and seated right away, which is nice when hungry! For the first time I ordered the chicken/steak fajitas with black beans and rice. I do like how the came out at an appropriate time and how the plate and metal skillet with sizzling! The smells of the the meats mixed with the pepper and onions is so distinct. I was very impressed with the authenticity of the plate, comparable to a Mexican restaurant. Set aside had a good dinner and got a chance to watch the NHL finals at the same time. read more

What can I say, it's Chili's! Just a 5 minute drive from our house where we know we're gonna get average but pretty good food & drinks. My Hubby is a fan of their chicken fajitas, he gets them every time! I haven't really had an entree that was amazing but I must say, their mashed potatoes with black pepper gravy is so good! Their desserts are ok as well, nothing that stands out. The best one is probably the paradise pie. On our most recent visit this past Saturday, I had one of the best margaritas of my life. It was the Patron pomegranate marg & it was to die for! So good I ordered 2 & didn't even care it was $20, so worth it!! Stopped in here New Year's Day... It's your typical Chili's, though they thankfully weren't that busy. The other place in the area I was originally headed to was packed to the gills and I didn't want to deal with it. I love Chili's blackberry tea though, so... Unfortunately I also love their triple dipper dish...bad Donna! The service was a bit slow...I was in the bar area. And he was slow on the blackberry tea refills. I came here recently for lunch with my Grandma and we were very satisfied! We both ordered the fish tacos - delish!! A side of the baked (?) asparagus and chips/guac. My grandma raved about the asparagus haha and I enjoyed my guac and salsa. The chips however were SO thin they were hard to scoop with. Service was great! Quick, too and the weather was perfect for sitting outdoors. The patio was clean and the umbrellas were easy to use. Overall, we left full and happy. Let's talk kids, about customer service and sympathy, shall we? So, I placed a to go order today with this location. I've done it in the past with no issues. Food is well prepared, service is nice enough, pretty good for a large chain eatery. Oh, but that was until today my friends. See, I accidentally forgot to delay the order at checkout (totally my mistake, I own my errors). I caught it 5 min later and called as soon as I caught it which ended up being 6 min after hitting the order button. I thought I caught it in a reasonable amount of time, considering it was supposed to be done and ready at 438pm. The first guy I talked to took up about 3 min just to check on my order to see if it could be stopped, concluding it was all currently being made. So, I was on the line for it. I asked him if there was anything they could do, since my husband was getting the food and he's off at 5. He said he'd ask the manager. A min later the manager comes on and after explaining that I made a little mistake and that I thought I had called in a reasonable amount of time he proceeded to essentially shame me for my error. He proceeded to tell me my food was done already ( about 10 min after ordering and about 15 min before the original pick up time. So I'm guessing my food would have been sitting out for 15 min, great). And that now he's have to just throw it away. He told me 3 times he was going to have to throw away the food. Are you kidding me. First of all, don't, that's a waste. I'm sure you guys can find someone to give it to. There are more than a few hungry people out there. Not to mention, I worked in the food service industry, and I know staff tend to take it home. Also being that I worked in the industry, all be it that it was a fine dining establishment, but you don't shame your customer for a very simple mistake. You do what you have to do, and you make it happen. Look, I wasn't asking for the World, and I wasn't blaming anyone but me for my error. However, I caught it quickly, and tried to correct it. In the future, this establishment's staff should consider that mistakes happen, and a little bit of understanding can go a long way. And again, I'd like to point out that my food tgat was supposedly done, would have been just sitting out for 15 min, which is also really quite terrible. You get 2 stars since you "remade" my order. So, uh, thanks? **Update- it is the next day and my family has food poisoning. How do I know it was Chilis? Well, none of us ate the same food in the last few days, except Chilis.
