I went to eat today with my husband and we sat in the bar area. Cassi was our server. She was outstanding, Very on top of things, and kept our table clean throughout the meal. She is a great server and has a great personality. She takes time to talk to each guest, yet stays on top of things. She also makes us feel very welcome and remembered who we where from the last time we came. . We have gone to eat at this location several time and usually eat in the restaurant area. But since the past 2 times we have decided to eat in the bar, and Cassi has waited on us both times. Now she will become our regular server. :) Thank you for making our vist on to remember. Horrible svc. Ordered curbside pickup. Waited 30 minutes while I see other cars getting their orders after me. Did the check in twice and nothing. Finally had my son go in and our food was just sitting on the counter with no one there. Seriously???? Your employees saw my car waiting while delivering the other takeouts and didn't care! I waited 45 minutes for my takeout that I ordered online. I went there during the time it told me to pick it up. Then waited forever. I even went in to see if it was ready and it wasn't. Then I called them just to see if someone else had taken it. The girl at the register said they are waiting on one more thing. I am not sure what happened. The food was all cold. I have to say I'm not usually a fan of Chili's, but my husband is so we decided to give this location a try. We were greeted right away and seated so that was a plus. This location looks smaller than the one in Surprise, but also nicer layout. We waited about 4-5 minutes for our waitress to show up and get our drink order. I ordered a water and a soda, while my husband an ice tea. She came back pretty quick, but forgot my soda. I didn't say anything at first to see if she was going to bring it when her hands weren't as full, but after refilling my husbands tea I knew I'd have to ask again. She then brought it out with our salads which was fine. They had revamped menus with a lot of new items and great lunch specials so I really liked that. My husband and I both ordered off of that. Side salads, soup or chili come out first and then your main item you chose. I chose the grilled chicken, bacon, and avocado sandwich half slice. I was low key excited lol. I usually end up with the Cajun pasta, but was happy to try something new. My husband ordered a burger. Both came out with fries. Everything was played so well and the fries were cooked perfect and just the right amount of crispy. We saw our waitress one more time where she gave my husband a refill. All in all this was a good visit. I'd definitely order the same meal again. I don't know if I could ever order a full sandwich because the half was already pretty big. If service was a bit better I think it would be a more frequent stop for sure. read more

I had dinner with my family I wanted to talk to the manager. Her name is Tia she seems very unprofessional. There is more to being a manager then knowing the rules. Being supportive of employees and customers is key for a successful business. This is probably not a role she should have. Our waitress had better customer service then her manager. This is sad to see will never visit this location again. Or anyone I know. She might need to take some classes on how to be a decent person. read more

We've been coming to this particular Chili's for over 10 years. It used to be a pretty reliable place for carryout but the last two times has been horrible! Ordering is easy and pick up is between 15minutes to 30 minutes. Nothing bad but then you get to the restaurant and they have carryout orders stacked up. We ended up waiting for our order 1 hour and 20 minutes. They indicated that they had some kind of a cooking appliance broke earlier which caused the backlog. We finally get our food home and its stone cold. Burgers, fries, soup etc. We ended packaging it all back up and returning it to Chilis. Clerk states that manager will refund our payment that evening. Unfortunately this happened to us a few months back as well but it wasn't as bad but we ended up with someone else's partial order in ours. I normally try not to write bad revues because we all have to be a little patient during these times but with this happening twice now. Also, I necessarily don't mind waiting for food but I not happy when you wait that long and the food is inedible. After this posting the manager contact us to issue a refund. But due to their system and how we paid it took numerous attempts with no avail. Most recently the GM helped us manage the refund. So even though there is definite room for improvement at this location due to our previous two carryout visits, I was pleased that they corrected themselves with the refund and a gift card for the quality of food. We will definitely go back but not on a weekend when orders are obviously high. read more

This is our go to when we are in a pinch and want something to-go. They have a decent selection of items and the food is good. Nothing spectacular but it is a big chain so nothing special. The chips and salsa are probably the best thing I do live about Chili's! read more

Within the last month, they have lost all of the people that knew the local customers, service, and food aren't what they used to be. I'm truly hoping they figure things out. I don't see how this place is still in business. No hostess to seat us and then when she did she threw the menus on the table and walked away. Took the server about 5-10 minutes before she even came over to see what we wanted to drink. Food came out and was good not great. Server checked on us maybe twice and that was to see how we wanted to pay. This place definitely needs to retrain their staff. No at all friendly. read more

Saw a place called wings and things online & I didn't realize it was doordash only so I put it in my gps and drive there upon arrival I realized it was Chilis, I asked the bartender about it and she told me that it was DoorDash only and they didn't offer that selection it was a ghost kitchen. So I ordered two orders of wings Fried pickles, chips and salsa and some type of loaded fries which came to just under $50. I brought the food home, the wings are literally just fried chicken. So seasoning, I asked for no sauce so they would still be crispy but I didn't realize they sauce hides the fact that theirs literally no flavor. Guess my chicken wing craving won't be satisfied with a $50 trip to chilis. read more

This Chili's has a chicken problem. I've been going to chili's for 20 years but lately the chicken here is rubbery, chewy and the chicken crispers look and taste like they've been sitting under a heat lamp for a few hours and fried several times, some of them we couldn't even eat. It's gotten worse over the past two years. Sad because we used to like it but now the food is very expensive and worse than ever. Please improve quality! read more

Don't get delivery from this location. They don't take any care whatsoever to make sure the food is good. My quesadilla was completely over cooked, our Texas fries were burned to a crisp and inedible, and the molten cakes were crumbly and gross. So disappointed. read more

Went 05/15/20 at approximately 6 p.m. Facilities were very clean and welcoming with customer distance in mind. Customer service was very attentive. Bartender was on point obviously a seasoned, educated host. Although service was a little slow with only 10 to 15 tables filled. The $5 dollar margurita special was tasty but very small and way to much ice. The do have one of my favorite brews out of Dragoon brewery. Thank you for opening your doors. read more

I ordered carnival fajita and the waiter made sure I knew that was pork. Kinda weird. I assumed most people know what carnitas is. Made an awkward moment. Super disappointed!! Sitting at the bar as I type this with NO bartender in sight. The bar was pretty full 10 minutes ago when we sat down, and there were 3 bartenders or employees behind the bar. Now there are 5 of us sitting at the bar and not a single bartender in sight. However, there are multiple employees in the corner staring at us... Husband and I looked through the menu, decided on lunch and now have unfortunately opted to wait for a bartender so we can cash out for our beer and go have lunch elsewhere. Are we really supposed to FLAG DOWN a BARTENDER to order lunch? Isnt the job of a BARTENDER to TEND the bar? I guess not at Chilis. Worst service, dirty tables, dirty menus. Staff were flipping each other off and eating at the bar. Won't be returning, just warning anyone that goes, this place is a zoo with no regard of what costumer service actually is. Server also basically just said "what do ya want", "you done"? Didn't even ask if we wanted another beer, our first order of beer sat at an empty bar well for a good five minutes as well. Do not recommend unless it's a what not to do in a restaurant. read more

Tonight we stopped in for a fast dinner. This has been the 3rd time that we have got COLD food. My mom's ribs where cold not even hot at all, same with her veggies. My cheeseburger was hot that's only they cooked it well done, fries were cold & old tasting. Then my husband's meal wasn't even hot. So we we sent 2 meals back. Do u think we would get fresh new meals. Nope just out them in the microwave to heat them up. One came back warm. The other one was still cold. . This is the last time I will ever order from this store. We were there on time to pick up our order, scheduled for 6 PM, an order I submitted at 4:30 PM. We waited until 6:45 for our order to be brought to us. Everything was stone cold. This is a pattern for this restaurant, every time we have ordered pick up from them the order has been late, last time was an hour late and that was months ago. The "10 ounce steak" was of very poor quality and I am sure that it didn't measure up in size either. We spent over $100 on this Mother's Day meal, I'd get better at a drive through. I am worse than disappointed by the lack of attention to their customers and no effort had been made to notify me that they were running behind or whatever. Fajitas were horrible! When I ordered steak fajitas I ask for extra chipolte butter on the side and waitress said sure. I've ordered these MANY times and they have always made them with the chipolte butter. When I got them it wasn't there, rather a container of what look like ranch. She thought that was it and when i said this is not it she said, Oh thats a garlic sauce (was horrible) I think and said I guess we don't have the chip. butter anymore. She should have said that upfront and I woudn't have ordered them as that is the key ingredient that makes them good! Also, the steak was very well done and very dry with a clearly a much smaller portion then what should be. I think it was the lunch one, (again I've ordered these many times so know and it was very obvious compared the the menu pic) AND they didn't come out sizzling and steaming AT ALL! Now, I didn't complain as I was with a new friend and didn't feel comfortable doing that this time as well as us being in a hurry and din't want to have to wait for new order. Unbelievably horrific hostess who refused to accommodate a party of 10 (7 adults, 3 children). Would not recommend to anyone. It's absolutely absurd to me that the large establishment with more than enough room to fit larger parties cannot accommodate a 10 person party. I don't even know what to say. This review doesn't even feel real to type. I walked in and there was trash in the ground for at least 30 minutes before a staff member cleaned it. And then I went to use the restroom before leaving, and there was urine all over the toilet seat and wall in the furthest stall. Even my child was disgusted. Food was decent, but took a little longer than expected to come out, but with how dirty it was I am probably not coming back to this location anytime soon. read more

This trip only three stars for lack of service. Hardly saw our server. Had more of an interaction with the device on the table. Usually get more check-up's from the servers here. Disappointed by this as last time it was so awesome, perhaps because we sat in the lounge. Work on the service and you'll get better reviews and tips. Food was pretty good though. Normally I'm not a big fan of this place and usually go for lunch but last night we went for dinner and I have to say I was very impressed by the size and price of the meal. We got 2 meals for $25 which included an appetizer, 2 entrees and a dessert. We got 2 side salads in place of the appetizer which were large for a salad and shared the dessert. Out the door $27 and my meal was steak...his was ribs. Plus mine included sides of broccoli and mashed potatoes. Nicely done...Chilis.! read more

Kinda bad, really bad service. Don't know if it was a race issue? Hate bringing that into situations but we were the only POC in there at the time, everyone was getting served around us, even their CHIPS and salsa were given to them.... but it took us 40 minutes to get ours, AFTER i had asked a different waiter. We had bad service, fine. The table behind us had bad service, the manager came and apologized to them and their check was free. Ours was not. Were they POC? No. Let me tell you, it was NOT busy, the place was half empty. It was a special night graduating from college but I spent my evening upset over this treatment towards my family. Our last two take outs were horrid. The salmon we order is dry and the topping is rock hard every time. The only part of the order that's ever correct is the hot wings because there's nothing attached to that order. Other order meals like the tenders or burgers are always short a side...Last order we placed they forgot two parts to the order but we didn't notice until we got home. It's a shame there's a lack of follow through when putting together orders. It's happened before numerous times but we let it slide. It gets busy, we get it but slow it down.
