Pasta was dry and over seasoned, not recommend to eat pasta here. People were great but the pasta wasn't great.

I've been coming to Chili's for 35 years back in Illinois and out here in Arizona. This Chili's doesn't have queso two nights in a row absolutely ridiculous. Went tonight for carry out......bartender had no personality, my bill was $58 (which I knew) but when I said "ok so the chips and salsa are unlimited- how does that work with carry out? I just get what I get?" She said "yep"......and here is a side salad for $6.99 - there was more lettuce on my sandwich- wow!!!! Unbelievable. I used to love chilis and this is across the street. But to spend $70 (with tip) for carry out of a chicken sandwich, quesadilla, chips and salsa, and laughable side salad- where I waited at the bar with the cool refrigerator of a bartender who had no personality........I'll go somewhere else- PLENTY of places around here read more

Convenience, happy hour all day (Sat & Sun), and fast service had me here. My BF actually comes here quite frequently for their burger and I gotta say that their bacon rancher burger was delicious but definitely a rip off as they're charging same amount as a fancy steakhouse. I ordered from their guiltless grill menu as I am being mindful of caloric intake. Ordered the margarita grilled chicken, it was ok. Again their prices have skyrocketed, paid $17.29 for it. Not worth it at all. We always sit at the bar and it has this horrible smell like someone barfed and never got clean up or they use dirty rags to clean the counters. Never once did I ever get clean utensils here, but they make it look like it went through some serious inspections as the utensils are presented in little brown paper bags. When first reading the reviews of this place, I assumed it would be an average dining experience. I was far from correct, the staff was amazing and treated my whole family with immense respect. The wait time was super short, went on a Friday night and the energy inside was awesome. Music playing, only issue was the place was packed! But again, 5-10 minute wait for a nice dinner was not bad at all. The food service was also amazing, everything came within 15-20 minutes and tasted delicious. read more

There were 5 of us for dinner and we opted to sit in the bar area at a tall table for 6 in a corner. Our waitress was very attentive, as were the young men assisting in bringing us our drinks and food. These were brought in good time and all were correct. The food was delicious and payment was easily done using the little kiosk on the table. The restaurant was clean, as were the restrooms. We had no problems or issues. Food has gotten worse over the years Bone in Wings are awful and practically no sauce. Chips are no longer thin. They are greasy. Overall quality of chicken and steaks are worse and worse. I'm surprised Chilis isn't going bankrupt with the other dozen chain restaurants like Red Lobster. This was the last time I'm eating at a Chili's. It has reached the end of its life cycle. read more

The 3-For-Me deal is the best value around. The burger was tasty and big, fries were very good, salad was small but good, and the chips and salsa were outstanding as usual. Deal includes a drink and I was thrilled to see a "Zero" sugar drink option. All four in my family had the same deal and we all ate with tip with under $60. Not too shabby. Service was quick and to the point, she was busy and we respected that, never ran dry in drinks. Manager was making his rounds and ensured all was good. Overall very pleased. Terrible experience is becoming normal at this Chili's location. One little side salad produced two lettuce cores and that had to be returned. The main course was some 3 for 10 ribs and they were pretty disgusting from the dry rub flavor down to the fatty ribs. Too many people also seated at one table violating social distancing policies. We were so hungry that we decided let's just go to chili's and have a quick bite to eat. As we been shopping all morning and we still had more shopping to do in the afternoon. So we said OK let's go there, the parking lot was pretty packed, we thought OK we're going to have to wait a good 10 to 15 minutes. But as soon as we walked in the door they looked at us, greeted us, and said how many in your party, and we told them, in they walked us right up to a table and we sat down in the booth. Our silver came right overs greeted us and said happy Saint Patrick's day what would you like to drink we asked her for a beer and she said I would you like to make that a green beer so we decided to have a green beer pretty nice pretty friendly people pretty good area clean we liked it food was good thank you. read more

Can't do Chili's anymore, at least not the one in Tramonto. Sent water back because of something floating in it. Fries were cold, sliders were not cooked, it was raw meat. Raw like it was taken out of the package and put together to resemble a slider. Told the manager so at least they could tell the cooks that food was going out cold and not cooked. Service was okay, margarita came out after food was order. Manager was good. But the food was not good and not worth the money. read more

I've been to this location a few times now. It's always lively but not too busy. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The menu selection is good for a 'fast food joint' and the standard of food is excellent, both myself and my companions have thoroughly enjoyed all items consumed here. 45 minutes, from placing a phone order, to delivery at pickup for a simple shrimp salad is completely unacceptable. Arriving 15 minutes after placing the order and having to wait 30 minutes in the parking lot is bad. Having to go in 3 times to get the status of my order is an indication of how little they care about delivering adequate service, much less, exemplary. To be told they were very busy, when clearly the restaurant was not even a third full during the lunch hour indicates the management is either incompetent, or not paying staff sufficiently to support a normal lunch hour rush. Then, to be told that I would have to wait five minutes to speak with the manager left me gobsmacked and angry. I'll never patronize this business again. read more

Today we stopped here for lunch on our way to Flagstaff and what a pleasant surprise! We were greeted right away and seated in a booth as requested. Chris our server did an exceptional job!! He was friendly, knowledgeable and made great suggestions! We split two lunch specials, the sliders and the chicken Tex-Mex bowl. Chris had the kitchen split the orders and brought us each one plate. Super! The food quality was excellent with perfect lunch portions!! The restaurant was very clean. I don't visit Chili's very often however after today will return in the near future. read more

I have been going to Chilis for many of years. I live right by Chilis , I have known all of the managers and all bartenders and waitstaff, unfortunately tonight was different, Mark is an amazing manager.He had already left when I called. I ordered 2 sets of sliders and steak with asparagus to go. I unfortunately only got 1 set of sliders for my 2 Teenager boys, shit happens, i get it, but the manager I talked to tonight obviously doesn't know I'm a regular and treated me like crap when I called and told her what happened..Ill never go back to Chilis and that makes me sad, cuz I love my people there. Every time I order pick up here, the food is ice cold. Are you not following the time guidelines, because I am. Also every time I tip the food is trash, so I guess I should just never tip here. I won't be coming back here anymore (which I'm sure you-Chilis- don't really care) but anyway I recently ordered a burger, selected NO PINK and got (in my opinion) an undercooked burger. We came in here for lunch on Sunday and ordered several dishes to include the chicken sandwich, big mouth sliders, ancho salmon, chicken nachos, and smokehouse combo. The service was great. We had no issues whatsoever with the server. However, the chicken took a long time to be served as compared to the rest of the food. Ordered at the same time as the gentleman next to me. He had a burger and fries and I had a Triple Dipper (All fried food). He was completely done eating his food and I was still waiting (40+ minute ticket time). The excuse is that the fryers were busy!!!! I ordered things that are frozen and they take 5 mins in a fryer to cook! Gentleman next to me had fries! Guess those were in a different fryer! It's a Thursday night at 6:15-7pm! Unacceptable service at this location. Got the mini burgers. One of them looked like someone took a bite out of it when I received it. Curbside is where it's at! So not all places are good as "to go" but I must say Chili's did it right (almost perfect but we'll get to that latter)! They didn't open until 11 but you can pre order online. So at 11:15 it was ready siting on the counter ready to go with no waiting. So that's just what we did... I ordered a Black bean burger with Santa Fe sauce and it was delicious a kinda saucy so if you try it order extra napkins!!!! We really enjoy eating at Chili's. Consistent food and service are the main reasons why. Also, store management and quality hiring can make or break a location. We have dined at this location four times now, and enjoyed great service and food each time. I forgot to get pics. Im not usually a fan of chain restaurants such as this but I got a wild hair and couldn't think of anywhere else to eat. First, I love the curbside delivery option. I was in sweats and makeup less so that came in handy. It was very easy to order online and nice options between your average food, gluten free options, and health conscious. We ended up doing their deal where it's $20 for appetizer, 2 entrees and dessert. It was completely worth it! We chose salads and fajitas with the cookie skillet thingy. It was all fresh and tasty. Are most reliable source for a great meal around ANTHEM. Good food for the value, always courteous and fast.

Excellent food and service. We enjoyed the quieter atmosphere to where we could actually have a conversation. The booths were comfortable to sit in. We started with the triple appetizer with Buffalo chicken nuggets, Asian Mexican egg roll, and the big mouth bites. I would skip the big mouth bites next time, they weren't really anything special. The salads were fresh and plentiful for the side dish. I got these sirloin on the two for $25 meal and my husband got the margarita chicken. Both were excellent and large portions enough to bring home. The steak was done exactly right at a medium rare. Mine came with loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli. The two tropical margaritas we got were impressive and large. It was a very good meal and the waitress was attentive, quick and helpful. read more

Decided to do a carry out order because walking is hard as my left foot is broken. Placed order and I got a text saying it'd be ready at 8:12-8:17. Got there at 8:12, parked, checked in, and sat there for 40 minutes. No one ever brought me my food and they wouldn't answer the phone. The chicken in the chicken fajitas tasted like the big bag of frozen pre-cut crap that you get from Sam's club...But even Sam's Club chicken is better. The boneless wings/cheese were burned onto the foil and had to be chiseled off. It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review for an obviously lame place like Chilies... because I have to take into account my bad for even ordering from this place. Ordered curbside pick up. The ribs and tortilla soup were delicious. Black beans were very tasty as well. Love the tortilla chips. Salsa was only ok. Pleased with the potion size for the price. Bad service all around except for the bus boy. My daughter cut her hand open and the way it was handled felt uncared for. Never got checked on at the table. Undercooked steak by a lot had to ask for utensils multiple times and after asking to fix the steak it was clearly but in the microwave with veggies and all still on the plate. If the excuse is being under staffed don't put your servers through having so many tables sit less! Would of gladly waited an hour for at least good service read more
