This was the worst dining experience ever!! First of all, it took 30 minutes or more for the waitress to seat us, after we told her that it would about 15 people (estimated)!! There were plenty of empty tables at that!! When we were finally seated, she didn't even come and take our drink orders!! We waited well OVER 30 minutes just to get our drinks!! After waiting for our drinks to arrive, which never came until almost an hour later, they started bringing us water to drink, and might I add how hot it was in there!! The drinks started coming out little by little, and we still had to continuously remind her that we hadn't gotten our drinks!! She didn't greet us or tell us her name, and she moved as if she didn't give a care in the world!! My order was not correct at all, and I just kept what she brought out because we had already been there too long without anything to eat or drink!! She never came to check and see if we needed anything, nor did she offer us anything!! I heard her huffing and puffing and blowing whenever she would go to the back to get something that we shouldn't have had to ask for!! She basically ignored us!! What a bad experience! My wife, 2 teenage kids and I went last Sunday to revisit after not going there for a while. We were greeted and seated promptly. The server was pleasant but when the kids ordered soft drinks, they were out. They settled for tea. My wife and I both ordered wine and they didn't have either type we ordered. The server was not familiar with what was available and tried to ask the bartender for help but she was more interested in talking to the one guy at the bar than being helpful. So disappointed in this location. I understand the weather issues we are in. I'm from Oxford and came here Monday to get power. Saw cars in the parking lot today Wednesday at 2:30 ish and thought would give a call to eat there if they were open and what time they closed. Disturbed by the phone treatment I received. I called and someone picked up but would NEVER say anything just held me there and I could hear people in the background. Stayed like that for about 4 mins then put me on hold. I came to Chili's the evening after arriving in town for a work trip. It is within walking distance of our hotel, so is convenient for travelers staying there. As a chain restaurant, the dishes are pretty predictable and nothing very unique. But the quality was good - the food was hot and tasted good. I ordered the Cajun pasta, and my serving was very generous. I had plenty of leftovers for lunch. The server was kind, but appeared overworked (the location seemed understaffed), so service was a little slow. Decided to order here the other night since the nearest location, Southaven, wasn't answering phones and disabled their mobile order app. Upon entering, the staff were very kind and welcoming. They assisted me in which direction to go to pick up my food since I had not been to this location. The to-go staff had a very friendly attitude and were very prompt. All of the food was correct, minus missing an extra ranch that we ordered, but we have plenty at home so no big deal. Each entree came out 15 20 minutes apart from each other it was just 4 of us so not a party of 15. when it was time to pay I finally just handed her a 100 once I finally saw her. 10 minutes later brings me back some change and no receipt, never knew what my bill was which is normally not a big deal for me to not have a receipt but would have been nice to know I got correct change sense I never saw the bill and just gave her what I thought would cover it thinking she would bring it with my change. If I could give zero stars I would, I use to love skillet queso, but the only thing I can recommend from this place is the Presidente margarita but don't get any food because their food is horrible nine times out of 10 you'll have the worst service you've ever had here. After the BS so far I had to call. After being told I could come back and get it, I asked for a manger, Brenda Jones picked up the line. I almost gave two stars because of her attitude and apologetic nature. She handled my rant very well and offered multiple comps but I assured her I would not return so it was unnecessary. Worse Chilis I have ever been too. Ordered normal entrees off the menu. Wanted corn with the ribs instead of cole slaw. Told we could not do that and we had to get the cole slaw because it was a garnish!?!? The cole slaw was spoiled anyway. Guess they just wanted to get rid of it. Also ordered a swiss mushroom burger.
