Went here on Saturday February 7th 2026 with my dad. We arrived and were seated right away in a booth. Andrea was our server and greeted us right away. We got the free chips and salsa, 2 waters and 2 strawberry margaritas that were the special $6 drink for February. Chips and salsa came out in a timely manner and was enjoyable! I ordered the sante fe burger with broccoli. My dad had the 3 for me bacon burger with salad. I enjoyed my burger. We then paid the check with a credit card and left a cash tip. Took my dad here for his birthday, and he ordered a hamburger in which he was never asked how he wanted it cooked, leaving it cooked wrong. It took them 25 minutes to cook another one which was still cooked wrong. Then got the receipt to see we were charged wrong. We ordered two 3 for 10.99 and they rang us up for that PLUS another entree. Waiter rarely checked in on us. Very disappointed with our service. read more

We decided to give Chili's another go tonight and I can truthfully say that any changes that Chili's has made over the years have not been for the better. Chili's use to be my sister in law's favorite place for chicken tenders, and also my better half. In addition, when we were hungry for some good old ribs, we could count on Chili's to also deliver the goods. Well, I'm here to tell you that you need to look elsewhere for ribs and tenders! Tonight I ordered a full rack of ribs and my wife chose the 6 piece tenders. We decided prior to ordering that we would share the ribs and tenders. We received our meals promptly, but the first thing that I noticed was that the metal serving trays used nowadays takes up way too much space at a booth when four adults are dining together. This was not a well thought out idea when you try to deliver all this hardware, when two people are still finishing their starter salad. The food presentation on the tray was good and looked appealing until you tasted the meal. I opted to sub out the standard Mac and Cheese option for the street corn. The corn and fries were tasty, but I prefer to eat my roasted corn and fries when it's hot, as opposed to room temperature. I never experience these issues at home, so I'm confused is the heat lamps or steam table in the kitchen malfunctioning? Well the ribs were no better, in fact even though I chose not to have the dry rub, the sprinkling of additional spice was evident below the over zealous layer of sauce. The baby back ribs that most diners have come to love and were once apart of the chili's jingle song have left the building. They have been replaced by very cheap imported pork ribs with almost no meat present. They reminded me of the very cheap New Year's Day ribs we had every year growing up, except they had at least twice the meat to bone ratio back then. I wish that woman that immortalized the where's the beef commercial was in the building! I would have invited her over to my table to inspect and respond with "where's the pork"? The tenders were a nice chunk of white meat, but the shapes were so irregular that you could tell the word "tender" was also being abused. The coating was crunchy but it left a very strange aftertaste in your mouth! The mustard dipping sauce was ok, but the barbecue (non chipotle) is not a good option. The honey barbecue sauce was once a solid choice for good barbecue flavor. In summation, the current day value of these two meals are shameful. The ribs alone at $23.99 for imported mixed spare ribs instead of the baby back ribs once served are a terrible value when the two standard sides are the "healthy fries and macaroni and cheese". Any deviation from the standard menu fare will incur additional dollars added to your bill! Mexican Street Corn add $1.25. Expect $25.24 for rib meal as shown in the picture, before drink, tax, and gratuity! This goes down as the worst tasting rib and chicken tender meal ever, worst quality rib and chicken tender meal ever, and worst value rib and chicken tender meal ever! In addition, when the manager came over and asked how the ribs were, I couldn't lie, I told him that these ribs had the least amount of meat on the bone that I have ever experienced in a restaurant. What baffled me, is how I received know response to that comment whatsoever! Well, I received my answer when I went to pay my $57,00 bill. The description of the ribs on the table side payment system told the whole story! Mixed Imported Spare Ribs! Chili's can't even afford to buy Pork in the United States any longer! Would that not be in your best interest to let your customer know up front what to expect, instead of reading it on the receipt! Chili's you should be ashamed! Fool me once, Fool me twice, Fool me no more, I'm gone and not coming back! read more

We have just had a meal at Chilli's (just next door to the Tanger Outlets) and wanted to say we had a great time. The server Sarah was extremely pleasant, efficient and on the ball with everything. She made us and others welcomed, the food and drinks were delicious and the whole evening was great. We have been to the other Chilli's down on Kings Highway but it's quite dark and dinghy and not as good service too. Definitely recommend Chilli's on 501 and pop in to see the lovely Sarah too. read more

This location is in a good spot and the service was good! I will say the chips and dip along with the margaritas were on point. I was annoyed they no longer had spinach dip as that was what I really wanted. Instead I settled for the brisket and it was extremely salty for my liking. I wish I had gotten a burger but since I had eaten one earlier in the day I didn't want it twice. Wait staff was very polite and accommodating, and the restaurant was very clean... that's the only reason it gets those 2 stars... A lot to unpack here.... I ordered the 10oz sirloin (cooked medium rare) and full order of shrimp. The first time my order came out... there were no shrimp and the steak was WELL done... They took the order back and came out with another order with a HALF order of shrimp and the steam was once again cooked well.... The manager came over to the table and I showed her the second steak that wasn't correct and the shrimp order wasn't right. They remade the whole order and brought it out and this time it was correct... Steak was medium rare and had the full order of shrimp. Then it still goes downhill.... The shrimp were just terrible. So rubbery and bland... absolutely no flavor or taste... tasted like frozen shrimp for microwaved.... The steak was great (on the 3rd attempt). The Mexican rice was CRUNCHY... tremendously undercooked... This was not a good experience at all. Food mediocre at best... getting it wrong time after time... something with that much of a hassle should end up being comped. Not having me wait for over an hour and 15 mins just to have 2 wrong orders then receive bad food. And that's after you spend the whole time swatting flies away.... read more

Ok so first the menu was confusing i had trouble finding what was what. Second they don't have description of whats in the dishes. I ordered the chicken loaded plate with steak quesadillas fries and mashed potatoes. However i asked for just the potatoes not loaded potatoes and it came out as loaded potatoes and they were cold. then the quesadillas had an ingredient that i was allergic too so they replaced it with a chicken quesadillas which was bland. the chicken strips i ordered extra crispy and they were soggy and maybe its a texture thing but as i was eating them they honestly tasted like fried fish. The only thing that was good here was the staff who frequently came by to check on me and refilled the drinks (which i was chugging down because the food was that bad) and the staff was very apologetic and the french fries. Usually I'm not the one to complain about the food but this was not the best it tasted so off and honestly I felt like I should've left but I tried to give them a chance. read more

The server was very friendly but we had a bad experience. Our guacamole was obviously spoiled, it was a dark green, almost brown color. We sent it back saying we did not want it but it came back out like 5 minutes later and at least 4 people came to ask us if it was okay. The fact that it came out to our table was absolutely disgusting. If it were not for our server being so nice, I would have rated my experience a 1-star. I wish I had remembered to take a picture before sending this guac back because you would not believe how gross this was. I really have to stop regarding Chili's as an acceptable alternative when I want a relatively quick, nothing-fancy meal and a beer. There was a sports bar nearby to this particular location, as well as a Mexican joint. Both would have been better, I think. The Red Robin down the street would have been better. Chili's is clean, service is friendly and efficient. My server in particular did a good job. That is the good and why this isn't a one-star review. The bad: Food: boring, boring boring. This time, I tried the chipotle-honey chicken crispers, or whatever they call it. Should be re-named bland chicken drenched in a too-sweet sauce. It came with a half corn on the cob that apparently was over-cooked last week and reheated for my order. Creamed corn on a cob, except not as tasty. Fries were okay. Probably should have gone with a lighter choice, but I was afraid of getting something completely tasteless. Menu: lose the large photos already and make the thing read more like, you know, a restaurant menu. There aren't a terribly lot of choices at Chili's and it all could probably fit on a two-page spread. I get annoyed flipping between the pages trying to find something I can stomach. The main reason I am giving this Chili's 5 stars is because they have the best water I've ever had in my life. Apparently this location (I'm not sure if others do it) filters their water 3 times. I couldn't figure out if I was just thirsty or if it was that good, but I believe it was the latter. Their water is amazing. In addition to the great water, I ordered a burger (with no bun) with chili, and lettuce and tomato. Didn't realize the chili would be a hefty sized portion, but was satisfied with it. If you don't want cheese and add-ins on your chili, be sure to let them know beforehand. The food was great and service was fairly decent. Our waiter was terrible. I'm still giving 2 stars because the food was good. Our waiter acted like we where bothering her the whole time. When I asked for a ranch she rolled her eyes and stomped off. Rolled her eyes and stomped off when we asked for a refill. To top everything off when we payed for the bill (on the little iPad thing) and left a 15% tip (way more then she deserved). This place is THE WORST. Never, ever again. Ordered the 3 sampler with your choice of boneless wings, South western egg rolls and mozzarella sticks. FOOD IS INEDIBLE... seriously. The boneless wings are disgusting. Freezer burned. No chicken whatsoever. Just freezer burned batter. Cheese sticks, smell like they are bad. My German shepherd won't even eat any of it. And the Southwestern egg rolls have not 1 piece of chicken. No bean, no corn. Soggy, overly saturated with frying oil. Asked for the burger sliders on 1 order. Didn't get them. Loaded cheese fries, D I S G U S T I N G. Hair in them. Reddish- blonde hair. I'll be following up with SCDHEC. To be honest the only reason I gave this chili's 2 stars is because the desert was good. But here's my honest review: Our waitress was okay at her job at first and then we ordered our food... When we got out food it wasn't good, that's the only way I could describe it. Too salty and greasy, then when we got our checks it was a bit expensive. Towards the end our waitress forgot to put in our desert we had ordered when we first sat down and when she brought it we still had all of our dishes on the table because she never took them away until we asked her to.
