Give Chilis in Muskogee a chance... if you're tired of the same old local flavors, try a Chili's stop. I ordered something simple, a burger with fries. There are a plethora of burger joints in Muskogee. But for the ambiance, friendly peeps here, and overhead music.. there is a good local feel. They do have a good salmon offering with some jazzy things that go with it. If you're in the mood for a quicker bite, try the appetizers.. or a cup of soup. Chilis hit the mark today for our visit!! I don't know who I'm trying to fool because I adore Chili's. It's the most consistent chain for me. They change up the menu often, and the free chips and salsa with a rewards account is the best. I've been seeing the new Nashville hot mozzarella sticks all over TikTok, and I finally tried them! Don't miss out. They truly are as good as they look. Epic cheese pull with amazing spice. Our server was fabulous. Food came out hot and fresh. And the host opened the door for us on the way in and out even though it's freezing outside. Try those Mozz sticks! read more

I placed my family's dinner order through the app after getting out of Walmart this evening. We were told by the system it would be ready between 646-651pm, well we pulled into a To-Go spot, and sat for a bit, hoping for the text saying the order was ready, which was received on my phone at 709pm, while my husband stood in the takeout area, patiently waiting for 10+ minutes or more. Though the order was complete and yummy, you need to work on adding time to the back end to accommodate for a slow kitchen time. I watched so many people go in and out it was nuts. My husband mentioned to me on the way home, that a lady that had been there before he walked in, said she had been waiting there 20 plus minutes for her order.She finally got her order and left. But it comes down to timing and thoroughness of training for back of the house. As a customer, you don't want to be given a time by the app, and then send someone to pick it up and they are waiting additional time after the promised time for their order. Please work on timing issues in the back of the house so everything can flow smoothly and make for a more positive experience all around fir customers and staff. read more

I love chilis but bring back the white queso please. I tried the new kind of queso and it's is not it. why would they get rid of the first two? I haven't seen or heard any thing negative of them. The service is always good too. read more

Hostesses are never waiting to greet you. Mixed drinks are rarely tolerable and bartenders are often slow. Never know if your food is going to be as expected or inedible. Food and drinks are way overpriced. It's a shame because this used to be a decent place to eat or have a few cocktails with friends. read more

I was in the area and was really wanting a great burger. I figured I would give Chili's a shot at it. I'm glad I did I order a hamburger with bacon and decided to top it out with chili. The restaurant was busy as it was a Friday and our waitress was busy and never brought our strawberry lemonade we ordered to go. The burger got the spot! Nice crispy bacon that wasn't burnt. Thick chili and very nice presentation. Food was great, cleanliness was fine for how busy they were, the staff seemed like they were trying but just couldn't keep up. I couldn't tell but maybe they were short handed. We never did receive our strawberry lemonade that we were charged for. read more

We had two great experiences here during a two day visit to Muskogee. We like sitting at the bar and loved our drinks, the quick service, and the food. The presidential margaritas matched or exceeded other Chili's, and we really like the guiltless grill sirloin with avacodo. read more

Okay so apparently your waitstaff needs to go over your reviews. The waitress we had gave us poor service her name was Mary she had brunette on one side of her head and blonde on the other. Her service was piss poor she might have come over and checked us a couple of times but she rarely was there and then she was rushing us out because we had our son she even lied to us out and out lied to us and told us that y'all were closing around 7:00. It was another gentleman who actually brought us our food and our starters. She got a pissy attitude in a small conversation with my husband considering that she remembered us when I was pregnant with my son coming in a year prior. She gave s***** service then she gave s***** service tonight and if she's going to have an attitude and rush out the small customers because she's got a bigger table that she's wanting to focus on then she doesn't need to be a waitress she didn't even deserve the $3 tip that we left. Tracey is very rude and kept telling us bye after we were done eating and talking.she tried to take away my elderly grandmothers food because it was almost empty while she was still eating.she never asked us how our food was and when my grandma was having trouble paying she was very snarky and rude and when she gave her change she slammed it on the table and walked off and she took my cousins fries while she was still playing with them.we were only there for 45 mins at least so there said Tracey needs to be fired immediately. read more

I have been to this Chili's many times and generally have found it to be really subpar (with "par" being "Chili's anywhere but Muskogee). That said, based on my visit yesterday, they have cleaned up their act. The service is often painstakingly slow, leaving you looking around for a server, parched and longing for some chips and salsa. Our server was friendly and came quickly to take our orders. They've really expanded the menu and are even offering some more healthy options like quinoa instead of rice. The menu has been restructured such that there are actually options besides fried chicken/something else, which is great. The bar service is hit or miss. It really all depends on how the bartender feels, which the last time I was here, was meh. If Chili's stays on the come-up like this, it will truly be welcomed because the options on Shawnee are lacking. Do check your bill at the end because of server gave us another table's ticket and it took a few minutes to sort that out. read more

I won't be back to Chili's in Muskogee for awhile. The last dining experience wasn't all that great but my family & I eat here all the time. Tonight, however, we were turned away at the door. The hostess informed us they were no longer serving since they were closing at 9:30. It was 9:05 when we arrived. Twice we have been in & waited in the lobby to be seated for over 10 minutes & no one greeted us or even acknowledged us, so we ate elsewhere. I realize most places are short-staffed right now, but basic customer service should still be a standard. read more

Love this place. Always get the Cajun chicken Alfredo. Has good music and a good vibe to it.

The unlimited chips, salad and soup sounded good. Soup is too salty. Friendly waitstaff. Hostess did not acknowledge me in my way out even though I passed her. It's an average experience. read more

Today for lunch my wife and I decided to come in. Fist they sat us at a dirty sticky table, I had to stand by the table and wait close to 5 min to catch someone to wipe the table down. Then we ordered drinks. It took 10 min before my drink from the bar was brought to my table. Our waitress was wonderful. read more

My favorite place to eat. Service is always good and the wait is always short. Love car side to go for those nights when we're in a hurry.

Great service and fast service. Came in around 10 pm appetizers hit table in 15 min with our share dessert. We had four people in our party.

I'm visiting Muskogee for work from California. I just walked into the restaurant and received some of the wost customer service. A waitress (Virginia) per the host immediately rolled her eyes. I'm assuming it was because the restaurant was closing in an hour and she didn't want any more customers. We sat down and she proceeded to rush us. We immediately left. Whatever you do don't order curb-side to go. Ordered this way because of having a 4mo baby in the car and not wanting to get her out. Waited 15 mins beyond the delivery time. Still had to get the baby out and all management had to say was sorry we forgot about your order. read more

I love Chili's. Not just saying this because a want to win a prize or get a free appetizer, it's just simple fact of life. I have never had a bad experience at any Chili's, and I have eaten at Chili's in several different states. My favorite is near by in Muskogee, Oklahoma. If I'm having a date nite with my husband or dining with best friends or family, It's always great. Next to grandma's house, definitely the best place for really good food & a good time. Went to Chili's to have a nice romantic dinner with my husband on our 1 yr. Anniversary. It was Great!! Loved the Food and had a really nice time. The staff was Excellent. I would love to visit the Chili's in Muskogee more often because I love a lot of the food they offer. Every time I have been there the service is awful, and definitely do not go when in a time crunch- you will not make it out quickly. We go out of town if we want to eat at Chili's. read more

The food was okay, but the atmosphere was frightening. I was in Chilis over the weekend when a guy came in with a .38 caliber gun and 3 knives. I was eating in the company of many people I knew including a baby under the age of one. I found the atmosphere alarming, to say the least. I won't be eating at Chilis anymore, as the manager and the bartender thought this was okay. Corporate discourages people from doing this but lets its managers set their own policy. I feel it creates a dangerous atmosphere and opens up the company to lawsuits if there is an accident involving a weapon. read more

Chili's has been a disappointment the last few times. The grilled chicken which used to be outstanding- is not replaced with some fake plastic tasting rubbish that isn't worth the $10 they expect you to pay. The service has been slacking for the last year. I used to star them over Applebee's but recently Applebee's has gotten way better. Wouldn't waste another dollar at this Chilis. read more

Came in and the hostess say is at a very inconvenient location. We used a high chair and she sat us in a booth that had two chairs so it was very awkward. The table was very crowded with a pay at the table machine and a large menu with salt, pepper and all the condiments. Our waiter was good, he kept the drinks up and took our order well but was not a people person at all, more like a mindless zombie with yes, no answers in a monotone voice. The food came rather quickly, not a surprise since everything on the menu may as well be fried. I ordered the triple appetizer meal with the onion rings, chicken crispers and boneless buffalo wings. Wow, what a let down. Everything was over cooked/fried. Very tough and just gross. The onion rings sounded great on the menu but boiled down to nothing but old oil soaked panko crumbs, the chicken crispers were very oily and really tough from being overlooked and the same goes with the vinegar coated buffalo wings. I will not go back, that's for sure. read more
