On our way home from visiting a family member and running errands, my husband and I decided on BDubs for picking up dinner on the way home. He decided on a beer cheese cheesesteak sandwich with no grilled onions, no green onions, a side of mac& cheese, and a rootbeer to drink. I chose 10 grilled chicken dippers with bdubs dip, honey bbq dip and lemon pepper dip, a large side of cheese curds with ranch. Once we arrived to the restaurant, and my husband went in to get our order, he got told they were still working on it, and the staff member would bring it to us once it was done. So we are in a takeout parking spot waiting for our order currently with 6 minutes to go within the promised time frame of the order being ready. Just hit 7:10pm, the end of the promised time frame, no sign of the staff member yet with our order(You might consider building time into the back end of your promising time frame, so customers don't get disappointed, when the order is not time and they get frustrated). After giving staff time to bring the order out, my husband had to go back in to the restaurant to get our order and he admitted to me there was some misunderstanding/crossed communication that went on. We won't be back. Waited 30 minutes for the chip and queso appetizer. They delivered the wrong appetizer and when we finally got ours the cup of queso was only half full. Very little ice in the tea. Had to ask for lemon twice and got a very thin wedge finally. Took another 20 minutes to get lunch. Got half the amount of potato wedges than other locations and the sandwich was very dry. I've been eating at the Muskogee BWW location for years. It's one of the only restaurants open late, so when I participate in a theatre show at Muskogee Little Theatre, we always end up eating wings here late! I much prefer sitting in the bar side because the wait is never as long. The waitresses/bartenders are really fabulous too. They keep drinks full and memorize every order. It's clean inside, and a game is always on the TVs. I feel like prices have actually gone down a bit or maybe I just go on promotion nights, but I think it's worth the money. First off we ordered a strawberry lemonade and waited 30-40 minutes for it even though our waitress said she'd check on it twice, second we ordered our food at 2:57 and got it at 3:07 mind you when we arrived there weren't that many cars in the parking lot maybe about 3-4 other tables were occupied, third when the food finally arrived it wasn't fresh and there was a film on the sauces from them sitting out. They were severely understaffed and our waitress kept forgetting about us and we saw two to three families leave before getting served and one leave before they even got seated because the waitress was also the hostess so people weren't getting seated, and the music in the restaurant would be quiet and randomly get loud. After all of this we didn't get a discount on any of our food or drinks not even the strawberry lemonade we waited over half an hour for and when the waitress set the check down she said "take your time" which honestly rubbed me the wrong way but maybe I'm being dramatic. We ended up walking out because a table that showed up 20 minutes after us had food granted its chips and salsa but that's besides the point of us sitting there for almost an hour and a half and they never one time told us our food was on the way out. Probably the only REAL place to watch sports in town. Decent food and lots of menu options. Great bar and maybe the best place for drinks in Muskogee. Their strawberry margaritas are amazing! They should focus on keeping the place a little cleaner; especially the floor. It's still a really fun place to meet up with friends and have a few cocktails either in the bar area or outside on the patio! The service has always been decent, and the huge screens in the bar area attract people regardless of the areas in which they could improve. Not the best but not the worst. Not consistent in their wings, sometimes they're really good, sometimes they're not. Some times we go I barely get any sauce on my wings, other times they're way too salty, guess it depends on who's cooking that night. The last time we went (last Monday) the music was WAY too loud. Could barely hear our waitress or each other at the table. Our waitress apologized for it, stating it was because they can pay for it to be loud which is ridiculous. Let me start by saying I did not want to give a star at all but had to give a 1 star. So I was In Muskogee today due to a family member being in the hospital. After their release we was gonna grab some BWW on the way home. I did an order on the app and it said it would be ready in 15 minutes(1:50pm). At 2:20pm my food was still not ready. I asked for a manager and was told I had to wait on even a manager. When she can out she was very hostile and rude. I asked for a refund and she told me as a MANAGER she couldn't do a refund and she would let her GM know to give it to me. 42 mins after I ordered I had no food and was told I couldn't get a refund to my card there on the spot And I would have to wait until the general manager came in. She Wanted me to leave with no food or refund. I then asked to speak to the GM and she got more hostile. She then left me in the middle of talking to walk away and came back to tell me I had 1 of 2 choices, wait more time on my food or leave without a refund until her GM came in again. After all of her rudeness I got upset, as I was already stressing the family member being ill and I said I just want a fking refund. I was then told I had 10 seconds to leave the store or she was calling the cops. I left, again no food or refund....if I do not see a refund within 24 hours I will press charges for theft. I've never felt obligated to give a review or anything because it's always us going in and eating and leaving. We don't usually make conversation, but the waiters and waitresses have always given great service; however, we recently ate here for the boho boneless and we had Dalton for our waiter. HE WAS AMAZING!! He was so great at making sure we were taken care of but not hovering and he'd make small talk which We didn't mind at all!! There are many unfair reviews that have lowered this rating. I would give it a 4 star but I gave it 5 to counter the negativity of others. Food was as expected and waiter was very nice. Downside is Oklahoma allows smoking in restaurants...luckily they were boxed into the other room. Kinda like animals. It made us laugh.
