Chick-fil-A - 12 count nugget meal - Fast Food Near Me - Muskogee, Oklahoma

I don't eat much fast food - so when I pulled up to the person standing out front to take my order I noticed she was about 20 feet before the menu.. I said I was unsure what I wanted and apparently i am the only person who has ever needed to view a menu.... She eventually walked over with me to the menu and I ordered.... But this could be easily solved with a small menu or moving the people taking the order. The system is good just need to clean up the execution. read more

This last trip to Chick-fil-A was around my birthday(so last month, and I had a freebie to redeem for my birthday through the app). You would be amazed at how many apps I have, but for this adventure it was through my Chick-fil-A app this time. For my birthday ladt month I had the chance to redeem for a free dessert for my birthday. So, my hubby and I went out for dinner one evening and did drive through. He got traditional nuggets and I got grilled with a large side of fresh fruit, and a chocolate shake for dessert( I gave him the shake, because I had dessert at home that particular evening, so he was happy as a kid in a candy store). But the staff was sweet all the way around from drive thru to window, they made the experience a very pleasant one. read more

Bland. Mediocre customer service. Clean dining area. That's about it. I don't recommend it if you're looking for something with some flavor.

They got our order wrong and gave us an extra entree which they also charged us for. We went through the drive through. By the time we discovered it, it wasn't worth going back. Chic fil a prices have gone up to the point that it's not any more expensive to get lunch at a full service restaurant. read more

Ordered a meal and didn't get the entree. Just fries. Sad sad sad! Drink was wrong as well. Cannot get a simple order correct

I went to the drive through and this lady who seems already kind of annoyed. I guess she was the manager because she was dress different from the rest, took my order, and she never said my pleasure after i said thank you, never in my life has that ever happened at a chick fil a. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN! read more

Chick-fil-A is always good!!! Traveling through Oklahoma and stopped here in Muskogee. Great service as expected!!

Very friendly and professional staff! Service and food was top notch! Never had a bad experience here

Visited this location last night 4/4/23 around 9:30 and it was awful. First I have to ask the young man for napkins because someone needs to learn not to give guests their drinks with drink running down the side. That is gross. I shouldn't be the one wiping. But let's get to the really turn your stomach make you regurgitate part. Eating my grilled chicken nuggets and I come across something tangled in the nuggets began to pull and pull and yelp you guess it hair. Long strings of hair. I don't live in this area but you couldn't pay me to go back here ever read more

It's a great location with the typical fabulous customer service. The store looks new and the info about the owner-operator is a great thing to read. Sometimes it best not to fix something that ain't broke read more

Our high school band group stopped into this chick-a-fil and the workers were so hospitable, patient, and kind!

I Love this place it is so good I recommend the number 1 no pickles add bacon it is so good

at the beginning of lunch, they served me soggy fries and for a premium price that's not OK

My husband was in the drive through and requested to look at the menu and the worker told him No. He was very rude.

Grilled chicken nuggets with honey mustard and waffle fries with chic fil a sauce. Great lunch or dinner. Always a great staff.

Pretty upset because I sat in the long line wanting to order a frosted lemonade just to be told "we're not making that right now" is there a certain time frame they're only making these, it's not posted anywhere that I saw, but I've had a long day and was really looking forward to getting one... just kind of disappointing read more

I had never been to a Chick-fil-a. We went there for breakfast. Yea I get it, they act like they are really goody-two-shoes and all that, saying, "You have a blessed day." While we were leaving. Whatever, If that was true, how do you explain them stealing my mama's biscuit recipe? Oh my gosh, I don't know how they got it but they got it. I know those were my mama'a biscuits, she passed away years ago, bless her little biscuit-making heart. I'm sure she is making biscuits for the angels now. The biscuits we ate this morning, tasted like they were rolled out on an avacodo green formica table and dusted with WR Flour. I could picture mama wiping her hands on a calico apron standing on her new linoleum floor while singing along to "You Ain't Woman Enough to Take My Man" as it played on the crackling AM radio. Bless you Chick-fil-A. Bless you all. read more

What can I say that hasn't been said? It's Jesus' chicken sandwich and it lives up to the hype.

Ordered the 8 count chicken and it came out brown instead of golden brown. The grease coming off the chicken was also brown. I don't recommend eating at this location. read more

You know all the things you expect from Chick-fil-A, like ridiculously friendly service and good milkshakes? Yep, this one has all of those things. It has been flawlessly clean when I've gone in, and the staff are very friendly (and even conversational with you if no one else is in line). Simply good! read more

You just can't go wrong at Chick-fil-a. Fast food done well and great service. The service at this Chick-fil-a is great! Your order is taken quickly, they bring your food I to your table and they even stop by from time to time to see if you need a refill on your drink. The place was clean and well run. EAT MORE CHICKEN! read more

Its chick-fil-a! What happens Sunday? It still excellent fast food. This one has a two lane drive through. It is also on an entry/exit road into WalMart. You can eat lunch or supper, go to the big W, and then stop for ice cream on the way out. All this while getting out of the car only once. Eat well, tip well. (Don't drink the water.) read more

Another example of an excellent chick fil a franchise. The drive through is organized and the waiters are so pleasant and polite. Orders are always correct and the facility is clean. The employees go above and beyond to help any way they can. 10/10. Definitely will be back. read more

Excellence in Drive-Thru/fast food. Service is always stellar doesn't matter what location you go to.

It's Chick-fil-A and this location met all my typical expectations of the chain. Quick drive thru service and fine food.

Loved it. Everything you expect from a Chick fila but better! The service and food was outstanding.

Thanks to Chick-fil-A for providing a safe option to eat for people with allergies. I visit often and rarely have an issue. The service is fantastic. This is how you do it. read more

I was very disappointed in this Chick-Fil-A experience! We ordered ahead using the app and that took longer than it would have had we gotten in line and ordered when we arrived at the restaurant. Even after waiting a long time, they left off a sandwich and gave us a french fry that was not even half full! This food is way too expensive to get it this wrong! I will not be returning to this Chick-Fil-A. read more

Really enjoyed the chick fil a experience. I really want to go back soon. Their chicken is unbelievable. It's honestly unbeatable.

I felt terrible because I showed up 5 minutes before they closed, but they took my order with a smile and got my food out to me very quickly. The lobby and the bathrooms were very clean! read more

This location is what you would expect from a Chick-fil-A. The food, speed, and customer service are all great.

I live close to this great new place to eat in Muskogee. Love the good food and their employees are trained so well. If it was a little less expensive I would eat there quite a bit more. read more

While visiting family, I stopped here for dinner on a Friday night. For chick-fil-a I was not impressed with my experience. I go to cfa quite often back in my hometown and have never had bad experiences. The employees didn't seem that happy and as friendly as usual. For being pretty empty, most tables in the dining room were dirty and the trash was overflowing. A customer was even wiping down a table to sit at, but then decided to move to a whole other table. The food was not as good as usual either. The chicken was not very crispy and parts of the bread were soggy. Overall was not pleased. read more

On the corner of 11th and the Shawnee Bypass, right between B-Dubs and Walmart, you'll find Muskogee's newest addition (finally!). With professional employees, clean environment, and delicious and timely food service, our new Chick-fil-A is pretty top notch! The fresh flowers on every table are a nice finishing touch. Try the Chick-fil-A sauce on the fries and the original chicken sandwich; it's life changing! read more
