After hubby got off work toward the end of the week, he said, "Screw it, let's do Whataburger", I said okay. So we placed our order through the app. My husband ordered his meal that included honey bbq and honey butter chicken "nuggets" as he called them, plus fries and onion rings. I got a grilled chicken filet with pickles(it was actually the grilled chicken sandwich with no bun). I doctored it up with what I had at home for my dinner(it's pretty tough to find something your stomach can handle after a hysterectomy, that is not fried, but i found this and it worked for me). As soon as my husband ordered all the employees went outside to a car that was parked. Ten minutes later I had to ask for our two orders of biscuits & gravy. When I asked I heard a voice say we just made the gravy and the biscuits are coming out now. Really!!!!!? When we got our order we had to drain the oil off the top it was gross! Great work W! The #5 Combo - Whataburger With Bacon And Cheese, plus Fries and a big "Medium" Dr. Pepper - was simply delicious, and a heck of a good breakfast! I liked the older A-frame or A-frame-inspired Whataburger buildings better, but obviously that's a nitpick. It was good to find this Whataburger not far from our hotel. read more

Okay, my 3 stars stay the same, but I have to tell this funny experience. I stopped by for a late night burger after a night out. My husband who was driving ordered what I asked for, a sweet and spicy burger whatameal with a Coke Zero. They repeat it, tell us total, and we pull up. We pay and they have us pull up because there's a 4 minute wait on chicken strips. Well we pull up and laugh because I didn't order chicken, but the receipt shows a honey bbq chicken strip sandwich whatameal. Well that's fine! I'll eat it. I like those too. They bring out my bag after a couple minutes, and we head home. When I open up the bag at home, I got French fries and a patty melt. I just cracked up laughing because I have no idea how any of this happened. But I'm perfectly happy eating my patty melt and fries. But what in the world. Ha! read more

We came for breakfast and we were lucky enough to have Nicole serve us. She helped us with our selection and her smile and positive spirit came across the speaker as if she was standing outside our car taking our order. We rolled up to the window to receive our order and pay and when we met her face to face the service we received was over the top. I have been to a lot of Whataburger's but never received such spectacular service, and tasty food. read more

All of it was bad I went last night and they Mande it wrong Christan was great helped us Thur and said they would even remake the whole meal so I get there to get it made and this girl behind the counter was just rude I asked her if I could get the drink cause he said he would get the whole meal and she was like uhhh yeah and everyone making the food starting for no reason get the food go home start eating the bacon is brown like it's old and the burgers weren't even seasoned cause you can see the seasoning if it's there and it was it was dry the tomato's were not ready they were white and green as some e who worked at Whataburger it's sad just make the food right the first time and you wouldn't have problems but now you have a complaint and thx to Christan he a real one read more

Arrived at this Whataburger location around 2pm on a Thursday afternoon. It was still crowded, which honestly wasn't that surprising, but the workers did seem a bit overwhelmed. Ordered meals for 5 people to-go. The employee brought our food out, said "Oh, is this supposed to be to-go?" We said yes please, so she turned around to bag it up. This task took her a weirdly long amount of time. We got to the car and realized we were missing a fry, and the food we did have wasn't even hot. Not my best Whataburger experience, but I'm assuming this location is just new and getting into the swing of things. The late night/early morning staff working approximately at 1:40am on 7/25/2024 way surpassed my expectations. Reggie the manager, Teesa and another very nice lady I didn't get the name of, all 3 were working and they all were smiling and working with each other, making sure service was accurate and swift with a happy energy you wouldn't expect at this hour. This joint won't be open long. Drive through is pathetic. Stopped for breakfast around 5 since only one truck was in drive through. I ordered then sat behind him for twelve minutes. The people behind me all left and I was finally able to back up and leave. Their service is a joke. read more

For lunch today I went by our new Whataburger for me and my husband. I got a bacon cheeseburger and got my husband just a cheeseburger. The bacon was not cooked all the way, way too much mustard and really, there was no flavor to my bacon cheeseburger. I'm just gonna stick to our Becan Drive In . read more
