Listen, I understand we were all young once and needed jobs during high school. I get it. Braum's, this Sunday evening my family and I chose not to order from your dessert line due to the servers holding their cell phones and handling food without washing them. If this is happening at this store location and many other locations of other food places...please be advised. We opted to buy ice cream items instead from the store. I did mention to ask for the night manager, but was told she was on break. Wake up Muskogee!!! Play your store cameras back and check on your servers. This is an unsanitary major red flag. So many eat here and enjoy the food. So many dine in our town. This is what we have to watch out for. We witnessed it firsthand. Wash your hands or go back to food handlers gloves. read more

I never visited this Braums location until I moved closer to the west side. I went through the drive-thru for a late lunch on Mother's Day. I was the only one in line. Got my food hot and fresh. Our burgers were well made and not too messy. It's a big location inside! I need to check out the grocery items next time. read more

We stopped here at Store #72 701 S 32nd St Muskogee OK 74401 The bathroom was gross. Urine all over the floors. The staff was almost annoyed that we were ordering food. The drink station was out of straws and in total dissaray. My gran daughter's ranch dip sauce was warm and smelled spoiled. I come through here every three months. I'll make a new choice next time. read more

We've been seeing Braums billboard signs all over Texas and now into Oklahoma , so we thought we'd give them a try. More choices than Baskin Robins! We stopped at this location on a our road trip to try their ice cream and get quickly back on the road. Get on the road to eager to try their hair protein ice cream. The exterior location and the restrooms restrooms were clean and well maintained. With we were quickly greeted. We received our ice cream cone ice cream and shake quickly. Highly recommend this location. read more

I've been to this Braum's I don't know how many times and wish that we had an ice cream and dairy store in D.C. While I have never been much on Braum's burgers or fries because neither is especially flavorful, you come to Braum's for ice cream. And smoothies. And they do those really well! Try peppermint around the holidays, or dulce de leche anytime. Never fails to please my palate! read more

I asked if they have any gluten free buns/bread(anything) ... it took 3 employees and a manager to figure out the answer... it's a NO if your wondering. On this visit the service was super slow and we got charged extra because we asked for extra lime in our cherry limeades. This is the first time I was ever charged for extra lime and I was surprised. However, what I find more surprising is that they must have FORGOTTEN to add the extra lime that they charged us extra for because these were some of the sweetest cherry limeades I ever got at Braums. To top it off, they filled the drinks so full that inserting the straw caused the drink to spill out all over the lid. Very disappointed on this visit. read more

Don't waste your time here. Worst service ever & my boyfriend was racially profiled. We stoped here to use the rest room & ordered an spinach & mushroom bagel. It took a while & when we took a bite, it was full of jalapeños. They offered a refund, but then couldn't because I didn't have the recept... "policy". Found the receipt in the car & the cashier obviously looked at my Hispanic boyfriend & chose Spanish omelette instead of spinach. Melissa, a manager, said they were following policy. Will be calling their corporate offices. But will never step foot in. Braums again. read more

Braums is known for great food and ice cream. Unfortunately, the store on 32nd Street is truly a let down. Cold, soggy burgers, surrounded by flies if you choose to eat in the dining room. The staff, including management, are rude, unhelpful and more interested in interacting with each other than helping customers. I've been sitting in the drive-thru for 15 minutes waiting on three burgers. I've literally JUST made it to the first window to pay & if there hadn't been two cars behind me blocking me into the line, I would have went somewhere else. This is not the first time I've had this experience here & it's always THIS store. The Braum's by Lowe's is a thousand times more efficient than this location & it's where I will go from now on. read more

Nicer than most Braum's. Bathrooms were actually clean! Better finished inside. Kids had soft serve ice cream, better choice than McD or DQ here. Not saying the floors are clean, but with Braum's you can't expect that. read more
