The pulled pork was sweet but melt in your mouth delicious, and the brisket was some of the most tender I have had in years. The mild sauce I put on the meat had perfect flavor as well. The flavor, bark and seasonings were all good. The ribs were seasoned good and had a great taste. They fell apart easily (although I prefer a slight tug) and didn't seem to have much smoke in them. Both sides were great. I forgot to check for deserts. I think this is a staple in the area that a lot of folks have connected with.

I thought about it for awhile and finally called them and asked if they actually weigh the meat or eyeball it. The response I received was yes they weight all of it and it had lost liquid. The loss of liquid is why it weighs less now. I have a hard time believing it evaporated a 1/2 pound in 30 minutes time.
