The grill has a casual, fun sports bar vibe with friendly locals and an amazing staff. The food is good. I tried the wagyu sliders. They were good, but not impressive. However, the tots are excellent, and my friends had the wings which they absolutely loved. I'll be back to try other dishes. read more

This is your basic grill. Large amount of menu items, but nothing is great. The Mac & cheese bites are just fried from frozen, so I bit into one that was still cold in the middle. Chips & queso were good. My chipotle steak sandwich & fries were mediocre, and a side doesn't come with the sandwiches, so it's way overpriced in my opinion for what it is. Our server was nice, but you could tell we weren't priority. The outdoor patio furniture could use a good scrub. read more

Went with some locals and I wasn't really impressed with the food offerings. Maybe if I had been visiting the bar at night I would have a different perspective. Went for lunch and I did like the outdoor patio area. We had some chips and queso (pretty good) and the mac 'n cheese bites (really good) but my sandwich was totally mediocre. I had the pizza melt and I would not get it again. The fries were OK but non of our drinks were refilled. This is one of those college town type of place. Most of the reviews seemed good so maybe just the weekday lunch was off. read more

The bartender was great, He was also our server, and he skilled at both duties. Drinks were delicious. Our party had a variety of dishes: sandwiches, calzone, flatbread pizza, and salad. All were delicious. Great little spot downtown with indoor and patio seating. read more

10/10 Highly recommend! Great service, fantastic food, wonderful entertainment! We had the chicken club, chicken bacon ranch wrap, Philly cheese steak and the kids had quesadillas and chicken fingers. Great job, Batch! So proud of you! read more

As Texas folks were visiting and of course of bartenders all about UT Austin he was wonderful. I had the chicken bowl. It was fantastic and the Philly cheesesteak wrap also super delicious. They have the best ranch good spot. read more

Stopped here for a late lunch before heading out to float on the river. We sat in the bar so we could watch the Olympics on tv. 2 friendly servers helped us with drinks and took our order. We ordered a bbq chicken flatbread, chili cheese fries and a buffalo chicken sandwich. All items came out quickly and were delicious. The chicken sandwich contained cubed chicken in buffalo sauce with lettuce and tomato on a toasted roll. The flatbread is really big! Like a 9 x 13 pan big! My son ate it all. The chili cheese fries were amazing. Great service, great atmosphere, great prices. I want to come back and try a few cocktails next time. read more

We walked over from the park on a Sunday hoping some places would be open for lunch. We chose this place because of previous reviews. They were fairly busy but not uncomfortable. Tables and bathrooms were clean. Wait staff was friendly and attentive. And the food was really good! Hidden gem. read more

Outdoor area is pet friendly with tons of Space to spread out in the shade. Food is fantastic and staff is friendly and helpful. Sweet potato fries are always a must for me And you can get sandwiches made into wraps! Can't remember what they called this one but it's: steak, bacon, onion, mushroom, and some great chipotle sauce. Excellent! read more

Food was pretty good. The service sucks. Teenage boys just worried about the young lady customers. I didn't even get a look for the first 15 minutes of being at a table. No napkins or silverware. No condiments. At least ask. Oh and no drink refills. So probably won't come back. read more

Ended up here by accident as Sam and Ella's was inexplicably closed at 6pm on a Tuesday. It's bar food but it's good bar food! Our waiter was excellent - attentive and quick. Clean bathrooms. Affordable. Try the blueberry wheat if it's still on tap. Overall great experience read more

Great sandwiches, never a wait, and they have a nice outdoor patio with fans & string lights. My husband likes the Cuban sandwich, and I actually prefer the kids meal hot ham + cheese sliders over the regular menu version. They also have a bar inside if that's your jam. read more

Excellent food, excellent service! Best onion rings I've had in a long time. Cean and pleasant environment. The waiter was very personable and SUPER efficient. Recommend 150%! read more

We stopped in on a late Saturday afternoon after seeing 4 star reviews. Has to be decent, right? Our order was taken promptly and drinks brought out. It was down hill from there as we sat and waited and waited for our order of boneless wings and fried pickles. Forty minutes later the food arrived. The wings had apparently been sitting for some time, swimming in grease, and if they were ever crispy, they were now soggy. The pickle fries were almost hot. Not once did the server return to check on us. He practically tossed our food on the table with no comment. This is one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences I've had. read more

Great quesadillas. Calzone is hugh. Need to improve their liquor options. Maybe one day.

Nice downtown place with unique menu items. Very good food. Worth a stop when walling downtown sited.

They have a new name, Emery's Grill, and the are open on Sundays. The food was good and the staff was super friendly. We enjoyed burgers and sweet potato fries that were awesome! The outside patio is perfect for a day after the river, or lake, or just because! Slim pickins for open restaurants in the Quah on Sundays so we were happy that they were one of them! read more

Slower pace restaurant not sure what's going on they where extremely understaffed the time I had gone in food took quite a bit of time and dessert took even longer.. my burger was good but not great it was a pretty much average place to get a burger from.. fries was soggy as well.. read more

Overall, the experience was chill. They were short on staff and it was noticeable. Food took quite a while, but the food when it came was to be enjoyed and definitely wasn't bad at all. Decent place to get a burger and sweet potato fries. Would recommend for a quick bite, the bar area also looked very nice. read more

We have been here for lunch and dinner many times. So when I needed to host a party for a coworker - I asked to use the big room. They let us decorate, bring in some cupcakes and provided good music. I'm really not difficult to please when it comes to a burger, a burger is a burger....right? Ehhhh....not so fast. Most beef has a taste to it, but the burger I had yesterday was the most tasteless thing I have had a very long time. It looked really good...it should have been good and I have no idea what they did to the burger meat to achieve this but it absolutely had NO taste to it at all. The bun was the same...absolutely no flavor. I could tell I was chewing on something but had I not seen the burger go into my mouth I couldn't have identified it blindfolded. I thought perhaps maybe there was something going on with my tastebuds but when I got a pickle...I could taste the pickle, I could taste some blue cheese and my tea and appetizer tasted fine but that was the best looking absolutely flavorless burger I've ever eaten....how they achieved that is a mystery to me. The staff was fine, all were nice and friendly, I certainly cannot fault them but as for me, I won't return. Next time I'm in town, I'll eat elsewhere. read more

Good sanitation methods. Sat on the patio and flies overtook during the call nice weather. Food was slow and food was cold. Wings were not tossed in sauce just breaded boneless wings. read more

Cute little place overlooking Main Street and Norris park. Located in the 2nd level with a patio. Small place, but great food and atmosphere. The staff was awesome! We had an appetizer and burgers. Great little lunch spot. Want to come back in the evening for beer. Also, kid friendly with high chairs and booster seats. Check it out next time you are out. read more

This place is upstairs in the downtown area. The atmosphere was awesome. The balcony is a great place that overlooks downtown and sets the perfect scenery for having some drinks with friends. The staff all seemed really friendly and helpful. We had some beers and shared an order of fried pickles and a bacon cheeseburger. The fried pickles were hand battered and we're some of the best I've ever had. I definitely recommend them for an appetizer. The burger however, was the worst I've ever had. I don't think I've ever had a burger I just couldn't continue eating. The meat seemed tough from handling it too much and it was definitely overcooked. I'd stay away from those. I did notice that most people ordered nachos or wings and they looked and smelled amazing. I would definitely go back for sure, I just wouldn't get a burger. read more

Surprised at how good the food is. Cod coating was crisp not crunchy. The only bad part was climbing the stairs. read more

Very disappointing. Ordered a mushroom and swiss burger with sweet potato fries. Burger was flavorless, and came bare with a patty, mushrooms and cheese only. Fries were undercooked and the serving was skimpy. The server was friendly enough but the food was overpriced to say the least.
