For one thing there are always teen working there and they have a lot of turnovers. I ordered my food at the drive thru; I gave her $5 and my debit card in order that it be applied to my order. She rang up my order and was gonna keep my $5 as a tip. I told her I wanted it applied to my order. She then closed her window, went to ask another teen how to do it and she obviously was clueless, as well. She merely opened the window and said she couldn't do it, no apology. I gave her specific instructions on how I wanted my burger, medium, I don't like char on my burger then it's. over cooked. I waited for twenty minutes, and something told me to check my order, but I didn't because I was explicit about how I wanted it cooked and the bun to be toasted. Low and behold, I got home opened my burger box and there was No Top Bun. Never again will I go back there. I'm done (the fries were hot and the other burger was complete; I'll give them that).
