Terable service. The food was ok when we got it. They forgot my sons meal completely. Couldn't get refills on any thing. We will never go back! It was not busy at the time so don't think it was because they were swamped. They are just incompetent read more

Initially I walked in with my family and out of state friends. When requesting to sit on the patio I was informed that the deck was unavailable because the table was dirty and the Hostes' job description didn't include cleaning tables. Very impressive if I do say so myself. The To Go desk hostes walked out immediately to clean the table. After consulting with the Manager we were eventually seated on the deck and awarded a wonderful waiter named Thomas. He continued to take very good care of us and saved the evening. The food was fantastic and appeasing. I do appreciate The waiter and the manager for getting involved. read more

Hello Corporate? Help! This location is in desperate need of a corporate intervention!! We have given this location chance after chance but tonight may have been the last one. Almost every time we visit the service is slow, restaurant is dirty, and the food is mediocre. Tonight was even worse! Our name was deleted from the waitlist, hostess said she "looked for us" but didn't see us. We gave a phone number so we could receive a text. What happened? Who knows! Once we finally got seated It was immediately clear that other tables were frustrated with the service but we went ahead and ordered anyway. Once again, service was slow, food arrived so cold we had to send it back, we had to ask multiple times for needed items like napkins (not extra, just original), refills, a clean glass, and extra dressing. The server almost spilled a drink and salad dressing on my father because she was in such a hurry. Bless her, she was literally running around doing the best she could. Obviously they were way understaffed. It seems they are chronically understaffed! There were dirty tables everywhere. Waitress comped our 2 cold meals which was nice but WHY can't this location figure it out? You go to Chili's because you expect it to be consistently good but not here. Come to the rescue Corporate!! We really don't want to cross you off our list. read more

Horrible service waited ten min at the lobby for some one to greet us then Another family of 4 walked in and they greeted And sat them in 2 min or less that family didn't even consider the other family in front of them either. When i first walked in the older server lady looked right at us and chose not to greet us . Then after the family got sat i decided to walk out i turned back around to talk to the older lady and she had no clue that i was their with my family after clearly eyeing us when we walked in . I will never come back to this location ever again. Thank you river city grill for taking such great care of my family . My family and friends will no longer dine here. Y'all lost a big chunk of business y'all are too small to mess up and treat people like that in marble falls i know I'm not white skinned but you need to treat everyone the same I'm talking to the older waitress there working this Thursday lunch shift bye read more

We had the worst experience ever last night! Waitress ignores us from the moment we walked in. We even said at the beginning of our dinner that we had a bad feeling. We should have stuck with our gut and went somewhere else! Waitress took our order, we ordered our food (2 for $25, which includes appetizer and dessert) and our kids food and we ordered a couple drinks. Waitress comes back 10 mins later and asks us if everything's okay. I tell her we still haven't gotten our drinks we didn't have our appetizer and our kids needed refills. Some other waitress finally brings our drinks (my frozen margarita is now liquid and my boyfriends drink is watered down). The other waitress even gets the refill for our kids. Still no appetizers. Our waitress walks by and says your foods coming out and she brings it and I confront her on how she has managed to ignore us the entire time and we never got our appetizer. I told her I was pissed. She manages to yell to where we can hear her to a manager that she has a mad customer. Never saw anyone. I got up to take my daughter to the restroom and she goes to the table and tells my boyfriend in a hateful fake voice that she is seeing what her manager can do "TO MAKE YOU HAPPY." Very unprofessional! I pulled two managers to the side after and let them know what happened and they did comp our meal minus the drinks. They took care of us, but I hope they took the time to let her know that how she acted was unacceptable especially in a customer service atmosphere. read more

Not my first bad experience here. Terribly slow wait staff. Ribs with "dry rub". Somehow means to me more than salt and pepper. Bland and plain. Not good. read more

I am sorry to say this use to be one of my favorite chilis. Worse experience ever. Took 10 minutes for waitress to acknowledge, 45 minutes to get soup, salad, and a burger. Ordered dessert and 20 minutes later no dessert! Awful service and food was cold! read more

Its a Chili's, but it's a Chili's with an outside bar on the deck and a fabulous view.

I have always liked Chili's. I don't think it's anything special but it's a decent option. This location in particular has a beautiful view of the lake/river with a deck full of seating over looking the water. Now I want to say that nothing here was overly awful just a location I have visited 3 times and just find its not very good. This most recent visit the server was great and looked like he was way overworked but he was busting his you know what. The other visits the servers were not good at all. The food is just not very good here - obviously frozen, poorly prepared, and underseasoned (even though I'm sure the pre packaged junk had plenty of salt). Every visit had been very lackluster. The menus were covered with old food residue, the bathroom was out of supplies and broken fixtures, and the outdoor walkway was riddled with build up, dirt, and cigarette butts. I have been to plenty of Chili's, some good and some bad, but this one is pretty poor. I do want to point out that not a single person in my group of 5 even bothered to finish our plate. read more

My last few trips to this location have not been that great...but last night I ordered the buffalo chicken salad to-go... and it was wonderful! The salad greens were fresh, the dressing was on the side which kept the salad from getting soggy. My son had the cajun chicken pasta and enchilada soup...which he said were great. The special requests on the order was filled correctly. Maybe things are looking up?!!! I love the location and lake view - so I am looking forward to eating-in again. read more

Not much to say about the food. Chili's is just chili's. The food was ok. But since they've started accepting credit cards on the computer thing at the table it's like pulling teeth to pay with cash as they only come back to refill drinks. After they see that you enjoy finished your food and don't want dessert, you have to flag down your waiter to be able to pay. Then they look at you crazy if you want to use cash instead of a card because who in their right mind carries cash nowadays? I usually leave a better tip in cash than on my card because I've had waiters change my tip with a card, which is actually impossible on these new machines I guess. Even so, my customers pay me in cash with my work, so I prefer to use cash instead of my card. The only thing that gives this review more than one star is the view. No matter where you sit on the patio, you have an amazing view of the lake and it's nice and breezy. This Chili's is nothing special though. read more

I think the rating everyone has given to this explains it all. Me and my husband were staying at horse sho ebay resort so we were looking for a decent place to eat in marble falls. Marble falls is a very small city and there is not much places to eat. When we saw Chilli's, we were so excited and decided to eat there. The server who served us was alright at first and took our orders. We ordered chicken pasta and waffle with chicken and buffalo sauce. He placed our orders on the table and did not appear after that. The chicken on waffle was aweful and plain. They said it would come with buffalo sauce but i saw like literally 3 drops of buffalo sauce on the chicken. I could not eat it so dry so I was waiting on our server to come so that i could ask for extra buffalo sauce or gravy. He never came back to check on us to ask how the food was or if we wanted anything else. Terrible service by the waiter. Not a single staff came to ask us how our food tasted or if everything was alright. Everyone just completely ignored us. They were more focusing on taking orders at new tables. We were very hungry so we ate as much as pasta we could and left. Such a horrible service! I feel like we wasted $45 just for that awful place and service. read more

No rhyme or reason to their waitlist when you come into the restaurant, majority of tables empty and still have to wait 20 minutes.

Chili's is a great place to dine with out of town guests. Although they most likely live in a city with Chili's, our guests think OUR Chili's is the best. It's covered balcony overhangs Lake Marble Falls and there's always a television going so we can watch the game. read more

A year ago I'd have given them more stars. Last couple of times have been bad. Tonight might be the last time I go back. Screwed up my burger and tried to fry the mistake off. Tasted horrible. Several tables were empty and dirty. One of the people I was with had dirty silverware. Chilis needs to start reading these reviews!!! read more

I've had worse. But also much better. Server who was here before and did such s great job is gone. Bloody Mary was not good., food was dull. Service was indifferent at best. No real effort on the staff's part to be either welcoming or attentive. read more

As the title says this is really my second home. As a family we like to go out to eat and not have to get dressed up (really we go in our workout clothes sometimes) on the weekends. We go to chili's every weekend and it feels like home. The service is always great and the food is wonderful for the price! Even our 4 year old talks about going and having fun! I think there should be more places families could go out to eat and HAVE FUN. read more

I am usually a very easy going customer. I've worked in the service industry and my husband has worked in the service industry for over a decade. This was hands-down the worst dining experience ever. We had just spent the day at Sweetberry Farm and were too hungry to wait and have dinner in Austin where we live. Plus, we were approaching our two-year old's bedtime and wanted to get him fed. It took a really long time to get our waters. Water, that's all. Then, the waitress walks away. When she finally comes back, we ask for guacamole. In the meantime, the table next to us is complaining about not having drinks. At one point the man at the table leaves and comes back and says "there's not even a bartender up there." Our server delivers the guac and chips and we order our meal. We ordered "A plain hamburger, nothing on it" for our son and ask if it's possible to get his food first. She says "I'll put that on a rush and get it out immediately." We finish our guacamole, the terrible salsa and all the chips. She finally brings out two tiny burgers, with cheese. I immediately say "I'm sorry but my son can't have cheese. We just wanted it plain" and I totally overlook the fact that she brought out two tiny burgers instead of an actual burger like I asked. She says "I'll have that fixed for you" and left the plate of burgers on our table which my son then cried for. Then, our waitress delivers two margaritas to the table next to us (the family who had been complaining) and I hear the man say "We've already eaten our meal and are ready to go, we don't need these." So the service issue was certainly not just us. Finally all of our food arrives. My husband and I ordered fajitas for two, which are not enough for two people. Then they bring out this "fajita caddie" with all the toppings and instead of sour cream there is this weird ranch dip. It's fajitas! Each serving of the toppings was really only enough for one person. The corn tortillas were so terrible I ended up just eating the meat and veggies and choking down some of the rice. My mother had steak and broccoli and ended up literally spitting some of the steak out onto her plate. The broccoli was bitter and tough. My son is a broccoli lover, and wouldn't eat it. Oh, I forgot to mention at one point my husband ordered the Patron Margarita. The server asked if he wanted it frozen or on the rocks and he asked for frozen. When she brought it, she delivered a patron margarita on the rocks and almost threw it at him saying something like "the bar said it's only on the rocks" and was gone before he could ask for clarification. When we flagged down another server and started explaining the mix up with the drink, the server said "yea, we don't make them like that because it's not good." I should note that my husband is a seasoned bartender. He said "Look, can you just bring me a frozen margarita with a shot of patron?" So they did. We felt totally ripped off when we had to pay our $68 bill for such a terrible experience and bad food. I suggest you avoid this place. read more
