    W. C. Clark at The Brass Hall. Great show, great venue!!

My wife and I encountered a glitch when we ordered our tickets for the recent W. C. Clark show at Brass Hall. We were thrilled with the over the top, world-class customer service we received from them. They resolved our situation quickly, professionally, and very satisfactorily. We thoroughly enjoyed the show. The venue is set up well for shows and the sound man and sound system were top notch. We also received great service from the wait staff. We look forward to enjoying many more shows in the future at this great establishment

This place is awesome! The staff is great, always a fun mix of event types, good pricing on drinks, and we always have a blast here. I highly recommend trying this place out. We've seen Randy Rogers, AJ Castillo, Z-Ro, Paul Wall, and I heard Jon B was coming in Feb 2022!!!

Worst night in a very long time, thanks to Brass Hall! We had been unimpressed on a prior visit but decided to give them another shot when we heard that a band we like was playing there (Back in Black - a tribute to ACDC). We bought tickets weeks ago and paid extra for "reserved seating". Brass Halls FB and ticket page said show at 7. Because we were making the long drive from Austin, we FB messaged to confirm time. We were told "maybe 8". We showed up at 7:30 and our paid for and reserved seats were two barstools behind a giant mirrored pillar, with NO view to the stage. We were told that was all that was available. Brass Hall is a total dingy dive bar with pool tables, noisy game room, watered down drinks and a stage in the corner. Because we had already had a few beers with dinner at a brewery, we decided to pace ourselves with drinking and wait until the band came on. 8:00 went by, then 8:30. People around us, who'd been waiting for a band to come on at 7, were on rounds 4 and 5 of drinks and becoming louder and more obnoxious. 9:00 goes by and Back in Black is finally starting to enter the building one at a time to set up their equipment. It's 9:20, Back in Black are still not in their stage clothes, no sound check has been done and they seem in no hurry. 9:30, we've had enough and leave. We wasted a long drive and $50 of tickets all because a venue that BOOKED a band could not even accurately say when they would play. Very poor management and booking. And shame on Back in Black for not caring about what time was posted or about fans like us who drove a long distance to see them. One final "cherry" on the steaming lump of goo that is Brass Hall.... The bathrooms. There are no stall doors in either the men's or women's bathrooms. What you have instead are... (wait for it), TA-DA -- velvet curtains! Not only are they totally lacking in privacy but what an absolute hygenic wasteland. Blue light anyone?

The service was awful. A really bad experience with the bartender today, she was being rude with most of the customers.

The ambience in this restaurant is great! They have a big bar area, with comfy chairs and tables in their lounge. It's separated from the dining area. There's enough room for live music, which they had on Halloween. Low lighting throughout for an intimate feel. We were greeted and seated immediately, but we were a little disappointed in the lack of attendance at 8:30 PM. We had a couple of drinks and a couple of items off of the appetizer menu, and then ultimately decided to head to Johnson City to see what festivities were going on there. The appetizer pricing seemed a little high to me ($20 each plate) but the dishes tasted good. The croquettes are really rich and cheesy. I didn't get a lot of lamb flavor from the flautas, but they were good. They also had free chicken wings and chips & salsa for their Halloween event. The wings & salsa were excellent! If we had stayed another 20 minutes, we probably could've won the costume contest ($50 prize) because we were the only ones dressed up besides the staff, but we didn't want wait until 10PM. It's a classy joint with a speak-easy kind of vibe. Give it a try!

They have local artists come in every week. The music was great and they had the volume low enough where you could still have a conversation if you wanted. The staff was so nice and attentive. They gave great recommendations of the menu. They have an good wine selection. Most of the bottles are from Flat Creek Winery. We had the 4 Horseman which was full-bodied. Definitely would recommend. The baked brie is delicious! It tastes so good with the bread. We had the lemon garlic penne with chicken. The sauce is so delicious and you can distinctly taste the lemon and garlic. The pasta was cooked to perfection. The chicken Marsala was good. Being a mushroom fan, I would have loved more mushrooms in the sauce, but overall was tasty. This was our first time at Adele's but it definitely won't be our last!

Great spot for drinks, country dancing, and a little pool sharking, if that's what you're into!…read more We came here for the Hunter's Ball and had a good time, but I was a little disappointed to learn that it was going to be a DJ, instead of a live band. Had some drinks, played some pool, and entered the gun raffle. They have a great dance floor, but there weren't too many single guys to dance with by 9PM...and I asked a lot of guys if they could dance, and they looked like deer in headlights...so we ended up leaving to hit another dancehall. I think there was a big group having a birthday party, so it was a lot of people, but not a lot of dancers. I'd come back here when I want to get out of my small town, but plan to stay late and see who shows up!

Latino musicnight last night was a true disappointment. Owner/DJ/@pardners stating that something…read more"isn't racist" does not negate the intent or the impact it may have had. Repeating that it wasn't racist and defending that behavior doesn't make it acceptable -- it only serves to dismiss legitimate concerns and brush them aside. By definition, racism involves treating someone unfairly, excluding, harassing, or demeaning them based on their race or ethnicity. When the DJ used the phrase "your people," it was clearly exclusionary. When he said, "If I only play Latino music, then the others will leave," it positioned our presence as a problem and created a sense of unwelcome. The situation escalated further when our group was asked to leave -- not for being disruptive, but simply for disagreeing with the music -- while the DJ referred to us as "you and your fucking people." That is not only unprofessional, but also deeply offensive and humiliating. Even your comment about "staying in your own lane" implies exclusion. Why? Because we voiced our disagreement? Because we stood up for ourselves and asked to celebrate Latino culture on a night that was specifically promoted as Latino Night? You've suggested this issue only occurred because your regular DJ wasn't present, but this behavior reflects a broader, ongoing pattern. Regardless of who was in the DJ booth, the treatment of that group was inappropriate and inexcusable. Defending it -- and attempting to shift the narrative -- is deeply disappointing. And respectfully, claiming that you used your own money to promote Latino Night in an attempt to gain sympathy is out of touch. You own a large, well-established club. Investing in the promotion of your own events is a business expense -- not a personal sacrifice. If you'r going to promote a cultural night, you have a responsibility to respect and honor the community you're representing.
