We didn't have a reserved table but they were kind enough to put us in a booth where we could see everything. The owner was kind enough to introduce himself to us and even offered us a green tea shot! One for the win! The waitress was amazing and although it got really busy in the later part of the evening, she never forgot us and was always attentive. I love Cambodian food (especially finger food to snack on while drinking) and their menu did not disappoint. So about the drinks....it was some of the best and most creative drinks that I've ever had! I've been to the Red Door in Paris (second best bar in the world) and this place beats it by a mile long! The food itself was enjoyable. The agave-glazed wings were the best out of all our meals. Charred, flavorful, and something I'd definitely order again. The brisket was tender and well prepared, and while the burnt ends were cooked nicely, they were a bit sweeter than my personal preference. Unfortunately, the apple cider vinaigrette for the salad didn't agree with us afterward, although that may simply come down to individual sensitivity. Portions were generous, making the meal a good value. My only other suggestion would be to serve the food a little hotter, as everything cooled off fairly quickly. One thing this location has going for it is the convenience. There's plenty of parking, and it's much easier to get to than the Boston locations. Overall, delivered solid barbecue with generous portions and friendly service.
