It has been 9 months since we did takeout at chilis and the quality of the food, takeout containers and entire experience is so much better. I think the takeout containers help keep the food "fresher". In general, we love the menu and always say, I wish the food would taste as good as it looks in the menu. This time it did. I'd give Chili's a 3/5 this time. I didn't care for the chicken strips, but the fries were good. I've heard their appetizers are better, so I'll definitely try those next time. The margaritas were delicious and strong--I ordered the margarita of the month and really enjoyed it. The service was good and quick, and the restaurant was clean. Seating is mainly booths with a few tables, and I liked that the booths are taller so you can see around the restaurant and out the windows. Overall, it wasn't amazing food-wise for me, but there were some highlights and I'd be open to giving it another try. read more

Haven't been to Chili's in over a decade but heard their meal trios are well worth it. Came for lunch and left happy! We each had the chips and salsa as our appetizer. Huge portion. Chips were light and crispy and served warm. Salsa was thin but had great flavor. 10/10 I had the smash burger and fries. I expected my pattie would be smashed but it was just a thick juicy cut. Honestly delicious and no complaints. Fries were a good portion and served piping hot. 9/10 DH had the Big QPC... Quarter pounder with cheese. Definitely riffing on Mickie D's but WAY better. More beef, more cheese, more pickles onions and condiments. All around better in every way. 10/10 Our server was refilling drinks quickly, always had a smile ready and made us feel welcomed. Wow! I'm honestly surprised my food was as good as it was for a chain restaurant. I had the crispy chicken sandwich. The chicken was really juicy and the breading was crispy. It also was giant. I really liked the bbq sauce and put some on my chicken sandwich. That was a really good idea. The mac and cheese was not bad and better than kraft. The service was as expected, good. I didn't feel like I was either rushed or neglected. Nearly all the seatings were booths. The booths were very short which definitely opened up the place. We could see out the windows from the inside booth. I definitely will find myself eating here another time. read more

So the other day was a return visit. Greeted right away and got us to a booth. Waiter was exceptional. Got us an app... Very fresh and hot and well made. Food was perfect. Just enough service to take care of us and not too much to bother us. The manager had previously reached out to me after my last review which was very negative. They had sent us a couple of gift certificates to make it good. They didn't know who we were or that we had the certificates until we were done and ready to pay. You can pay at the table but with the certificates they waiter had to go back and have the manager credit the bill and then I could pay the balance. And yes I calculate the tip off the whole bill not the remainder. Treat your server with grace no matter where you go. They work hard for their money!! Wanted to grab a triple dipper after seeing it advertised lately with large mozzarella sticks. Unfortunately the service was not up to par. The bar only had one other couple and myself but the bar tender was responsible for way more than just the bar. She was not around much and spent most of her time in other areas tended to customers. This was a nice spot to visit during lunch. Very quiet. The food was good. Wouldn't say the ranch was my daughters favorite here. We visited around noon. It wasn't busy and didn't appear to get much busier. Our waiter was pretty attentive looked like he had quite a few tables himself but again it wasn't super busy. The service was spontaneous and delightful. Upon arrival, I held the door for an elderly couple, then walked in and was greeted by a familiar face. I was quickly seated. Our server, Cierra, was exceptionally polite, friendly, and caring. She asked thoughtful questions, and we were promptly served some delicious drinks, including the incredible black cherry lemonade. I initially thought it would be tart, but it turned out to be amazing, especially after four drinks. The food was outstanding! The smashed burger was fantastic--unmatched by any other burger I've had elsewhere. I will definitely be coming back for it soon. Decided on lunch for a Saturday afternoon at Chili's. Actually, haven't visited Chili's for a while and we had a good experience. I ordered the Chicken Penne Pasta and we also ordered the grilled chicken sandwich. Both entrees were tasty and delicious, and came out from the kitchen in about 15 minutes. Tonight, my fiancé, my sister, and I went to Chili's for dinner. Typically, we really enjoy our dinner at Chili's. However, tonight that was not the case. We sat down around 6:30, and our server, Makayla, was super attentive and kind. We ordered our food, and then we waited. Our first entree came out about 20 minutes later, which we get, it's a Saturday night, they're busy. Then we find out our second and third entree were given to an entirely different table. So they put our order in again with the kitchen. My fiancé finished his entire meal before the other two were ever brought to us. It took about 20-30 minutes for the other entrees to come out. We are told that we can have a free dessert for the trouble, which was nice. But then we wait another 20 minutes for the dessert to get to us, and then it's frozen. At this point we've been at chilis for an hour and a half. We spoke with the manager regarding our meal, and while she apologized, she didn't really seem to care. Just brushed it off, and gave us a coupon to come back in another time. Probably won't be back to this location. Super disappointed. read more

I've been going to my local chili's for a while now, I decided to go for a drive with my wife and friend we was on Independence and seen a Chili's so we went to dine for burgers, and let me tell you, the service here is excellent. Our server Macala is such a wonderful person instantly refilled our sodas, and also kept checking us to see if anything she can get us and that we're happy. The bathrooms is clean and this restaurant have a good vibe here thx to our server Macala. She suggested me Santa fe sauce and was awesome addition to my favorite burger here. This review is for Its Just Wings, which operates out of this chili's kitchen. We ordered off of door dash and I realized afterwards that it's actually chili's. The order was wrong, and what we did receive was inedible, the quality was terrible. The boneless wings were very hard, like rocks, and cold. My wife's meal was suppose to have bacon and chicken, the chicken was sparse, the bacon was not visible. We sent it back 3 times with little results. The general manager said she'd cook it herself on the third try. Again bacon wasn't visible and now the Cassadilla was burnt. She was now scared that something was done to it. We were promised a discount that never happened. I'm waiting for her meal to be fixed mine went cold and greasy, I couldn't eat. The review I was placing on the kiosk just reset and I couldn't finish my review there. My wife has stage 4 cancer undergoing chemo, this was suppose to be a nice meal. There should've been a stronger response in placing bacon on the meal. Too send it out each time with very little bacon shows no attempt to satisfy the customer especially the third time burnt. We've eaten here before and know what we got before, this wasn't it. If this leaves the kitchen burnt, that is rude and the general manager should be disciplined. read more

We have not been back for over a year now. Because of poor service. We arrived at 6pm tonight.. Had to wait , I get it. Was seated ordered our food and drinks. Decided to order another drink......35 minutes later I got the attention of our food server , cus per her she is very busy and was informed that bar tender was very busy. Oh ok....no sorry ...not anything cept she was aware of it. OK...did I want to wait. No thanks. Got my bill and was charged for the extra drink. Nice....asked for a manager...waited...waited..Informed him I was charged for something I never received. No sorry no nothing cept he would fix it..OK...We sat there for five minutes then entire screen was cleared of my debt. Did he ever come by to say he had fixed it or even a SORRY FOR OUR MISTAKE..
