Went for lunch with my family and food was rotten. Ordered a salad with most of the lettuce rotten, tomatoes rotten as well. Chicken on top harder than a rock. Manager didn't see an issue. Update 2022- I've gone twice so far this year and am not sure what has happened but the service and food has been all around much much better, including the pick up part. There getting two stores because the Wi-Fi work very well. Beyond that the food was pretty bad. They sent me a coupon to try their ribs half price. It's been a while since I try to manage their signature dish so I dove in. The ribs were way too spicy. I didn't care for the South Western Flyer they put it on the ribs. And the ribs were dry and not moist. The street corn also had the same objectionable southwest seasoning on it but in greater quantities. Also did not care for that. Big ole meh. I had chili tacos and chips. The chili filling was really tasty and the chips were fresh made. However: The salsa had nothing but tomatoes in it and the flour tortillas beg to be heated. The salsa worked as a condiment for the tacos but sucked with the chips. To add insult to a boring meal, wireless access requires you to provide your name, phone and address. Haven't been to Chili's in a while, but we'll deffently be back. No wait time, service was very friendly and attentive. The food was off the chart. My hubby and I each ave a $10 meal they offered. The choices we great and it was very filling. I had salsa & chips and added guacamole for $1.50, a 6oz steak, fully loaded mashed potatoes and corn on the cob and a drink. Yes all of that for $11.50. Our waitress was fresh out of training and clearly was not trained very well. We waited forever just to get our drinks, and even longer to get our appetizer. When we finally got our main course after nearly three hours of being here it was wrong so we sent it back and after another 30 minutes finally got our food that was COLD. I'm back again friend to bring you a somber review on my last trip to the Houma Chili's. Sadly the visit did not live up to the highly acclaimed vine that we are all too familiar with. My waitress must have smoked an entire carton of Newport's between bringing me my marg, my salsa, and my check. Bringing my meal of an appetizer to last 4 hours. Needless to say, it wasn't worth it. I wish I could say I wasn't going to visit this chili's again, but sadly Houma has few option for late night dining. I recently ate at chilli's with my wife son and family. Waitress abandoned our meals and all service. She left the restaurant all together. Wed bn there over an hour and only received our appetizer and drinks yet customers who'd jus arrived ordered ate and some even left. We still didn't get our food. Shift changed and new cooks knew nothing of our order. Manager finally came dismissed charging us but we were so pissed we didn't take the food which btw was cold when we did get it. Diappointed. Few wait staff made for seating delay. Booth next to kitchen had split upholstery. 2 for 1 margaritas were ordered frozen, but served on the rocks. Beer was offered as draft or bottles. Bottle beer was cold. Both had chicken fried steak with 2 sides. Food was hot, but average. Side of asparagus had potential, but way too salty. Staff was attentive and prompt when extra condiments were requested. Restaurant was clean, and dishes removed promptly. The service was ok, I tried the Tito's punch and it was so good! If you like sweet pineapple, then this is the perfect drink! The southwestern egg rolls were delish too, crunchy and not at all greasy. My favorite appetizer from there. Also the loaded boneless wings were good! ordered our food, our waitress read the order back to us and everything was correct. got one out of two appetizers and then was told the 2nd was canceled because another waiter said we received both already. the food came out and a plate was dropped directly on top of my head and then hit my nephew on the side of me. the rest of the table was missing items from their order. an hour after the plate was dropped I still didn't get my food and was told the manager was already informed to come speak to us. after 30 more minutes of waiting on my food AND the manager to come to the table I eventually got up and told the host that the manager was not needed and that I would be leaving. I asked the waitress for her cash app so she could still get her tip because she genuinely tried her best and was very polite and apologeti. the host told the manager what I said and she still did not come out to speak to us and told her to let us go. the waitress didn't have cash app and it also wasn't even our waitress who dropped the plate on me, she was unaware until she came to apologize about my food not being out yet. apparently they need new management. our waitress was almost in tears by the time we left over what happened with us and all of her other tables who weren't getting food read more

The Houma Chili's has gone downhill. The restaurant has maybe 7 customers and we waited 10 minutes to be seated. Their were only 2 servers working and one told me that the bar wasn't self-seating. Once we were seated (by the kitchen) we got serenaded by the cooks in the back. We ordered Tropical Sunrise Margaritas only to be told he didn't have the ingredients for it. The fries were cold and tasted like they had been sitting for awhile and the bacon ranch quesidillas were burnt. This Chili's is a poor representation of what a cool hangout used to be. read more

We called and ordered ahead for two meals and it took over 30 minutes of waiting in the parking lot for a curbside meal and they still didn't come out to the car. So my wife went in and still no one talked to her about the meal. I called the restaurant about the order and they said five more minutes which then turned into another 30 minutes and still no order. This restaurant is the worst when it comes to management and personnel that I have ever seen. This isn't an isolated occasion either. Previously we had come in for a meal and we're only able to sit at the bar area and the bartender had to leave their post because they were so overwhelmed with orders and no one was helping her. We talked to her and asked what was going on and she mentioned that no one really stepped up in that restaurant to help out. So I will tell you now it's probably not a great idea to go to this restaurant until they change management because it doesn't sound like any of this will improve if it remains under the same manager! read more

Probably the worst service I've ever received. I brought some business associates to dinner and I'm pretty embarrassed. It was late so our options were limited, and we opted with chili's. To start the night, the seat on the bench in the waiting area was not assembled correctly and was way off center. One of the folks in our group sat down on it, and the top fell off of the bench ejecting my associates wife, sending her to the floor. The manager never showed up to apologize or ask if everyone was okay...and she could have been really hurt. Then when ordering an appetizer we asked for the table side guacamole. Had to remind her a couple times. She then brings out the wrong thing. When she finally brought the right order, she wanted us to mix the guacamole. With those types of orders you are paying more for service and an experience. If I wanted to do it myself I wouldn't be at a restaurant. Then she forgot to enter my associates meal into the system. Everyone was finished by the time he got his food. Half of our party of 6 had to leave. I waited with my guests, apologizing for the poor service like it was my fault. Then when I paid, the woman hovered over my shoulder, and stole the little kiosk thing when I was done paying and FILLED OUT HER OWN SURVEY!!!! I wanted to talk to the manager...but he could not be found anywhere! I entertain guests a lot for work, and that is the last time I will trust this chili's with a business guest...and probably the last time I'll be visiting personally. read more
