I'm very disappointed because I got food poisoning. When we walked in we waited 5 minutes before someone approached us. Then the bar area was looking very unclean and the hosts asked if we wanted to sit by the bar I said no because it wasn't clean then I asked if we can have a booth , he ran back and forth twice looking for a table then I stated to him how unorganized the place was and how he just got there and walked into a nightmare!! I ordered the triple dipper food came and it was cold, I told our waiter and she forgot about me so I just ate it . The manager looked pissed because there was a large party of people who just left and the bus boys never cleaned the table. I ordered the triple dipper for an appetizer, it included southwestern egg roles, onion blossom petals and the honey chipotle chicken crispers. The egg roll was made more of with a pastry dough than an egg roll but, but it still had a unique tex mex flavor and was even better with the chipotle dipping sauce. The onion blossom petals were so much easier and more enjoyable to eat than the onion blossoms most other places sell, the pieces were already torn apart and every inch was covered in batter, this also tasted good with the chipotle dipping sauce, the honey chipotle chicken crispers were my favorite part of the meal, they were super sweet and had a tiny kick of spice that complimented them well, the only thing that could've made them better, is if they would come with the waffles like the entrees do. I ordered the sunrise burger cooked medium with French fries, this is the first time in South Florida that a burger has been served to me the way I ordered it! This was also the first time I had tried an egg on a burger and it was quite delightful, the bun was super soft and the burger was nice and juicy, with all the toppings on this this, it's definately not a burger for small mouths, the french fries were also really good. I went on a Wednesday night at about 8 p.m and the restaurant was about 3/4ths full, we were greeted by a host and seated right away, our order was taken and the food was also delivered quite quickly for how busy it was. Highly recommend the triple dipper. Great deal. I come here fairly often, usually on the fly. They are extremely accomodating with children and always sit us where the baby cart can fit. This is a renovated Chili`s with a total face lift. Not only do they have a new upgraded look, but they have also added the ziosk. The ziosk is the latest trends in restaurants allowing guests to order items from an touch screen that looks kind of like an ipod. For now you can order drinks and desserts as well as play games. Unlimited games for just .99 but if you don't want to pay be careful letting kids play with the machine. The place is pretty loud even if there aren't that many guest, but that's just fine because the little one is not always on his best behavior and he can scream his head off and no one really hears him, so no one is bothered. The food is always good and pretty flavorful. They have some pretty decent meal deals for one or two people. Sure many items pack in a ton of calories, but for those counting cals there is a whole section of the menu for you. My wife really likes the steak. They have it for less than 300 calories and is served with steamed broccoli. From the managers on down everyone is very friendly and service is generally fast. read more

Came here with a large group 6 adults 4 kids) for my best friend's birthday. First off, the service was super slow and all the food came out at different times; of course mine was last. We ordered the Dinner for 2 for $22 which comes with an appetizer and two entrees from a list. We chose the guacamole, which didn't come with chips (who eats just a big bowl of guacamole?!) But my friend ended up ordering the unlimited chips and salsa, salad and soup so we got some greasy, super thing, not fully fried corn chip. Literally every chip broke in the dip. So for the entrees, I must comment about the 6 oz steak that one of my friends ordered; had he known how pathetic looking it was going to be when it came out, he would have accepted the $4 upcharge for the 10 oz. I took a picture to scale how small it was. So for our entrees, my boyfriend got the Cajun Chicken Pasta which is supposed to be in an Alfredo sauce. He thought it was absolutely disgusting and said it "tasted like a can of cheese wiz". He also got a little surprise hair in his pasta. Yumm. For my entree, I got the chicken fajitas, which I was actually really happy about. It came with a huge portion of chicken and the waitress was nice enough to sub extra guacamole and pico since I didn't want cheese or sour cream. I got it without the chipotle butter and with corn tortillas. The tortillas came completely broken so I didn't use them but the rest of the meal itself was really good. Moving on to their birthday girl who ordered the endless salad; she had to ask for it when she was done with her soup and it never ended up coming so we had to ask at the end of the meal. Then for the dessert, we ordered the molten s'mores, which was pretty disappointing. S'mores is supposed to be graham crackers, correct? There was no hint of cinnamon at all. It was a vanilla cake with a piece of chocolate in the middle and brûléed marshmallow fluff on top. Finished off with some fudge sauce. Overall wait on a Friday night was okay. Food was pretty good- I had the chicken crispers which were very fluffy and a nice golden brown color. My brother had the burger which he didn't like because the bottom bun became soggy from the burger grease. My mom had the half back of baby back ribs which were sweet and juicy. The only complaint I have is once we sat down, it took over 10 mins (I literally counted) for the waiter to even come and greet us. We were just sitting there looking around to figure out who our server was until he finally came with an excuse and left again. Very pleased with this Chilis. Haven't been to one in a while. I always get the baby backs. Their new house bbq sauce is pretty good. I did not like it right away. It is very savory, with a heavy on the tomato base. It is thick and unconventionally spiced. Very earthy flavor, with a somewhat acidic aftertaste. However it went well with the ribs. Quite well actually, I would order it again. I miss the Shiner Rock beer bbq sauce, for those who remember that. Everything else was good, we also had the Texas fries. Delicious. I arrived at around 9:30 PM with my family. I was taking them out for a 4th of July dinner. The hostess said the usual welcome and asked if I wanted the kid's menu. Anytime I come here the bartenders are always busting their butts! Where is the manager??? No where to be found. As someone who's managed multiple restaurants if the bartender is taking the entire bar top and 8 tables(from what I seen) the manager should at least be out here helping with waters, bussing tables, and making sure customers are good so they can focus on busting out all the drinks that quickly compile up. My neighbor Chili's has become my favorite place to grab a drink! I love coming in during the week for lunch and they always have really great specials going on. The prices here are what I love the most, you really get a lot of bang for your buck! They always have a $5 margarita available. The featured margarita changes every month and for holidays or seasons they get creative. For 4th of July they had a frozen red white and blue margarita. My favorite is the pumpkin margarita they are currently featuring for fall. I love pumpkin things and I was so excited to see a pumpkin margarita at Chili's. It tasted great! The food is always consistent always tastes yummy! My favorite server is Alex, every time I go in for lunch I like to sit at his table, he's always a sweet heart and very attentive. I like his hustle whenever we ask for something like a side of bbq or a refill he is back in a flash! Just did a to go . Had the 3 for 25 I got the bacon burger and fries... horrible!! I use to dine here all the time but as of lately not sure if management has changed or the chef but the location is not a clean anymore and they food is not fresh to order. For the last three times I've ordered to go the food has been cold and not fresh and this restaurant has not at its cleanest. Don't think I'll be back anytime soon. Advice to management....food should be served fresh and hot at all times and dine in and to go areas should always been clean and presentable. This use to be my to go places but not anymore. Went here for dinner the other night with my girlfriend and my parents. The restaurant was empty even though it was a saturday night, and there wasn't many people dining in, however the hostess said it would be about 5 minutes wait time (I should have left then). We place our appetizer (chips and guacamole) and entree orders together yet it took at least 30 minutes to get our order of CHIPS. How difficult is it to make chips and guacamole? Needless to say the service was extremely slow, even though our waitress was nice. We got our dinner about 10 minutes after that and the food was horrible. My girlfriend said her cheesesteak was cold and the rest of us were equally put off. This Chili's is one of the better locations that I have eaten at. I have had lunch here a couple of times and they get you in and out within an hour. The waiters and waitresses are friendly and I really can't complain about any of them. The food is typical Chili's fare although the lunch specials are a nice bonus because they are fairly inexpensive.
