The food is what it has always been. A consistent chain restaurant meal. Nothing that will stand out and make you want to come back. I ordered a full rack of ribs, with fries, and Mexican street corn. My wife got the triple dipper combo. The ribs were a little over done for me. Not a fan of the sauce. My dad, son and I were in a steak and burger mood, so we figured Chili's was a great solution to satisfy our cravings. My son and I ordered steak with corn and lashed potatoes. My steak was cooked correctly and tasted decent enough, but my son's was cooked incorrectly and he was pretty disappointed. They never asked how we were doing or what we thought about the food. My dad was given the wrong burger and then they charged him to fix it. It took so long before they brought out his food that we were long since finished by the time he started eating. My corn was very over cooked and my cocktail was insanely sugary. It gave me a stomach ache. My son and I ordered the lava cakes hoping to end the night on a good note, but they were just okay. I used to LOVE them! The ice cream was really small and it just didn't taste like it used to. I don't know if this was an off day or a trend but I was dissatisfied and don't recommend this location. read more

Went in on the 4th of July. I felt bad for all the workers that had to work on a holiday, but must say they were all on top of their game and I was very impressed. Everyone there seemed to care about the service they provided and that seems to be a rare thing in the food industry these days. read more

Honeslty this is the worst chilis location I have been to. I ordered the chicken Cajun pasta and there was hardly any flavoring on it. That's the worst Cajun I've ever tasted. My friend ordered a 10 OZ steak well cause he's bulking and they gave him a 6oz rare. This really inferiated me. The cooks seemed to not care about the quality of the food. This is not a good quality to have. Not sure why there wasn't any seasoning on my chicken either. No salt no pepper. Nothin. Like come on. We were craving some bloody Mary's, football and wings. We called chili's ahead of time to make sure they had everything on our list. Lucky us, we weren't driving to mid Ogden or Riverdale for our desires to be met. They have some pretty cool during football deals (see photo). Gotta say their bloody Mary's were delicious ! We ordered buffalo and honey chipotle wings. The buffalo wings were lack luster and almost no heat or flavor. The honey chipotle sauce of course was great. A solid chili's franchise near North Ogden. We need more eating establishments like this, and we're happy to have it. Kids like the kids menu (lots of cheese items, but they are happy to keep it off if you're lactose intolerant) and they like the digital games at each table. After having to wait ten minutes after we got there to pick up the order and drive to my home at 5 points and EVERYTHING was soggy!!! Salad, soggy. Bread, soggy. Fries, cold and soggy! We have been regular customer's at this Chili's, but that's over. On May 12, we ordered delivery, which included chicken fajitas with extra tortillas and extra cheese and guacamole. As expected, we paid ahead of time including a delivery fee and a 20% tip. No contact delivery ws selected. After the food arrived and was opened, most of the fajitas was not there. There were five strips of chicken on a bed of onions and peppers. No tortillas, no guacamole, no cheese, no guacamole, no sour cream, no salsa, no lettuce. There was a container of rice and one of black beans. Called Chili's and asked them to sen out the rest. Sorry, not possible. I asked for a refund. They couldn't do that either, but would send my $15 in gift cards. 19 days today, and no gift cards. I called about a week ago, and they said that their corporate office which issues the gift cards was swamped. They would get to ti as soon as they could. They still haven't got to it. If you order delivery, you're taking your chances. We won't be doing it again. read more

Came here for a light dinner where we just got a couple of appetizers and a dessert. The honey chipotle crispers and waffles were fantastic and priced pretty good. Chili's- just another chain restaurant that tastes like they microwave the majority of the food. There is no flavor for almost all of the dishes, other than too much salt. There seems to be an attempt to offset this by giving ridiculously large portions of food. I think the only raw product in the place is the beef patty, and its a standard burger, albeit dressed up and priced up. People seem to like the chips and salsa, but they just don't do it for me. Salsa is runny and bland, and the chips are quick fried again before serving which makes them greasy, its a great combo for heartburn an hour or two after the rest of your meal. Families seem to like these places, but I just don't get it. They seem like a fancier dining version of Fast Food, find a local place (check my reviews) for good quality, from scratch cooking. read more

I must say, this review is specifically for the To-Go aspect of this Chili's. We ordered food for our family of 3 a few weeks back, and we decided to try it through the To-Go service for the first time. Ordering online was awesome. Very easy and very convenient. The food however, is clearly prepared with a different mentality than if you eat in. I ordered their chicken crispers. One of them was a small nugget, one was so thin that about a 3rd of it contained no meat whatsoever, and was nothing more than dry, hard fried batter. I've NEVER been dissapointed in these crispers when we eat in. So the moral of the story is to never order their to-go because they'll give you their garbage product because they know you wont notice until you're far away. I took multiple pics and sent them to Chilis on Twitter to see what the deal was, and they promised to mail me something to make up for it. I was really excited to go and eat here, I love their nachos. Unfortunately it was horrible service, not only were the bathrooms a mess, but they couldn't even clean their tables. The lady at the front couldn't be bothered to go help clean the tables, instead she started cleaning the door, when it was the tables that were causing people to have to wait. There were plenty of people in the back, but none of them were doing anything, they were just standing around.
