    Roasted jalapeños, I think...
    Rachel B.

Absolutely delicious authentic Mexican food! I'm so glad we tried this restaurant. This is a small little spot on 24th st that I've walked by a few times and finally decided to try. The owner greeted us and took our order at the register and then brought out some chips to the table. There were several salsas to choose from at the little salsa bar and both of the ones we tried were delicious. We ordered the Rojo burrito which came with rice and beans. It was absolutely the best burrito I've had in a long time. The flavors were perfect. The owner also brought out some roasted jalapeños which were mind blowing!! I will definitely be asking for them on our next visit. The restaurant was very clean and had cool little Mexican nick nacks all over. This is officially my new go to Mexican restaurant.

I had a chile rellenos and an enchilada. It was called the Don Juan. They even had jarrittos! I recommend

Great small place. I had the chile rellenos and an enchilada. It's called the Don Juan. Also had a Jarrittos. Love the soda.

This is what Mexican food should taste like and what a small family restaurant should be like. Service is amazing because the owner cooks, serves and talks with the patrons. The restaurant is clean, with good music at the perfect volume. I can't say enough about this place and is why O-Town is Tue place to be.

I'm torn doing this review, as this appears to be a mom and pop type place that I usually love to support. I will be back for another meal the next time I'm in Ogden for hopefully a better experience, but for now... Our online order was ready roughly 15 minutes after the time it was quoted, and there was only one other online order I saw leave during this time, and no one eating inside (only two people who hadn't ordered). My brother said his food had good flavor but my "super burrito was underwhelming. Normally a $13 super burrito would be more than ground beef and rice, served enchilada style. I guess that's what I get for assuming carne asada and guacamole would be included. Unfortunately it seems the only thing "fine Mexican" was the pricing.

6 days agoNEW Family owned authentic Mexican restaurant in downtown Ogden area. Food was very good and portions are good sized. Owner /chef came out to check and see if we liked the food. This is a new location for the restaurants as it was previously in North Ogden. Must have been good there as there was a couple that used to go to that location and had followed them to the new location.

Chicken tacos and shredded beef nachos!!

Great food and very cheap. Ordered the Super Burrito and was double the size I expected and very much enjoyed it. Fast and good service.

For a second I wondered if they were closed, but someone eventually came out and seated me. That initial vibe had me a bit concerned, but I stuck it out. I started with the chips, corn, and guacamole, which was decent, nothing mind-blowing but fresh enough and got the job done. The Cadillac Margarita ($20) was a disappointment though. It was basically a glass of ice with way too much lime juice dominating everything; I could barely taste the tequila. The Michelada was better, solid and refreshing, and the service was about the same: friendly and attentive enough once they got going, but nothing standout. But holy smokes, that asada stuffed burrito saved the whole meal. The asada was ridiculously tender, perfectly seasoned, and packed with flavor. Juicy, smoky, melt-in-your-mouth beef wrapped in a solid burrito. That one item alone made me glad I came. Overall, the place has some hits and misses. If the asada is what you're after, it's worth it. Just maybe skip the Cadillac marg and don't expect a lively atmosphere on a slow night. I'd go back for the burrito.

A birthday surprise I'll never forget!…read more This restaurant came highly recommended by a former employee, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. From the moment we sat down, everything impressed us. I tried a mezcal cocktail for the first time, the blueberry mezcal, and it was incredibly unique, smoky, slightly sweet, and just overall delicious. For food, we ordered the corn, poblano tamales, and the chorizo steak burrito. Every bite was packed with flavor. Portions were generous, so much so that we ended up taking leftovers home (always a good sign!). But the true highlight of the evening? The birthday celebration. Our waitress asked if we were celebrating anything, and I casually mentioned a birthday at the end of the month. She smiled and said, "Leave the rest to me." I had no idea what was coming... Suddenly, the entire bar lit up? iterally. Flames shot up like a volcano erupting, the staff came out with fire, bubbles, and this incredible energy. It felt like a full-on performance. Then came a rich chocolate cake soaked in liqueur that was just as dramatic as it was delicious. It wasn't just dinner, it was an experience. If you're looking for amazing food, creative drinks, and unforgettable celebrations, this place delivers on all of it. We'll definately be back.

They were awesome. Luke and Brooke were amazing and not flustered by the rush as the drink orders kept coming. We watched them give the same amount of attention to every drink and garnish; each one looked perfect when it left the bar. My wife had a Rosa 75, on the menu, it had a Mexican gin in it that was phenomenal. No big juniper taste, bright tasting and beautiful. She also had a custom creation of Luke's called a "Sassy Marg" that used Ancho Reyes Verde liqueur. It gave the drink just the right amount of spice. I had a classic margarita and then a. Pina Colada that was dangerously tasty. If you ever go here0 make sure to visit Luke and Brooke at the bar. Well worth it!

Decided to give them a call to see if there were any tables, just in case. To my surprise there was! I got so excited. I arrived at my reservation time of 615 and was promptly seated... in a near empty restaurant. Why the need for reservations? Anyway... after placing our quickly order (since we had studied the menu at home)... finally AN HOUR LATER our food arrived. The server apologized and said we got stuck behind a large party. Now, I'm no scientist, but wouldn't you assume if the restaurant required reservations and their system was showing a fully booked house, including a large party, wouldn't you bring on maybe just one more chef? Anyway... the food was great. Service, not so much!

After a quick morning flight to Ogden, UT to visit our besties, we found ourselves hungry and…read morecraving some Mexican. A quick Yelp search lead us to No Manches Way. THE LOCATION: This is where things got a little tricky. Street parking for No Manches Way is basically nonexistent. There is a small lot in the back through a narrow alley alongside the building. THE ATMOSPHERE: Eh... Awkward is a good way to sum it up. There's a tv with a DJ, in what looks like his parents basement, blasting club music. It was much louder than it needed to be for any restraint. Especially during the day. Aside from that, there were some neat murals on the walls and a variety of seating. THE EATS: Having caught wind of the birria craze back in Colorado, I was excited to see that they offered this here! Yay! So I eagerly ordered up a quesa birria (which is essentially a cheese quesadilla with a dipping au jus). My husband chose to nosh on a massive asada burrito, and our friend chose the street tacos. The meals definitely satisfied the craving and filled our tummies. THE DRINKS: Since they're across the street from a church and located in Utah, you will not find beer or liquor here. They do feature Mexican Coca Cola, Parrot juice drinks, among other things. I opted for a Pink Guava juice drink. It definitely paired perfectly with my meal. THE SERVICE: There's no table service here. You place your order at a counter in the back of the restaurant and receive a tray with your food when it's ready. Being the first time I've had birria, I was a little disappointed that how to season the broth was not explained more to me. It came with a plethora of cilantro and onion that I was unsure of how to use. Oh well. No Manches Way was A-OK in my book. I wouldn't be opposed to stopping by again next time we're in town and checking out more of the menu.
