Took the family, my wife and two kids plus mother in law to Chile's this evening. We waited a couple of minutes to be seated but no big deal, the service was great initially but that all changed when my wife decided to move our daughter next to her because the air was blowing directly on her to the point she was shivering. At that point my daughter accidentally kicked over my wife's soda into her dinner which was half eaten. With a plate full of soda, ice on the table and a puddle on the floor not a waiter was to be found. After five minutes I had to go ask the hostess up front if I can get a towel or rag to clean up a spill. She proceeded to mop up the floor and go back to her duties. We didn't see our waitress for close to twenty minutes, when she finally came back she started to ask if we needed a box for leftovers then stopped mid sentence when she saw the dish filled with soda. The shocking part to the whole thing was we were never brought a napkin or washcloth to clean up the table. Numerous waiters walked by and didn't do a damn thing. We sat there with a spilled drink in the food, dripping from the table for thirty minutes. I included a picture of what we sat with on our table. Chili's - Spill - Tex-Mex Near Me - Hamilton, Ohio

First time doing curb side pick up, I sat in the parking lot waiting for 20 min before going in the check on my order. The cashier was very rude and stated "we are very busy tonight." Waited another 10 min for my food. Manager assured order was correct. When I got home, food was missing. I called the store and all the manager said was "uh sorry" and offered to have the missing food remade is I wanted to drive back to pick it up but wouldn't give me a credit. read more

The staff is very nice and helpful. It is a very busy place so sometimes it takes a while to be seated and or to be served - that's understandable though! The food is great, my favorite are their Ranchero Chicken tacos (with corn tortillas which they substitute for my allergies to gluten and wheat.) Overall great restaurant! read more

It doesn't get any better than this chili's. They are always on it, their service is always top notch, I really never have any issues here. Their food is always made to order, yet very speedy even when their restaurant is slammed. We had one time where a person in our group tried something new and didn't eat it, and never said anything, the manager noticed their food wasn't eating, stopped and asked why and got them something new. My hubby loves Chili's, because the portions are large and the food is freshly prepared. He always orders a chicken sandwich and the chicken breast is as big as my hand! I tend to experiment with my orders and have had some bad luck. The taco pizza is soggy and had an off taste. The potato skins were greasy and salty. Happily, the quesadilla chicken salad is excellent, as are the chicken tacos and the queso dip. They get four stars because the service is iffy, sometimes slow, sometimes forgetful. read more

Well! We got here at 1:38. Currently, it's 3:08 and we haven't gotten our food. We had 12 people in our party, but the place is not packed whatsoever. A woman in our group had to be somewhere at four and was forced to cancel her and her son's order due to the over one-and-a-half-hour wait. The couple at the table beside us who arrived about a half hour after us has already gotten their food. Now, at 3:14 we have finally started to get our food. Thank the Lord. Been here once and ordered take out twice. Our server was non existent and we had to ask a different server to help us more than once. My first takeout order was slow but fine. My second I ordered online and received my email confirmation but when I got to the store they had no record of my order so I had to reorder and wait there (which defeated my ordering online to not have to wait.) I was very displeased with our dinner tonight at Chili's. The server we had was good, the food not so. I had ordered the Chicken Crispers with cole slaw and corn on the cob. After my meal arrived I started with the chicken and it had a nice crisp flavor and was decent. Then I proceeded to take a bite of the corn, needless to say it was actually ice cold. I informed the server who was apologetic and understanding. The manager came over and said he was also sorry and that "this has happened a few times today." Sorry but if I'm the manager I don't go around saying "this has happened a few times today." This place has really gone downhill. My wife and I used to eat here regularly. The last 3 of 4 visits, we've experienced horrible service. On my last visit, and i do mean last, we were seated in the bar area at a high top. The restaurant was not busy at all. We waited...and waited...and waited some more. After 10 minutes one of the servers graced us long enough to get our drink order. To which she replied..."I'll get that right out" which apparently means go chit chat with her co-workers. About 5 minutes later, our primary server plunked down two glasses of water and with a really sour attitude, said ... "Ya'll need a few minutes?" Not hi, not welcome to Chili's, or sorry about your wait. To which I replied...I don't think we do. We've already had 15 minutes, please cancel our drink order, and we walked out. "MIKEY" is a COWARD and his little sidekick "training manager" are flat out RUDE, liars and flat out lazy..he turned away my family and friends because there was "to many of us".. which was 16 and I made it very clear to him we would sit across the restaurant, we will make sure the kids are respectful we just want some food that we just needed to eat.. so I call as I'm 5 to 10 minutes from chili's around 10pm to see if they will take the 16 of us.. and if there was a wait.. " MIKEY" tells me "sorry ma'am we are on a 45 minute wait.. and we don't take party's over 12..like I said we were going to be 4 tables of 4.. AND PAY ON ONE BILL to make it easier on server.. so at this pulling into bridge water falls to see if anything else was open... I drive by chili's at 10 1015... there were 2 cars in the parking lot.. so I walk in to see this where the "45" wait.. is??????? I'm posting this because the reason cooperate and the GM needs to know his wonderful Mikey is turning away business because he wants to be closed at 11 and out the door.. he's getting his salary pay every week... but it's "MIKEY" and some the new manager in trainings decision to turn away business because he didn't want to deal with us!!! I wish I could get this to the company who owns Chili's... and thanks Mikey and the over skinny young "manager" in training for the WONDERFUL hospitality we will never be back to Chili's read more

Sisters and I stopped in for lunch at 11 in the morning. We placed our order my sister drank almost her entire coke before we realized there was dried nasty milk shake stuck to the inside of her glass. Our waitress was apologetic when the manager came his name was Mike he apologized but was very condescending towards us and offered nothing but to take the chips off of the bill which didn't even belong to my sister those were mine. We ask that her order of nachos because he said he couldn't do that. He does not deserve to be a manager he cannot deal with people or situations. The employees did not know his last name because he had just transferred there and they were pretty unsure of the store number. I sent a letter to corporate and I am also contacting the health department because of their sanitary practices. Because of the managers lack of concern for our situation they lost a lot of business. Be prepared to wait because the service is extremely slow. There's a ton of room for improvement there. The manager reduced our bill because of our wait, so that was a positive sign. At least they are aware there's a real concern. Apparently they need either more workers, or better performing employees. Either way, we had to wait nearly an hour for our food, on a week night, for a simple food request. Ridiculous. However, the food was good and the portion sizes were adequate. Nothing to blow you away and it was comparable to similar type places. There's a reason we've lived in the community for over a decade and have eaten there only twice. Although they mean well and the staff is really nice, they just can't seem to put it all together to warrant more than a three-star review. This is a direct reflection on the leadership of the Chili's brand. Our community deserves better. I hope it changes because the food is really good, but it's not worth the extended wait. We'll give it some time and try again maybe in a few years. That seems to be our tolerance level for this Chili's location. read more

Be prepared to wait.. when we finally had service the waiter made excuses so many excuses he couldn't keep up.. I didn't complain but manager ended up coming to our table to apologize and give us free appetizers... when they came out they was tossed on the table literally tossed, we had to clean up the mess from the table he had made. When the food came out the bar tender also had attitude and threw our dinners down and when asked for ranch (that was ordered) she continued to keep going and ignore us! Our waiter apparently got mad cause I called him out on talking with a table behind us while we waited 23 minutes just to get drink orders another 15 to actually take our order and that was because I was upset that he was looking at the people's phone sitting behind us! I have never ever ever not left a tip but this was so bad a group of us left and did not leave a tip.. management definitely needs to keep control of their servers and keep them in tact! We also watched another table of just 2 get up and leave who sat right behind us. If you had asked me a year ago how service and food was I'd had no complaints but the last few times I decided that this last time I'd never be back! Absolutely horrible service, I'm in the server industry myself and we were very unsatisfied. The server (says JoeyB on the ticket but she has light blue hair) We ordered the 2 for $22 lunch, two house salads for appetizers, I ordered the fajitas and my boyfriend ordered the Cajun pasta. She had one other table with like 6-8 people who were basically finished when we ordered, well we got our food before we even got our salads. Then had to wait an extra 10-15 mins for a refill and side of ranch, because she checked on the one other table she had 3 times before she could bring what we needed. So by the time we finished our salads, our food was cold. We love chilis and this experience was just awful, we won't be back to this location. read more

The only word that comes to mind when I think of Chile's, at Bridgewater, is sadness. I made the poorly thought out decision to go there Easter afternoon. The cheese fries tasted and smelled like wet cardboard. The boneless buffalo chicken tenders barely resembled any form of chicken. I would had been happy with processed chicken but this mess that arrived at the bar was something else altogether. The restrooms were no cleaner than a campground outhouse. I tend to judge a restaurant by the upkeep of its restrooms so I should not have been surprised by the poor quality of the food. Just stay away. You will be better for it. read more

Just had a horrible experience there the food took over 30 minutes to get to us. The table next to us ordered their food, received their food and paid before we got ours. Half of the food was cold when we finally got it. We paid on the tablet then when we are going to leave the waitress comes out to complain to that we didn't give her a good enough tip! Just tried for the second time in a row to eat here. The training here is TERRIBLE!!! NO-ONE will even acknowledge you after they seat you! Waited 10 minutes. Not a hello, not a someone will be with you, nothing!! If the food is good, it doesn't matter if no one will wait on you. Also, management here needs to make the cash register by the kitchen a no stand zone! They obviously have PLENTY of time to stand there!! DONE with Chili's! Disappointed..... they told us a 20 minute wait ended up being over 40 minutes. When we finally went to our table it was still dirty with food on it. Server took our drink order and returned quick with our drinks which was nice. After placing our order of fried pickles for an appetizer and we both ordered the classic bacon burgers, they never asked how we liked them cooked which is ok but they were dry, the pickles were good as always. The entire meal we had no silverware or napkins we even asked. Took a while to get refills and when we did they never took our empty cups so the table started to pile up. Sat down everything wad cool..got our drinks on time and then it went downhill from there. We ordered the skillet queso we got that in about 5 minutes, asked for a few minutes because we were not ready to order yet, and then we waited about 20 minutes for our server to come back and by then our appetizer was completely gone and we did not get any napkins or silverware and had not yet placed our order. So we placed our order, we both ordered steaks, we waited over 20 minutes for our food the whole time we were waiting on our food we didn't want see our server even once. Then when the food came out my steak wasn't cooked right and he was missing shrimp which he had to point out to the server. ( FYI the add-on had of the shrimp was $4 and it came in a 2 ounce condiment cup with about 5 pieces of shrimp...WAY OVER PRICED ) Still no napkins or silverware so we asked. It was brought to us with no apology. We ate dinner she did not come by to check to see if our food was okay or if we were having a good time she refilled or drinks one time, we finished eating, asked for our check and a box. Which those were the only two things that were actually brought promptly we didn't see our waitress on our way out so we just left our gift cards on the table which was enough for the bill and 15% tip I wish our experience would have been better it was my boyfriend's birthday and we like to eat there. I am also in the food and Hospitality industry and in my opinion our service was very poor the only reason I am rating it at 3 is because our food wasn't bad even though one of our steaks was cooked wrong...otherwise I would rate it a 2. read more

The Chili's in Tri-County is awesome. The one time we *did* have a bad experience, the manager made it right so quickly we forgot there was a problem in the first place. The food is always fresh and hot, the service is almost always good, and we always enjoy our time there. It's a great date night, and it's affordable, which means that you have money left to do something afterwards too. It's a running joke with our friends who are dating that you never have a bad date if you go to Chili's. Even if the company was sub par, the food will be great, so you can at least be consoled by that. ;) read more

We stop in the Hamilton Chilis whenever we are in the vicinity of Bridgewater Falls and sit at the bar to see our favorite friendly bartender, Bridgette. We love the food for sure, especially the warm tostada chips and salsa while we are waiting for our order The Lunch combos are great tasting and great for the wallet. Portion sizes are plenty to take some home or plenty to fill you up if you are famished. read more

I went with gift cards and its a good thing I did, waited 25 minuets for a table, I checked to see if we were passed over, she said "we paged you but the pagers arent acting right, let me put you back in the line up". Waited another 15 minuets. Service was incredible slow. 15 minuets befor they offered us drinks, 10 more before we gave our order. Waited almost 45 minuets on our food. Burger came out all wrong, got attitude from the waitress when I ask for it to be fixed, all other food was cold. Manager came out offered to make adjustments I told him no I wasnt tryung to get a free meal just wanted the service and food Im paying for. We ordered the 2 for 20 deal, Menu states a desert to share, when our check came we were informed by the waitress that the special no longer comes with a desert so I had to pay for that unexpedted cost.
