Chilis has been around forever. It's been about 4/5 years since I ate at one, so when friends, ( a group of ten), picked Chilis for lunch we said sure. Sarah was our server and let me say, Sarah was 5's all the way. She was so pleasant and so helpful from drink refills all the way to getting us checked out. I really wanted to give it more stars because the restaurant is clean, the staff very kind, and even though the restaurant was packed, we were seated and served in good time. So I ordered the Classic Ribeye with loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli. Hubby ordered Chicken and Sausage Cajun Pasta. There was a mix up with my steak meal and it was given to a friend of mine. It was totally his fault and not the fault of the servers since he got Sirloin steak and shrimp and this was just Ribeye. The mistake was found out when the Sirloin and Shrimp was brought out lol. The look on his face said it all. Fortunately he had only ate on the mashed potatoes so Sarah brought out a little plate so we could swap out the meat lol. I did order my steak well done but this was waaay overcooked especially being it was a thin cut. So it was pretty dry and really salty. The mashes potatoes were very pasty. But the broccoli was perfect. Hubby loved his pasta dish. It's spicy and he loves spicy. He said the chicken was cooked perfectly. I tasted it and it was. We both agreed the dish was a tad salty though. As for the rest of the table, everyone loved their meals. Some got burgers, ribs, Salmon and steak and pasta and they all said it was good. They had a nice drink menu and a bar area too which would be nice to come with friends for maybe drinks and appetizers. The inside was nicely painted and decorated. Ordered a beer and told her I didn't need a menu I was there to try the new chicken sandwich. She said what 2 sides did I want. Surprised I said oh. There wasn't much parking when we arrived so we had to park a bit further away. Then we had to avoid some geese by the door. It was also very hot inside so they had employees holding the doors open to air the place out? Even with all of that, service was fast and easy. We had plenty of options from the menu and the waitress was helpful with selecting. Her best suggestion was the $6 watermelon marg! The "Big Mouth Bites" are sliders and they're very good. I, along with 2 friends ate lunch at the Princeton Rd Chili's. We all ordered the pick 3 meal. For $10.99 I received chips and salsa, drink, burger and fries. The burger was not slider sized . It was big, juicy, and very flavorfull. I expected much less. The fries were hot and crispy. The chips were good, but I found the salsa rather bland. The good news is next time I can order a different app. The server was prompt, friendly, checked back often, and refilled our drinks before we could ask. Grew up here in Cincinnati, so I'm quite used to eating and making Chili on the reg. Personally I'm not too familiar with Chilis in general and this is the first time I have ever been to one. Normally I prefer Skyline. The food is basic "American" fare. Most everything was expertly prepared with quality ingredients. The one exception was the bowl of chili I had. It was a dark brown paste that was over salted. Our waitress was a very friendly young lady that gave us the attention we needed. We encountered a problem during our visit where the kitchen brought me out the wrong order. The mishap was handled quickly and professionally and the proper order was brought out directly. Very pleased with the overall experience, I even finished my chili, which I would rate maybe a 3 of 10. We stopped and had dinner at Chili's Tuesday evening around 5:30 PM. We were seated quickly and received immediate attention from our server. I had the QP burger and she had chicken crispers. The food and the service were excellent. They even made my girlfriend some salt free chips for the salsa. All you have to do is ask for salt free and they will make you a fresh batch of chis. the food and the service at this particular Chilis has been getting better and better and better over the past few months, I am not sure what changed, but it surely has changed for the better. Had eaten at other Chili's before--first time at this one. Not sure why their rating is so low--our experience was wonderful. Had lunch about noon. Seated immediately.Wife had some chicken tenders and fries. I had a lunch special of unlimited soup, salad and tortilla chips with salsa for only 10 bucks. WOW--what a fantastic deal. I opted for the potato soup and the house salad. Plus they brought us a whole plate of tortilla chips. Couldn't even finish them all. Had a couple draft beers also. Our server was Jennifer who was fantastic--very friendly and attentive, She even gave us more chips to take home. Everything tasted great. We intend to return to try more menu items. We waited 40 minutes in our car (we have an impatient toddler) we were still 3rd in line on the list and stayed there so we waited outside. They automatically took us off the list at 3rd in line. The thing that has me in here writing a review is when I went to the bathroom I saw a worker touching himself inappropriately. It was a gentleman in a red and black hat with a beard. Keeping in mind it's a chain, I avoided this place like the plague, but there must be new management or retraining or something. I've gone here half a dozen times in the last 6 months and as of 2/27/25, I have zero complaints. I've always stuck to the burgers and wings and simpler things, never tried ribs or much else. Good drinks, good food, great service from a bartender whose name I forget, Kelly maybe. In the dining room, Steve is the waiter you want. He is absolutely awesome. He reads people well. No high chair, was told it was coming. About 15 mins later finally showered up. Server took forever to come to the table. Went to get drinks came back a long time later, no straws. Finally got straws, ordered the food. Came out rather quickly. No refills on the drinks until we literally were walking out. This place has gone down hill BAD. My family loves Chili's. I used to eat there a lot, especially between 10 and 40 years ago. I have eaten there 3 times this year, at 3 locations, two in Ohio, and one in Georgia. My wife and kids decided to go to the Chili's by Bridgewater Falls last night, and I joined them there after work. It was 6:30 on a Saturday night, and the restaurant was crowded. We had a very young man for our server who seemed brand new, and we were a table of six. When I arrived, my chair was wet with what looked like a splash of water spill from a drink, and my spot at the table was also wet. There were no napkins available, and also no silverware. I sat down anyway, because it was not going to soak me. We ordered an appetizer of chips and salsa. It arrived. We asked for napkins. None came. Our waiter brought out another plate of chips and salsa after we finished the first, and we asked for napkins again. None came. Our food arrived, and we still had no napkins or silverware. A few minutes later, someone brought silverware (silverware no longer includes napkins at Chili's), but we still had no napkins. So, realizing our waiter was overwhelmed or inept, I went to the hostess stand to see if they could help with napkins, and they were very courteous, and brought some a few minutes later. My oldest daughters had the new Wicked drinks, which they liked, and they would have had seconds had they been offered, but our waiter was not very attentive. One daughter had macaroni and cheese as her side, which was in a cup with only a few pieces of macaroni in it, and probably 3 ounces of cheese sauce. She was disappointed. I think whoever put the mac and cheese in the cup did so without inspecting it, since it was almost all sauce. My bacon cheeseburger was decent, but Chili's burgers are not what they used to be. At one time, I would have put a Chili's burger up against any burger as being a great and consistent product, but it's just an ok burger now. I still tipped 18%, because I do realize that wait staff depend heavily upon them, but I would have done 15% if it had been the lowest option. I guess I didn't want to go to the effort of a custom tip, and just wanted to get out of there. The meal was expensive for what it was, and my tip was over $21. I could have had the same thing from Sonic, and it probably would have been better for half the price. So I'm just disappointed overall with the service I received, and I think the management staff could have done a much better job of oversight. Our waiter seemed totally overwhelmed and novice. I'm not one to normally complain; I usually just bear it, and move on. So my main comment is if you want just ok food with mediocre service for a somewhat premium price, then the Bridgewater Falls Chili's may accommodate your expectations. read more

Our waitress, Angelique, was over the top divine. She was so helpful, corteous, and very knowledgeable of the menu: I've been to many chilis I basically live at chilis and this has been the best experience ever. We went here tonight around 7:30pm for dinner. Had a 25-35 minute wait. There was mostly empty tables in the restaurant. Shortly after being seated our order was taken. There was a group at a table behind us who ordered their food minutes before us. They got the food, ate it, and left before we got our food. Our waitress brought silverware over to us, and dropped it in a pile on the table, it was unsanitary how she did it. She brought us napkins later. 30 minutes after we placed our order the waitress told us they were out of brisket for the brisket burgers and we needed to pick something else, so we ordered their Old Timer Burger. 30 minutes later our order still did not come. She kept telling us our order was coming right out. 10 minutes later, my husband went and asked about our food, she said "oh, we're just waiting on the fries." He said "can you go ahead and bring us the rest of the food." She ended up bringing the food and the fries were not hot. My plate of food was laying up against her shirt. Part of my food was touching her shirt, where she wiped her face on earlier. I told her "I'm sorry I do not want my food since it is touching your shirt." There was no apology, just do you want the other plate, which we declined. We understand they were short staffed, but to wipe your face on your shirt, while your taking someone's order, then carry the plated food in a way that it is leaning on your shirt as a backstop is wrong. The restaurant is half empty because they have a severe staff shortage & can only seat the tables that a server can take care of. We were seated around 5:30 & our friendly server took our order after about 10 minutes. She brought our drinks within 5 minutes. We ordered from the 3 for $10 menu (drink, appetizer, dinner). Our dinners came out after about 35 minutes but still no appetizers. When we asked about our appetizers, the server brought them out in 10 minutes. My husband ordered the 6 oz classic sirloin with loaded mashed potatoes & corn on the cob. His appetizer was tossed salad & his drink was strawberry lemonade. I had the bacon burger with a side of broccoli & my appetizer was chicken enchilada soup. I ordered unsweetened tea as my beverage. We really enjoyed the food - it was delicious! The server apologized for the slow service but we could clearly see she was doing her best. If it weren't for the slow service, I'd give this place 5 stars. I am a long time patron of this location. I have always received good service and great food. Today was a different experience. Our service was extremely slow. We waited a long time for everything (drinks, napkins, silverware) and the fajitas were not prepared properly, according to a shellfish allergy. Why 4 stars? Because once alerted, the manager made things right. Things happen, orders get messed up, service can be slow, etc... just make it right, and that's what he did. I ordered a lunch meal with chili tortillas soup and the chipotle chicken crispers. It was not a long wait. The food was fresh accept for the actual tortillas. The soup was good but the stale tortillas took away from the flavor and enjoyment of the food. The crispers were good and the fries were fresh. Overall, the meal was okay. I have had better at Chili's but it worked out. I probably will return to this location at another time. The area was nice in general. I love Chili's and their food is amazing! This stock is located in Bridgewater Falls shopping complex and it's easy to access! The staff is friendly and the food is fairly consistent! The restaurant has plenty of parking, the inside is nice, and the toilet facilities are clean. So do I recommend? Absolutely! Side note: As everyone recognizes, this whole Covid-19 thing is taking its toll on everything and everyone! My point is my oldest daughter and I placed a carry out order the a few days ago and as soon as we pulled in we were greeted by an employee asking for the name on the order and then bringing our food out! The food was Amazing and the customer service was Awesome! They went above and beyond and that's just one more reason I will return to this location! read more

My family (group of 7) decided to meet for dinner on Saturday, 1/18/2025. Most of us arrived at 4:47 PM and were told there would be a 40 minute wait. We understood as they were busy and we had a big group. We placed our name on the waiting list and received a text confirming that we were 8th in line. With that, we stepped over to the side. At 4:54 PM, I received a text stating our table was ready. I stepped up to let them know and after checking their system, I was told they did not have us on the list. I proceeded to show them the texts. The girl went to speak with the manager who came over and also checked. Again, I had to show him my texts. We were then seated and placed our order. Our server came around to make sure everything was ok and was confused why only 1 meal out of the 7 had come out. Over the next several minutes, each order came out separately. I'd just like some explanation as to why our name disappeared from the wait list. We felt as though the host staff and manager did not believe us even though they were shown the texts.
