We haven't ate at Chili's in a long time. We went there tonight and I was so impressed. Our waitress was great and she honestly embodied customer service. I didn't get her name but she was in the bar section next to the window wall. She kept my tea full and my sons and wife's cup full. I ordered something new and she checked to make sure I liked it and she even said it looks like they didn't put a lot of Alfredo on it do you want me to get you another cup full to add to it. Since Covid most places can't keep the tables cleaned off of unneeded glasses and plates she kept it clear. We Will be back. read more

I have coming to this place since they opened. And last night I had the worst experience ever. I ordered online for curbside pickup. I showed up 5-10 minutes before my actual time slot for pickup. I sat outside waiting for my food and didn't get it till over half an hour after my pick up time. At first I just assumed they were busy with re-opening back up this week, but no I counted 5 other vehicles who showed up after me and got their food before mine. What is the point of assigning and telling me what time to show up if you can't even have the food ready? I don't mind waiting if the employees would have just been honest but they purposely never walk by my car until I had to flag one of them down. Then I asked to speak to the manager and all he had to say was the words "I'm sorry!" He had nothing beneficial and didn't even try to help the situation. And to top it off, I only ordered 2 dinners. I waiting over 30 minutes from the time I was told to be there, and that is just unacceptable service especially since no one could even tell me why it took so long. read more

I have a big thing about cleanliness and the bathrooms look like they only clean them at closing, maybe. While coming back from the bathroom you can look into the kitchen area and the floors were covered in chips and other types of food. Had the full rack of ribs with the Texas rub. It was pretty good. But the steamed broccoli was cold, but eatable. The oddest thing was at the end I was wiping my table off and knocked my tray sending a condiment cup and a rib bone onto the floor. My steak was very dry and was drenched in butter which I did not ask for on my steak and, the server barely came to the table only came to hand food and didn't hear anything for the whole time, did not ask how it was or anything, My girlfriend food was okay she preferred her salad over the entree which is never a good sign, also had to wait an hour to get seated and then had subpar service. This is a good Chili's location. It used to be the closest one to me and I would go here on a pretty regular basis. The food is just as good as other locations and the service is usually pretty spot on. I can honestly say I've never had a bad experience here. The standout for me and what I sometimes crave are their chips and salsa. They make their chips fresh every morning..and they're just delicious. I would sometimes come here just to buy a big bag of the chips (which they do sell like that) to go with a buffalo dip that I make a lot. By far the best chips of any I've had..anywhere. read more

tried chilis for the first time as I've seen them online everywhere and it looked really good so I decided to go to this location, closet near me.. well me and my husband both had the chicken strips and they were definitely undercooked I only ate one strip and I was sick as ever same with my husband i definitely wouldn't recommend and after reading the reviews (which obviously I should have read them before going would have saved me a trip and illness) I can see this chilis has a problem with not cooking chicken like they're supposed to.. service wasn't awful (with our waitress!) she was very nice but I can't say the same for the back of the store everything took forever to come out to the point we placed our order around 9:30 and our food wasn't out to us until 10:40 and at that point we were being rushed to get out the store as they were closing at 11 we had to take everything to go as I wasn't comfortable eating with all the servers staring at us waiting for us to leave. had I have been able to eat the food there and not have to box it all up and leave I would have made a complaint in store and definitely wouldn't have paid for the crap as it all went to the trash anyway I don't understand how something can take so long to come out to us but yet still not be cooked thoroughly overall i definitely would not recommend going to this chilis maybe a different location is better but this one is not the one to go to! read more

Stopped in for the 3 for 10 deal for lunch. I was pleased to find they had a greater variety of soft drinks than most places. I had the peach diet lemonade which I knew I liked. I enjoyed my chicken tortilla soup and the Margarita chicken. Chicken was tender and black beans were tasty. I find a lot of restaurant food too salty but the chili's foods were not. Terrible. I placed a web order for 6:15. I arrived on time to a total catastrophe. There were cars lined up and no direction as to where to go for pickup orders. After I got hold of someone in the restaurant I thought everything would be okay. I was wrong. I finally got my food at 7:25 - over an hour after it was scheduled to be ready. I may never go back. What an amazing dinner tonight! Haven't been to Chili's in quite awhile, but that will change based on this experience! Everything was just awesome, but especially our server. We haven't received such great service in a very long time. I neglected to get her name, but our check number was 10022 in case corporate is reviewing. We started with the chips and queso with salsa. All was excellent. We ate all the chips and our server was kind enough to bring us more. We had 5 in our party and all had refillable drinks that were never empty. Had 2 kids meals (cheeseburgers and chicken fingers) both meals were on point. My wife had the steak and asparagus and loved it. I split the chicken fajitas with my daughter and again very good. Our server continued to check on us throughout the night and then one of the little things for me as we were leaving - a pleasant "thank you for coming in tonight." With a smile on her face. I took my mom to this location last week for her birthday, per her request. The service was good and the fajitas were excellent. They've definitely 'dressed up' their fajitas since our last visit a few years ago. One order was big enough for both of us. I was dragged to Chili's a few weeks ago kicking and screaming. I had a good meal then, and I went back. And I had another good meal. I used to hate this place. The food was lousy, the selection was lousy, everything. But something has changed in the last few years, and they actually have a fairly good selection on the menu, good drinks, and it wasn't that expensive. Last time I was here I got a barbecue combination plate which was pretty good. This time my wife and I both had a small steak, salad, and vegetable. The food was extremely tasty! I think the biggest competitor to Chili's is Applebee's, and their food is horrible in comparison to this. Applebee's adds a lot of salt and sugar to make their food tasty, but chili's seems to allow the food to speak for itself. The food came out surprisingly fast considering the size of the restaurant. The drink was very good. My wife had dessert, which she enjoyed. I would go back yet again. read more

This Chili's is absolute garbage. Waited over 40 minutes for a to go order that had a very specific pick up window time of 5 minutes. Multiple other people also waiting. On hold for 5 minutes before someone answered the phone and then who I assume is the manager brought the order out. Order missing items. Called on hold for another 10 minutes. No one answered and by the time I got back multiple other costumers waiting and complaining. Horrendous management. Terrible staff. To go orders have been huge for 8 months, get this figured out. Every time we go in there and want to sit at the bar there is an issue. There are plenty of social distancing seats available. This is the only place that is okay with customers leaving. Today half the bar was open and yes part of it was dirty but not where we were going to sit. We were told the bar was off limits because it needed cleaned and sanitized. It would be a 15-20 minute wait. Really. I don't know why I keep giving this place another try. It doesn't take that long to wipe down a bar. Seriously frustrated with this place. read more

I enjoy chili's - my wife and I go here every once in a while for their ribs, which have always been pretty good. I'm not sure if I'll be back after this past Saturday. Had a short wait, which is expected on a weekend. Once seated a waitress tells us she be with us once she drops off beverages for another table, some time goes by and another waitress stops by and says she will be our waitress, what would we like to drink. The original waitress sees this while waiting on another table and says she has us - I'm not sure but I think she was trying to take as many tables as possible. After some more time goes by I tell my wife we should have taken the second waitress. In the meantime I decide to explore this new device they have on the tables. It's a small 7" LCD with a card reader. We look it over, there is USA today, games, menus etc. We explore the games, play a bit. Finally our waitress comes by. We order and all is relatively well. Appetizer comes in a timely manner - entrees follow. My wife and I both ordered a half rack of ribs. Her rack was substantially larger than mine - which didn't turn out to be an issue, as neither of us finished them - which is unusual, as we always polish off their ribs as they are fall off the bone good - not this time though, we had to fight to get the meat off the bone. We saw our waitress maybe once more, as she passed by to wait on another table and told me she'd refill my water - quite some time passes and she finally refills it. Next thing we know she is dropping off our check - wow - thanks for trying to push us out the door - I look at the check and what's this "$.99 ENTERTAINMENT FEE" I say something to the waitress and she says oh did you play a game, me yes, you didn't notice the prompt notifying you of the $.99 fee? Nope - I didn't see a thing - no way in hell I'd pay to play a game on their little device. She took it off, with an excuse that maybe it had been activated by the prior table and that was why I was being charged, yeah whatever - Anyway - we get our check back and then have to hunt her down to get a box to take home our tough ribs. All-in-all a not so enjoyable visit - combine the waitress who was too greedy to only take the tables she could handle, with the feeling of being forgotten and whisked out the door with a ploy to sneak a $.99 charge onto every ticket in the house and I will be very reluctant to return, which is a shame because we like their food. Here's a thought chili's - put a large warning label on the device letting people know they will be charged - I wonder how many people either don't realize they have been charged or aren't willing to challenged to stupid "ENTERTAINMENT FEE" ---Shame on you chili's. read more

I'm going to be honest here - Chili's can't get more than 3 stars in my book. It just can't. I'm basing this on the fact that it's a gimmicky chain complete with neon lighting and tex-mexicanish fare, which happens be to my least favorite cuisine on the plant. HOWEVER, the parentals love this place and offered to have me join them for dinner. The place was packed when I joined my parents and brothers at the bar. The family was munching on chips and salsa, which I passed on, but they were absolutely loving them. My Dad remarked on how fresh the chips tasted and enjoyed the salsa just as much. As someone who's very conscious about what they eat, I had extremely limited offerings. The only thing not packed with carbs, cheese and just plain fat was the salmon that could be prepared without butter and served with veggies and brown rice. My parents had the fajitas which they've raved about for years. I swiped a piece of chicken while waiting for my salmon and yeah, it was tender and delicious. My salmon was okay. The outside was browned, which I don't really like. The inside was a little dry and I could tell by the way it smelled it wasn't super fresh. It also was served without a lemon. The veggies were steamed well, but the rice was covered in pepper. Somebody in the kitchen really likes their pepper. Now myself, not so much. The 3 stars comes from the service we received. Like I said, the place was packed but the bartenders were on top of it. Our drinks were always topped off, food was brought out in a timely fashion and they were very friendly. So, yeah, Chili's you don't really meet my needs but your employees definitely saved the day. And as with any appreciative child, if my parents are happy, I'm happy. read more

Sadly this place is going the way of Applebees. Service is mediocre and food prices have gone up. Went there sat afternoon at 5pm. Not busy at all. I ordered a burger and fries and my wife ordered a side of broccoli....BROCCOLI! 25 minutes later....nothing. People who came in after us had their hot apps and meals before us. The waitress didn't seem too concerned that our food hadn't come out. This isn't the first time they have messed up my orders. Sergio and his lady usually steer clear of chain restaurants but this was an unusual night when Sergio was out on the town without his lady. I wandered in not knowing what to expect. I sat down and ordered a refreshing $5.50 bud light and started browsing the menu. Various dishes caught my attention but I settle on the Cajun Pasta. It was surprisingly danky. Not as danky as Outback, but decent for a chain restaurant. Might come back for the baby back ribs sometime soon read more

Our experience here was a far cry from the other reviews but we did come during lunch. Our server was fully attentive and I never had to ask for a refill (a huge plus for me). The food was ok, nothing to brag about but this is a chilis. So for what it is the food was good. We also ordered some desserts because this was for a birthday lunch. Those were awesome and they were huge. One thing I do love about chilis is the tablets at each table you can pay at when your done. Makes lunches much quicker when you don't have to go hunting for the check. read more

Wow.. out of any Chili's location, this one was easily my least favorite. We should have left when we walked in the door. It looks very nice and clean in there, but I'm wondering if it's because of how many people leave after they step foot inside. We stood at the front waiting for someone to greet us for awhile... and waited... and waited.. and just as I was getting ready to go to the bar to figure out who was actually working, a lady came up and seated us. I don't know if we got there during the shift change or what, but wow... it was incredibly slow service!! Our waitress was nice enough, but she messed up our order. There were only a few customers scattered throughout and it seemed as if the restaurant was just moving in slow motion. I think everyone got slow service. My drink was empty for a good majority of the time, and I was getting frustrated. There are several other restaurants over in this area, and given the choice I would probably not pick this location again. read more
