Came here for happy hour and dinner with a friend, and had Darnell as our waiter. He was extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was very clean and had a great atmosphere. Darnell was extremely attentive and checked on us often. The manager also came by to make sure everything was going well. Ordered lunch to go recently since my family gave me a gift card and I couldn't get the thing to work online. Ordering in person at the to go counter and paying with the gift card was a breeze thankfully. Friendly, quick service. I love the added perk of choosing a free drink or chips and salsa for loyalty club members. I always choose chips and salsa because the bag of chips is huge and always their chips are always perfectly light and crispy, and the salsa is always just the right amount of spicy. Yum! For this lunch, I ordered the Alex's Santa Fe Burger and fries. The burger was large and very juicy. Loved the toppings-- "House-made guacamole, cheddar, diced red onions, jalapeños, tomato, pickles, cilantro, drizzled with spicy Santa Fe sauce"-- spicy deliciousness. Writing this review is making me want to order another one right now! And the fries were very fresh and tasty also. Went to my local Chili's for and early dinner on the 4th. Place wasn't too crowded was seated once we walked through the door. There is tons of seating and staff was very nice. We both tried the 3 for me. The burger with fries and a side salad. Side salad was a little on the small side but tasty. Steak with broccoli and potatoes and chips with salsa app. Both were tasty and cooked perfectly! I love how th fries were seasoned and crunchy. This is the first time I've been back to a Chili's in over 10 years! I came to this location meet up with work friends and we had a good experience. Because of our large group, we had a few servers and they were all top notch. Very attentive, friendly and quick. The kitchen is fast too - our food came out faster than expected - especially for so many of us. They do take reservations for larger parties FYI! Their menu is typical bar eats. They have a 3-for-Me combo special which I ordered. It includes a drink, appetizer and entree for a good price, which I appreciate now that all restaurants seem to be raising their prices. I ordered the Cajun Shrimp pasta with chicken tortilla soup and they were both good! Overall this is a great place to host a large party, watch a game, or just family meal. read more

This was one of the better experiences I have had at Chili's! Our serve was a young man who was just great, going out of his way for us the whole time. We never once had to ask for refills or more napkins or more chips, it all just kept appearing. For food we of course had chips and salsa. My friend and I also shared the fajitas for two and the shrimp and steak were pretty flavorful. Our other friend had the quesadilla explosion salad and she was happy with it. I tried a margarita, which back prior they used to have the best mango Margaritas, the one I got this time was too sweet and tasted like a non alcoholic beverage. I went on a busy Friday night, with the bar completely packed and the majority of the tables filled. Thankfully the waitress was attentive and got my party of two seated in a booth within 2 minutes after we entered the restaurant. The service was the best I ever had in recent memory for a casual dining restaurant. I lost count but the service staff stopped by our table at least six times and politely asking things like if we needed any condiments or refills in our drinks, asking if we were enjoying the food, and whether they can take our empty plates and cups away. Moving into the food, I ordered the 3 for me deal. I tried the Cajun chicken pasta (can choose between chicken or pasta), a cup of chicken enchilada soup, and a strawberry lemonade. The strawberry lemonade was addicting, with a nice balance between sweet and tart. The soup was flavorful and was able to taste a variety of different spices. It was also surprisingly quite creamy thanks to the cheese. However, I didn't quite enjoy how the chicken pieces were a bit soft and how the soup was too salty for my tastes. Finally, the Cajun chicken pasta was more like a typical Anerican Chicken Alfredo pasta. There wasn't much of the Cajun spice sprinkled on top, and I didn't taste any Cajun flavor either. There wasn't much of the advertised parmesan, tomatoes, and green onions either, and all those flavors were buried by the sauce's heavy cream. The Alfredo sauce itself tastes fine; better than the canned sauces. The pasta was firm and had a nice chew and were nicely coated in sauce. The chicken was a pleasant surprise by being well seasoned and quite moist. The garlic toast was crunchy with a fluffy interior and had a decent garlic flavor. Overall, I was satisfied with the food, with some mild to moderate complaints, but the service is top notch. read more

From the parking lot, I was not sure where the front door was, so I parked and walked around the building to the front, on Grand Ave, but when I mentioned I was picking up an order, the associate motioned for me to walk to the back corner for pick-up orders. There's a door there as well, but it faces Golden Springs Dr. There were a few customers there, either waiting to order or to pick-up their order. Ready orders are placed on the shelf for pick-up. $10.99 1 x Big Smasher Burger® (Beef patty, Thousand Island, American cheese, red onions, pickles, lettuce.) 1 x Fries 1 x Coke® 1 x House Salad 1 x Ranch I wish that there was a section on the website for "customizations" because I do not like ice in my sodas so I had to ask the associate, when I was picking up my order, if I could get my Coke® without ice. The fajitas arrived hot. Not "ooh that's warm," but "don't touch that unless you're ready to commit to the burn" hot. Shrimp were present. Peppers and onions were fighting for dominance. One lonely jalapeño sat on top like, "Yeah. I did this." The rice was... there. The beans were doing that Chili's bean thing where you're not sure if they're amazing or just familiar enough to feel safe. The tortillas? Soft, warm, and honestly the emotional support of the entire meal. And somehow, magically, everything tasted exactly like Chili's -- which is either an insult or a compliment depending on your mood. For me? It was nostalgia with a side of mild regret. Is this authentic Mexican food? Absolutely not. Is it satisfying when you're hungry, tired, and just want something you don't have to emotionally process? 100%. Would I come back? Yes. Would I defend Chili's in a debate? First time visitor during dinner time on a Friday night and I was impressed with this restaurant from start to finish. Wait time was seven minutes in total which was impressive as many people were waiting to be seated. As you enter this location, the bar is off to the right and was absolutely PACKED!! but everyone appeared to be having a great time, a basketball game was on numerous televisions mounted on the wall and most guests in that area had an alcoholic beverage in front of them while others had food as well. When my name was called by a very courteous staff member, my group and I were seated at a large and roomy wooden table. Within thirty seconds of being seated, our waiter came over and began taking our drink orders. Truly impressed with the service here by all employees. Chips and salsa were brought out as someone in our group had a reward via the Chili's app on their phone (I need to join) Food orders were taken from their extensive menu and with twelve to fifteen minutes, each one of us had our meals delivered to our table. Did I mention how impressed I was with service?? I rested chicken and shrimp fajitas with no tortillas or sour cream and my dinner was AMAZING, FRESH, DELICIOUS and well-prepared. Located in the same parking lot as Target, so typically plenty of parking. Chain restaurant so interior is similar to most Chilis - nice and pleasant. Service at this location was very good. The host that sat us was very welcoming and sat us quickly. Gave us the option to sit in bar area or dining area. We sat in bar area a the server there was good at checking in on us, which is really good since the bar area can get busy and usually had less servers than the main dining area. Food wise it was okay. I did like my Big Smasher Burger. The patty had a nice crust which added to the flavor. Buns were soft and toasted nicely. I also enjoy their chips and salsa. The chips are light, crunchy, and lightly salted. One thing that was a disappointment was the chili. Something must have changed because it wasn't as good as before. The flavor changed and not as good in my opinion. I remember it being much better. It's a standard chain restaurant. Good deals and food is alright. They didn't meet my expectations earlier today. They even served us cold coffee and charged some $3.5 for each cup of cold coffee. We brought this cold coffee issue to the waitress, but it was fixed 1x. The 2nd time asking for refill again, they sent me another cup of cold coffee. Ok, I make way tastier coffee at home than here. Seriously? I'm not coming back. They should have paid attention to the brewing pot and be diligent brewing. They didn't do anything as such, how rude!
