The service was good but the Cajun pasta tasted like a frozen Devour meal and the queso was like a microwave bag of cheese and meat.

Stopped in for an afternoon snack after jonesing for some chips and salsa. Katie waited on us and was fabulous. She brought us new drinks when we were both at the halfway point. We decided to order some southwest egg rolls as well. Katie brought us more chips while we waited. The chips are perfect in their thinness and saltiness. So delish. The egg rolls were just spicy enough and served very hot. The service is usually good, but I think our visit with Katie was probably the best yet. Our last visit was less than favorable with a snotty bartender who was obviously put out by having to do stuff like pour our drinks. read more

I used to enjoy Chili's back in the day particularly their quesadillas and turkey burger. The turkey burger was great. Visits to the Marlton Chili's were something to look forward to. However, I think chain restaurants have changed. Less quality and more quantity. We had a number of entrees including onion rings, fajitas, quesadillas and enchiladas. One word ... greasy. Way too greasy. I had a similar experience at Friday's. Just not good as they used to be. That being said the portions were pretty big. In fact the leftovers made for two more dinners. I can't imagine eating all of it in one seating. Also, the 2 for $20 is a great deal. Bottomline. Chain restaurants cater to a certain crowd who don't adventure outside the norm. Reasonable food for reasonable prices. If this sounds like you then you'll love Chili's. read more

Wow , not a good night, shame it's Valentine's night! Had to Margarita drink, just tasted bad! Ordered a blue moon and then had to ask for an orange! Ordered food it was good but I can't believe they put rotten celery on with my wings? Who does that! read more

Chili's - Rotten summary with my boneless buffalo wings, on Valentine's Day! Not good! Return a drink before that and service sucked! - American Near Me - Deptford, New Jersey

Food was good. We went for lunch and had wings, southwest egg roll and mini sliders. Service was good. Really no complaints.

i'm being generous with giving this place 1 star ... the service is okay but the food is disgusting. we ordered the chips and guacamole and it is just tasteless. it tasted weird so we sent it back and got a new one , tasted even worse. The serving sizes are so small. the burger is okay but comes with about 20 fries ... unbelievable. ordered the chicken bacon ranch quesadilla and only cheese was inside. will not be returning to this location ever. read more

Tonight was by far the worst experience I have ever had at Chili's. I ordered via their app and was given a time for pickup. After arriving at the appointed time, I was ignored by the ToGo staff for the first 10 minutes, before being made to wait another 30 for my order. In all, it took over an hour for an order that they quoted me as 20 minutes. The manager and wait staff that finally talked with me were very condescending and after all of this, when we arrived home, we discovered that the one meal (chicken fajitas) was completely screwed up. The meal contained no sour cream, no tortillas, literally half of the ingredients were missing. After an hour, one would think they could at least manage to not forget half of the dish. read more

Santa Fe Salad was great and so were the margaritas. It was really unfortunate that I finished my meal, went to the bathroom, passed the kitchen and saw a young curvy woman in there with her mask down around her chin. She was on the other side of the the food line putting together orders. She had a white mask with blue and pink designs on it. No mask, no gloves, touching food. Come on now! If the people at the mall working behind the plexi glass-surrounded registers need to wear a mask, then you need to if you are touching my food. Saying 10 Hail Marys that she didn't prep my order or breathe on my meal. read more

Terrible. 8 of us for a celebration. Not one of the 8 had a good meal. Uncooked burger, enchilada hard, rice hard, mac n cheese hard, chicken (uses cheap chicken) Been to many other locations all over the country. This is the first time we had a bad meal. read more

We ordered out from our closest Chilis in Deptford, NJ. They had a special on the 3 for $10 deal included the 1/2 rack of ribs order. But it only had 4 ribs a half rack is suppose to be 6 ribs. Part of my order was 2 of the rib specials. I was charged $10.00 for 1 and $15.00 for the 2nd. I guess you could only get 1 $10. Rib spec. The ribs were ok. The triple dipper appetizer was very good. read more

This place is so dirty. Not even just because of the pandemic. It is just really, really dirty. Floors, tables, bathrooms (so gross!)- its hard to explain how bad it really is. read more

I absolutely love chili's but when I went a few weeks ago, it was one of the worst experiences ever. I ordered chicken tacos and when she handed them to me there was a dead bug on the taco and I was absolutely disgusted. They remade it but lately their service has been very dissatisfactory. I would definitely recommend going to any chili's location besides this one. Not your best choice. read more

4 hostess standing around took my number down wrong after showing them my number on my phone. Waited for a hour & half in the cold outside to just come in and be told my reservation has expired because they wrote down the number wrong. Manger acted as if he didn't care told us to go back outside and wait to be called again. I have been coming to this same chili's forever and never once had a problem. Just be aware of the servers here it has got worse every since reopening from COVID. read more

Server was slow. Sat for 10 minutes before she came to tell us she will be back shortly. Food came out cold. Had to send it back to get microwaved. Refill never came. It was my first time there. I don't see me returning. read more

This place is disgusting! As soon as you walk in you get that wet rag smell, the tables are filthy, bathrooms are also gross. We only went here because we had a gift card. The service was slow, waitress had no personality whatsoever, she took forever to come around to refill our drinks which the mango tea had no flavor! Tasted like sugar water, the salsa was so watered down that you couldn't even scoop it on your stale chip, the cookie dessert we ordered still had the paper on the bottom. Which is a serious choking hazard if you have a small child. This place either needs serious help or they need to close their doors. Never had such a terrible meal in my life. read more

This restaurant needs to be closed for a DEEP CLEAN. The amount of filth, food and trash on the floors is disgusting! The bus boy cleans the tables and throws everything on the floor and leaves it there!!!! Then the hostess has the nerve to try and sit someone in the trash they left there. This is the second and LAST time I will ever go to this place. It's disgusting. read more

This is a typical chain restaurant with your usual food. The service was good and we enjoyed our lunch. We were seated right away and food came out pretty quick. This was the Deptford mall location. We will be back again. read more

I am going to start this off by saying the Chili's was not always bad. The have definitely gone down hill in the past 2-3 years. I give a star because the food is ok- mediocre at best but hey- it is a chain. The wait staff is horrible!! We had to ask the server for refills. We sat with dirty dishes on the table the whole night and had to ask for them to be taken away. Then we accidentally left our leftovers on the table. Realized 2 minutes later & the bus boy threw them away! So let me get this straight... you let us sit with dirty dishes around us all night? But yet the minute our butts leave the chairs, you throw our leftovers away? We probably weren't even out the door yet!!! My food was over cooked. My guacamole was grey on top. GROSS!!!! My fiancées food was over cooked. The cheese on his quesadilla was burnt. Maybe they sat under the warmer too long? Maybe the cook just doesn't know what he is doing? I do not know. All I can say is glad we had a gift card because I never would have spent my own money for that garbage. This was the second time in about 4 months my experience at Chili's has been horrific. I do not think we will be going back anytime soon. read more

Okay so the waitress, Alyssa we had 5/5 stars. But our food and store? 1/5. Table we were seated at clearly hadn't been cleaned from the previous people. Two of the plates we received poorly cleaned. And last of all the food was mediocre and bland. Only good thing about this place was the waitress. Never coming back read more

Male Bathroom was nice, Female bathroom had flies. We had our very first time taking Fajitas home. Other than that good was ok. Gross pickles. Waiter took his time and put floaties in our drink. Will come back eventually read more

My husband and I go to this location only because we have found other Chili's suck. We order the honey/chipotle chicken crispers and they are always fresh, delicious and to die for. Have ordered other entrees and they too are delicious but, we prefer the chicken crispers. If you can request a server you must get Kristen!!!!! She is undoubtedly the best server ever!!!!! She knows the menu inside and out, suggests items we don't think of (which rock) and is pleasant and sweet. Outstanding individual who gets the job done quickly. read more

RUN. DON'T TURN BACK. My boyfriend took me here for a celebratory meal. Our waiter was nice, that was pretty much the only "highlight" of our meal I guess. Every time that I have come to this Chili's I've had a horrible experience. The last time I ordered a chicken dish and I got this dry, crusty slice of chicken with tortilla bits thrown on it and uncooked rice. This time I thought that it was going to be better. I ordered a Mex bowl and my boyfriend ordered pasta. We waited at least 45 minutes for our food to be cooked. When our food arrived, my bowl was completely ice cold. Nothing tasted cooked and, once again, I had uncooked rice, plus what was listed in the description was not in my food. I decided not to eat it. My boyfriend had found multiple hairs in his food. It was disgusting. His meal was supposed to come with garlic bread, once we received that only one side was toasted. We talked to the manager and he refunded only the meals (which we understood, we got drinks as well). Our waiter was understanding, we left him a fair tip. However, when offered free dessert we immediately turned it down. Understanding staff, but this place is definitely a health risk, read more

Very good food when I got there the hostes said a 20 min wait well it was more like a 5 mins food was very good reasonable price

AWFUL. Wasn't greeted for 7 mins, told the bartender and then wasn't greeted still for about 4 more minutes. Server didn't care at all, got my order wrong and there wasn't a manager in sight. Also it was a slow Monday night. No excuse for why this happened. Avoid at all cost. read more

Thumbs down. Ordered a burger and it came out pink and cold. They made me another, yet my partner had already finished his meal. Sat at bar, bartender was hard to find. Sadly this location has turned into a dirty, dump or maybe it always was and I was oblivious? On my way to restroom I made the mistake of peaking into the kitchen. OMG I think there were a million health code violations going on. The bathroom was repulsive, the tables were sticky as heck, the lights, windows, everything had inches of dust on them. Our food came out completely wrong, I didn't even want to chance sending it back into that kitchen! Needless to say I won't ever be returning here. read more

Where do I start... So we came to celebrate a late valentine's day. It lookes very busy so we expected to wait but to our surprise we were seated right away. It took quite some time for anyone to come to see us. During that time I kept seeing dust float by. Looking up you could see globs of dust on ledges, blinds etc. The waitress, Janae according to the receipt, brought water fast but no straws. Apparently the straws are supposed to be in the utensil bags (it looks like they may outsource cleaning?) Either way, not her fault whatsoever if they are meant to be in that bag. We could hear issues in the kitchen being so close Nd didnt see her for a long period of time. Drink finally arrived, dripping all over since it sat at the bar so long. Again, still not her fault if the kitchen was as backed up as it seemed. She was very professional addressing the long wait, Huge kudos to her because I know how it can be when things pile up! Appetizer finally came out and was honestly delicious and hot. The food came out really fast after before we were done the app. His salad was kind of a disaster and my corn had zero seasoning and my pickles were missing. A runner brought it so again, kitchen at fault. He hated his salad, my food was very good, when I finally got them the pickles were killer. Our waitresses was a sweetheart who held it together under pressure. Food was so so. I begged him to take me here and we left a bit disappointed. The did comp our appetizer which was very kind. I love chilis but this location needs to clean and get in shape. The waitstaff is good. Our waitress deserves a raise. read more

My daughter Nikki and I had lunch today. The service was excellent, we were in a booth at the bar, had to wait just a minute or two while the hostess had it cleaned, no problem. The waitress was fast and efficient, the dressing on the side was forgotten and she promptly delivered it. My grilled chicken salad was delicious. Nikki's fajitas were good too. After a really bad movie, this was a nice and welcome meal. Will keep coming to Chili's. read more

Service was great ! Bathroom was deplorable! Please keep a check on that . Makes you wonder about the kitchen

My review is not about the server that took our table he gets 5 stars. We arrived at Chili's and called ahead and still waited 15-20 minutes to be sad when there was 6-10 tables open. We then got sat in the bar. Took 10 minutes for a server to come to us. I overheard the server who should have taken our table say I don't want that table because they are 3 women and they don't tip women (we end tipping our server 50%, so don't judge a book by its cover) then forced the guy to take our table which is fine because he was great. We order relatively quickly after we sat down maybe 10 minutes. Then it took 35-40 minutes for food to come out. We asked to speak with a manger mind you the manger was to busy helping a table and comping their bill for every complaint that was made (here's this lady's complaint I want to things of nachos and only want to pay for 1). So the manager came over we told her about our whole experience she never asked who was the server that say the rude things, asked my friend if she wanted a refill and never brought the refill to the table. Didn't even apologize for what we went though. Then made us may the full bill. There was a table who sat 15 minutes after us and left 20 minutes before us. This was such and unprofessional manger and corporate will be receiving a call tomorrow.. read more

Never order curb side or party platters from Chili's in Deptford. They have horrible service spent over $200 only to have to sit in the car 15 mins after I texted I was there and called. Ford was cold. Got home to find out they did not go be me tortillas for the $82.00 worth of fajitas. Did not get salad dressing for the large quesadilla party salad. worst Chillis i've ever been in. the food is always cold or dried late or messed up. there is always trash on the floor. the tables are never fully cleaned. the temperature is always uncomfortable. the silver ware and everything else is NEVER cleaned fully. bathrooms are always disgusting. always out of toilet paper, and smells like sewage along with the smell throughout the restaurant. after eating at this location for awhile it's obvious managers are aware of the issues for years+ and are too lazy to do anything about it. i once was waiting to checkout a to go order with my gift card, and the manager JULIA took 10+ minutes and the worker said it was because she was in the bathroom? also seen her prior to that on her phone in the kitchen ?? the managers are DISRESPECTFUL, LAZY, and do !NOT! follow the protocol that comes with their jobs. the whole restaurant mine as we'll be run with kids. get it together. read more

One Chili's is like every other Chili's. My son loves the restaurant. We were out and about and hungry so decided to stop in. Our waitress was friendly and competent.
