I loved my server! The young man had such great personality and that makes eating out worthwhile. I went out with my two grandchildren and being four and two they can be a handful. The waiter was so nice and understanding. I had the QP Burger and if they could replicate McDonald's Mac Sauce I would truly be happy for the burger. It is better quality and better pricing. Chilli's you did your big one here! $11.69 for a fast food restaurant and only $10.99 for a sit down family restaurant wirh free refills. That is a win. I of course I will be going back. Staff was so rude. When we walked in at 2:50pm host asked us how many people we said three. She asked us four time when we was looking at us. Two adult and a toddler. She then said it would be 30min wait because we wanted a booth because we couldn't sit at a high table or bar with our child. As we are waiting a couple walks in and she immediately sits them at a booth! Like hello we've been waiting! At that point we walked out. Disappointing because we love come to chilis. read more

This is the only Chili's I will eat at in this area. The food comes out hot and fresh & the service is quick. You can never go wrong with a Triple Dipper or a burger. This place has definitely turned around over the last couple of years so if you had a bad experience, I'd recommend you try again! read more

The hostess was rude and did not want to seat my party of 3, saying it was a thirty minute wait when there were about ten CLEAN and EMPTY tables available. There also was no one waiting to be seated. Great time with great company. Took my friend out for her birthday last night. Although the table and booth wasn't the cleanest, our server was amazing. She was polite, helpful and besides taking forever to bring me a refill on my water I was satisfied. I had been craving nachos and chocolate chip skillet and Chili's did not disappoint. Chicken was well seasoned and proportioned. The skillet was yummy and cooked to perfection. Noise level was decent despite it being pretty packed. My friend ordered the boneless wings which she praised and a side of the chips and salsa with a bowl of beef. I have nothing bad to say. He was being really slow and kept leaving. In the picture below , He spilled food on me and it took an hour to get our food. The server's name was Bruce. Bruce's ambiance was very low. He proceeded to take order of our things without a note pad. He couldn't what our drink order was and kept asking us to repeat it. He definitely will benefits for more training if he plans to continue to work in the service industry.I hope he can grow to continue in the food industry. We visited this afternoon around 12:30. The food was very good, but the service was excellent! Our waiter was Malik and he was the best! Everything we ordered was brought to us promptly and he came back to make sure we were happy with our meal and to see if we needed else! He also had a wonderful personality! Chili's came through and served the purpose we needed. Our family went there after a memorial service on 4/30 to get a few drinks, a few adult drinks and some food for the family members of all ages. We had a party of about 8 that ended up growing to 18 when we said we were going to head to eat. Our servers were great. Our main server was NyG. He juggled everything and everyone's orders and made sure everyone was attended to in timely manners. It was a solemn occassion but when we all left, we felt better and didnt have anything added to compound the situation. So, wanted to say thanks to manager on staff that mid afternoon period. "You do not have to worry about me" I ordered the 3 for me 6oz sirloin w loaded mash potatoes and steamed broccoli with a 1/2 Caesar salad. My Caesar salad was withered, warm, slimy and clearly bad. Most of the lettuce was brown. I didn't get to eat it obviously so that was disappointing. Broccoli could've used salt(& butter) steak was very fatty and chewy and over cooked for a medium well steak. The food was fresh. The mango habanero chicken tenders were bland, though. Our kids' food came out quickly. The margarita drinks tasted more like syrup than anything. Service was good, however. Walked in and saw it was packed so was ready to wait, but when waiting to be greeted by the hostess, two were standing there and just looked at us, then turned back to talking. one stated to the other she was done so she was leaving, ok cool. then the other hostess went to get her tablet and began asking us how many, as i was about to respond someone passed by so i waited a second, and in that moment 3 teenagers stood in front of us and told her it was 6, she then walked away from us and sat them first. although she did see us she didn't even attempt to tell us to wait a second or nothing of the sort. not even worth the 1 star. read more

This is not usual here, but I ordered a simple 3 for $10 meal. Nothing special. At 12:30 they said it would be ready at 12:52. It's now 1:31, one full hour since I made the order. I've been sitting here for 40 minutes in my car while I've seen at least a dozen cars come and go around me. 15 minutes ago I was told that they needed another 10 minutes. Mind you, that was about 20 minutes after they said it was ready. I get that you're shorthanded, but WTF? I really really wish I hadn't paid ahead of time. Don't make that mistake that I did. We stopped at this location today, after waiting at the host stand for a long time with a couple of other family's waiting before us, we decided to sit at the bar but it was filthy. So we asked if someone was sitting there and the 2 bartenders said no. So we sat down and they were not busy at all. Just chose not to wait on us. So we had to get up and leave. Alright food and alright service! The service was slow and we waited on our check for almost an hour. So I felt like I wasted a lot of time here when I could've spent less time getting the food to go and eating it on the roads. The food was good but not as fresh as I've had before. The waiter listened well and got all of our food correct! I had wished that the triple dipper I had got tasted hotter and a little fresher, but it was like warm by the time it got to our table. Which isn't bad but I didn't enjoy Luke warm wings, fried onions either. Service was alright, seated at a booth in the corner that was kind of broken and made a clicking noise anytime someone sat down. Our waiter after serving us our food practically got lost and even after flagging him down it still took 15 to 30 minutes for him to print our checks out so we could leave. After reminding him, he clapped back as if it was our fault it was as busy as it was. We have visited this location a couple times , Always received slow service but tonight was extremely slow more than 30 minutes to get our food order plus an other 35 minutes to get dessert... we spent two hours there , I have to get managers attention to have my bill ... at that point was ridiculous the waiting for the dessert, I explained the female manager what's going on and told her we still waiting for our dessert, she act didn't act professional, I'm not bragging about freebies (I'm not there looking for discounts or freebies) but the manager didn't care for us to leave happy ...
