I don't understand the mediocre ratings. I think people may be biased against chain restaurants. I'm pretty critical but I give credit where credit is due. Went there twice, sat in the bar area, the ambiance was cool. The service was good. First time ordering got the three for me. Got a cheeseburger, added bacon, the chips tasted fresh and the salsa was tasty. The fries were crunchy and good. The burger was excellent. Overall a great filling meal for 14 bucks. Are you kidding me in this day and age? Second time tried the dry rub baby back ribs with sauce on the side and with fries and white cheddar mac and cheese. Wow I am amazed at Chili's they made some of the best prices they have for amazing food. Last time I ate at Chilis was in 2018 and they were good and I haven't had them in 6 years so I wanted to give them another chance, and they were flawless and delicious. Me and my friend Edgar wanted to go to Chilis because it sounded good, and it was absolutely amazing. My friend Edgar got the Santa Fe Burger and said it tasted absolutely amazing, and that it tasted like it came from a really good place, and it was a massive improvement. And I got the Triple Dipper with the Honey Chipotle, and the Nashville Hot Chicken Crispers, and the Nashville Hot Mozzarella Sticks, and they were absolutely amazing I was shocked the Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers, and the Nashville Hot Chicken Crispers, were really crispy on the outside, and real flavorful on the inside it was amazing. And the Nashville Hot Mozzarella Sticks, were the best I've ever had in my entire life they are absolutely unbelievable that it was like eating a top tier Mozzarella Sticks. We were asked to wait when the restaurant was not busy and the staff just stood around. The staff was just having casual conversation instead of getting the table ready for us. After waiting the 15 minutes we were told to wait I asked one of the hostess how much longer to wait and she said to give her a minute because she didn't know. After waiting for 5 more minutes I asked her again and she said we needed to wait 10 more minutes, so we decided to leave and take our business elsewhere. These guys could just keep gossiping with each other instead of doing what they needed to do to get the table ready for their customers. read more

Went here for a birthday party and I ordered the brisket quesadilla disappointed!! I didn't realize it had barbecue sauce in it, and the tortilla was still soft like it was a soft taco it was bad. I didn't like that idea tortillas not even crispy nasty the service was good. well, we had two waitresses and one was really nice and calm. I haven't had Chili's in a long time so I decided to swing by and get some food for the NBA playoffs. I ordered the triple dipper with Nashville Crispers, the Sliders, and The Mozzarella Sticks with an order of fries. I spent about 23 dollars with tax. The food looked good when I got home. The crispers were crispy but I felt there was a lot of breading and the breading fell apart after the first bite. The sliders were great as they were perfectly cooked from the meat, the cheese, and onions. The mozzarella sticks were okay I was expecting a decent cheese pull as I've seen videos of people eating them with a good cheese pull but mine didn't have that. The fries were thick cut and crispy considering I took it home and it sat in my car for a while. I would try Chilis again if I feel like it but overall everything was just okay but the sliders were the best thing I ate. read more

If you know, you know. Chili's is budget friendly chain food with good a good marketing team. Somehow it is always packed. Just save yourself time and sit at the bar and hope it is hosting a good game. The golden ticket is found at the bar for Happy Hour. Plenty of discounted appetizers and drink. However their watering hose for $3.00 drinks is very short. You will basically get liquid headaches. Please upgrade to a pricier option. I had a Stella which is way better than the beer water and my Sister had a mixed drink that was enough for 3. Our table was not big enough for all the food. Our salads were ginormous. Service in the bar was friendly. Very attentive. I feel it made up for all my terrible dining room experiences. They offer to go options and you just pull up and let them know your there. A few minutes later your on the way home. Chili's is great for groups. The table top credit card readers make it easy to split bills and order for drinks. Kids get crayons. I wish I was a kid. I can't believe a server just threw these two beers out on my table and ran off! He didn't put them in front who they belonged to either. He slammed them on the table and ran off. My server Nick was taking our order and I think it was his boss who reached around to throw them on the table. Just poor management to do that. The service here is good- everyone is friendly, the place is fairly clean, and the food comes "okay" fast. The past two times I was here both orders were slightly messed up- the first time they forgot our friend's kid's pizza order all together (but later comp'd it to make up for it) and this time they forgot the dipping sauces we ordered. The reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the food is just not good. It is extremely basic and over-salted and also SO EXPENSIVE. I feel like the prices are just too much at this point, and for food of this quality, it's just a sad reflection of the times we're living in. I remember when meals were all $8-$12 for most of the menu and now things get up to $25 and beyond! Insane. Chili's is not a place I would ever go out of my way to eat at. It's where you go if someone else is paying and they're into this kind of bland, chain food. This is getting ridiculous. A condiment cup with more air in it than guacamole was $2!!! When I called they verified that little amount was the small size and worth $2 in their mind. The food is pinnacle to one's dinning experience, but you cannot discount the attitude of the hosts and the competency and friendliness of the server. The restaurant was packed tonight. Old faithful for sure. My family had a terrible day dealing with another restaurant ignoring us and we ended up leaving and coming to chilis. We were seated right away and the server was prompt taking our drinking order. We took our time deciding what we wanted to eat and never felt rushed. The server was attentive but not pushy. After we ordered we were checked on a couple of times which was perfect as our drinks never went empty. My family and I had a great time and this chilis has never done us wrong. Excellent service from all on Saturday dinner! Hostess, Waiter, and Expeditors (food servers from kitchen) were attentive and courteous. Our waiter was attentive when we needed refills without asking. Remember- Plus 20% ++tip to keep up good service and keep on good staff. Excellent menu choices and a large variety for all. Salads, burgers, ribs, fajitas to name a few. Kids menu had some choichicken pasta, mini sliders, chicken tenders and great sides like vegetable and mashed potatoes. I had a full slab of baby back ribs with choice of two sides: Loaded mashed potatoes and Mexican rice (little spicy) - everything was really good. Don't know when the past negative reviews happened, which made me reluctant to go, but we had a great experience and will be back! I came in with my boyfriend and all we had eaten so far was just the appetizers which was $20 in price anywho we waited awhile for our food but while waiting we got an emergency phone call from the hospital so we told our waiter " is there anyway we can pay for what we've eaten so far and leave since we have to leave as soon a possible and he said " oh well the foods ready so no " and then he asks if we want to take it to go and we say YES and he proceeds to take 10-15 more mins to bring out the food that " was already ready " okay whatever at this point we're just tryna to leave so we can get to the hospital asap we pay $80 for a burger fajitas and appetizers which wouldn't be bad if the food was good but we got to the hospital right now and the burger was not worth the price, it looked so sad to eat $2 for the smallest nasty looking guac and it was on the side in a 2oz cup $2 for bacon we didn't ask for because the guy heard my boyfriend wrong( my boyfriend doesn't eat pork ) in total the burger ended up being around $26 bc he did get an extra patty which is fine bc he asked for it but all the add ons which is crazy but besides that the fajitas I got with steak were SOOO chewy I kept chewing and chewing and I couldn't swallow the food at all we didn't even eat it we just left it alone. If they're willing to give me a refund I will gladly come in and drop the food back off when I'm done with the hospital but I know they won't offer that.
